Pharmacy. It is called Glide. REI has it too. It is great for hiking.

If you're looking for the Monistat, my Target has it in the feminine hygiene aisle.
If you search on the Target website it will actually tell you the aisle a product is located in at your particular store - very handy!

For chafing? In their sports/athletic equipment aisles. I've seen it near the FitBit display and yoga equipment.
