If you are in a position to want to help Beth

I'm terribly sorry, PetEnthusiast, that we all missed your private messages and emails asking what you could do to help out Beth and her family.  New boards are hard to get used to aren't they?

I apologize that you became frustrated by our lack of response, and took that to mean perhaps something nefarious was going on with the donation process.

Clearly this statement (from the original post) is confusing:  
Perhaps you could help us think of ways to make it less so, in order that other compassionate Peas, such as yourself, won't have the same experience. I think you'll agree that the important thing is to help Beth and her family, and any way that we can work together to make that happen is appreciated.

I know that your generous donation will make a difference.
