LisaDV , it sounds like you're on a roll!!! My kitty is doing well. I think he's depressed about being kept inside, but other than that he's recovering and should be back on his feet soon. Thanks for asking about him.

Elsabelle , how's your kitty? LavenderLayoutLady , I love mix & match titles, but I rarely ever do them. I finished my other 2 pages from July 2015. Now, that whole darn everyday chores of life is getting in my way. grr. lol. **ETA** After posting the above, I pulled up my digital Christmas 2007 folder and completed 4 more layouts. It always feels good to get part of the larger project finished. Then I added my pages into my spreadsheet --- I'm at 99 pages for the year so far! Woot Woot! ***ETA*** again - I just broke for lunch and finished 2 more digital pages. Great job!

I threw a playground layout together yesterday in, like, twenty minutes, and I really like it.
I used 2 sheets of patterned paper from a Hot Buys $5.99 pad that I bought at M's. Also used cut-aparts from that pad. All that matchy-matchy made it so easy.
Then used chipboard alphas (2 diff styles, but same colors) that I've had in my stash for almost 3 years now. I was able to eek out a three word title with them. I love that I finally was able to use so many of them, and love how they look with the paper.
I used Clear Stickles to out line words on one of the cut-aparts, and used Nuvo drops to outline a word on another cut-apart (so that it looks embossed, not too puffy).
Now I'm entering the world of scrapping this year's Halloween. I have all the photos set out. I'm starting to gather paper and stickers. I'll go from there.

After attending the Carson Stamp show, and seeing the amazing Tim Holtz demo in person, I was motivated to come home and create.
My latest project is a new 9x12 pocket page album. This is a totally new format for me, as I never participated in PL, other than a series of 8x8 season albums. I did a test run of 6x4 and 3x4 Halloween photos. For the decorative inserts, I am using TH-inspired mixed media pieces. For the next layout, I'm creating inserts using leftovers from my Simon Says Stamp November card kit.
Here are some fall cards (SSS kit, layouts mostly inspired by Vicki Papaioannou 10 cards per kit video) that I finished up with notes on the inside, all ready to send.

Yesterday I was up to date in my 30 days of thankful...yay!
This evening I've been working on my sisters album and managed to complete five pages. I'm hoping to get the next batch of pages laid out and started. I feel like I'm getting behind on the project, but I've set up a system that seems to be working.

I did a little journaling while watching Pride and Prejudice today. It was nice to do even just a little bit and work towards my goal for the month.

I have been on a scrapping streak this last week thanks to Shimelle's latest class. I've completed four layouts and am working on a fifth tonight. I can't remember the last time I did so many pages in such a short space of time.

I may just have to lift them for my next Christmas card making session! Here are 5 of the 16 cards I put together yesterday at justjac's. I still have to do the insides of all my Christmas cards. Hoping to do that this Saturday when I have someone come over to create cards with me. 2016 CTMH 1-5 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Today, I unpacked my scrappy stuff from the vehicle and finished the cover page for my family calendar, so now it is all ready for printing. (I print one for each of our 4 "kids" & families) Hope to take it in to the printshop this week.

So, I scrapped six Halloween layouts. Love them so much. I used specific theme-y paper & stickers for three of the layouts to match the costume (pokemon related, Spiderman, & Ironman). Plus used nearly all the Halloween paper I have left. Now I just have three 6x6" sheets left. (That means next year I get to buy new!)
Today I plan on scrapping more. Will update when I make progress.
Keep up with the creating, ladies!!

I finally finished the boyish layouts in my sister, her kids and my moms album. I'm excited to go back to the girlie colors. I'll start laying out pages from the five albums.
But first I must do Monday-Friday in my 30 Days of Thankful album. I'd like to get those done before DD19 gets home from college tomorrow. I think I may have mentioned this 1000 times already, but I'm really excited to have her home for ten days!!! We are really close and I miss having her home. I'm very close to all three of my kiddos, each in our special ways, but DD19 and I are attached at the hip.
Considering how close we are to the holiday season, everyone is getting so much accomplished...yay!

I had some time to scrap tonight because I ended up with the night off. My crazy dog took my legs out from under me today while chasing her ball after it took a bad bounce. Unfortunately I don't bounce! I landed hard on my tailbone so I'm a bit sore and stiff. I couldn't imagine spending all night sitting at a computer so I stayed home.
I'm a standing scrapper so I managed to get a bit done as long as I kept moving and taking breaks with the heating pad. I have now finished 13 of 28 Disney pages. Almost half way there!

Wow, you ladies are so productive!! I did something sort of scrap related yesterday afternoon. I tidied my scrapbook area, and organized my stickers. I've learned some very important things: I have no E's! I have over 20 different partial alphabet sticker sheets, and I've used all the E's. I literally have 2 birthday themed stickers left, 7 Halloween themed stickers left, 3 St. Patrick's Day stickers left, and no Easter. In one breathe I'm glad I've used so much of my stash, in another I'm nearly panicked. I guess I need to go shopping, eh? I have more sequins and confetti than I will ever, ever, ever use. Pounds of it, I think. I also have a lot more raffle tickets than I thought I had. Good variety of color. I have a huge amount of superhero stickers. How'd I get so many? Let's hope they're Batman, Superman, and Captain America for Halloween until they're forty. I have "wishful thinking" stickers. When's the last time I went on a beach vacation?? My youngest wasn't even conceived yet. Does that stop me from hoarding beach vacation themed stickers like I live shore front? Nope.

Could you piece together some? Frankenstein them? Or cut some on a cameo or cricut? Or maybe just buy thickers...lol! I find it a challenge to come up with titles with what letters I do have.

And if I need lower case, a c can be morphed into an e with a piece of a z. A's can be made from inverted V's with bits of z or x, too. I refuse to inventory my stash on the grounds it might incriminate me!

@nancydrew, happy birthday to your husband. nitad, hope your tailbone heals quickly. That so sucks!!! -- My dogs almost took me down the front stairs because of some squirrels in the front trees. I decided to let them run in the front yard before putting their leash on from now on, but it scared the bejeebies out of me. oh, and I'm a standing scrapper too! I finished another layout. While cleaning my scraproom recently, I pulled out the page kit pile (which may have more than 1 layout too), I only had 5 left, so I'm concentrating my efforts into getting through those kits. I just finished off kit number 4. 3 more left.

You ladies have been getting a lot of scrapping done!
I haven't done many "real" (12 x 12) pages. I have been getting most of my 30 days of thankful pages done. I was behind, but yesterday and today I got busy and finished 5 or 6 of them. Most have photos, but some are simple pages with images, diecuts and journaling. I think I now have 3 more to finish the book.
The rest of my creative energy is going into finishing Christmas cards from scraps and baking some Christmas cookies.
In Canada, we don't have a major holiday this week, so no travel plans or preparing for a houseful for me. Have a bunch of photos from my last trip to Calgary I want to get onto pages, but not sure if I will manage that for awhile. Baking, cleaning, decorating, shopping & wrapping, getting the cards out... and a couple of trips to grandparent kids while parents are gone on vacation... and Christmas will be here before I know it!
Hope you gals can get some crafty time in this week!

Hope you gals can get some crafty time in this week! Me too! I'm running errands today so I can have a little down time tomorrow. Hopefully I can get into that PP C'est La Vie and do a little scrapping. We're almost to the end of the month and I really want those review layouts done so I can move on to Disney scrapping and use all the fun Say Cheese stuff I bought months ago.

I pulled out page kit #3, and completed 2 layouts with it. I've also did some cuts with my silhouette for "Thanks" cards - getting a few ready for the kids to send after doing Christmas with the extended families. I hope to finish the cards later today. I'm working when I break from cleaning the house. Of course, this break is to see what the peas are up to and next break will be to put together another 9cube organizer for my craft room. I've set most of tomorrow aside for crafting and cooking. Thursday for cooking and family. Friday for Gilmore Girls!!! Luckily I got me kids hooked on it while I was rewatching the whole series in preparation for Friday, so they're really excited too.
