I have ordered several of these for putting in unmounted wood stamps from previous sets - but I can't get the labels to stick. I'm using a Brother PTouch Labeler and have considered putting packing tape over it. But, would rather not... in case I want to get rid of a stamp set later and recycle the case. Any suggestions?

I just noticed with my labeler that my white label tape is no longer sticking to plastic.....I'm wondering if the adhesive on the tape is starting to dry out because when I switched it to the pink tape it is sticking fine....just a thought....

You're using the thick ones for woodmount? This might not help you. But I have a P-touch, too, and I use it to label my SU dvd cases. But I don't peel the label off; I just print it, trim it, and slide it in. The 1/2" label fits perfectly on the DVD spine. You could do that for the woodmount cases, though you'll have extra room.
Prior to that, I was printing and trimming paper "labels" on the printer. That was harder to get them all uniform. So you COULD cut cardstock spines, stick your labels on those, and slide the cardstock label in. If you wanted to, you could even do some color coding of set types that way.

No it is the skinny ones - but that is great idea. I need to cut some cardstock strips and adhere the label to the cardstock inside the case. Thanks,

If you've got half inch label tape, just print them out and slide them in with the backing intact. I change the font size to small, and I think I selected a label length of 7.4" (at least, those options are available on mine). Fits right in the spine. Easy to change out.

Thanks - sounds like a good project for the weekend and I only have about 20 to do.
