So, this one is from The Borowitz Report...satire... So I see. However in his satire, Borowitz put in more than a few grains of truth. Absolutely agree!!

From Newsweek Reporter Kurt Eichenwald...
"In last two days, Trump couldn't remember name of Paul Ryan or Kim Jong Un, thought Un was same as Kim Jong Il. We need his medical records."
Add to that he said they bombed Iraq in an interview instead of Syria.
This guy may have a point.

""The first 90 days of my presidency has exposed the total failure of the last eight years of foreign policy!" So true. @foxandfriends" Well you can't help but to agree with him really, no one p***** off the rest of the world and insulted some of their leaders during those 8 years! I do believe that Merkel, Netanyahu, Hollande and 2 of his predecessors would highly disagree with you, just off the top of my head. Germany, Israel and France.

.@sarahpalinusa, @tednugent and @kidrock visited Trump in the White House politi.co/2pHBjgM
What an odd assortment. They had dinner and pictures were taken of them in the Oval Office and in front of First Lady Hillary Clinton's portrait.
There goes the neighborhood.

odd, for sure... and I'm cynical enough to think that the picture in front of the Hillary Clinton portrait is because they all wanted new targets for target practice, or something like that.

This tweet by tiny hands got me to thinking....
"No matter how much I accomplish during the ridiculous standard of the first 100 days, & it has been a lot (including S.C.), media will kill!"
For trump its all about the win. Here we are closing in on his first 100 days and other than putting a judge who believes it's ok to discriminate on the Supreme Court he has not had a true win. Even that has an asterisk next to it because of what the Republicans did to President Obama.
Now trump is pushing through another attempt to repeal/replace the ACA by next week. Reports are Its even worse that the last one. But if he succeeds it's a win for trump. Even if millions of Americans get shafted.
Then there is the latest rush for a win. trump wants funding for that stupid wall in the current budget and if he doesn't get it he's apparently ok with shutting down the government. But if he does get the funding that means social programs get cut sooner as opposed to later. But trump doesn't care because he needs a win.
For trump it's all about the win for him and him alone. Current polls show the majority of Americans don't want the ACA replaced with the Republican plans and the majority of Americans don't want the wall if we have to pay for it. But trump needs these wins even if the American people are against them. Because in the end it's all about trump.
And I'm still amazed that there are people out there who actually think trump wants to help the little guy. Boy were they sold a bill of goods.

but that's what we needed!! someone DIFFERENT! an OUTSIDER! someone to run the US Government like a BUSINESS!
<sarcasm>
(...never mind that he's a full-of-himself narcissist, and not truly a successful businessperson, either... I'm SURE that's going to be good for the American people in the long run...)
<sarcasm again> But I still hear Trump voters in real life saying things like that- he's what we need! someone different!

There was this tweet from trump. "Despite major outside money, FAKE media support and eleven Republican candidates, BIG "R" win with runoff in Georgia. Glad to be of help!" Followed by this tweet by Geoff Garin. Hope trump sees it. "The final polling average for Ossoff was 42.5%. Ossoff actually gained ground after Trump weighed in. So thanks for the help." I was in Atlanta this week. That wasn't the % every news source was running. Ossoff got 48% and his nearest Republican competitor was at 18 (I think).

"Drain the swamp? Trump has secretly waived his own lobbying rule, closed down visitor logs and hired his family:"
I predict that trump is going to end up making Nixon look good. And when they talk about trump years from now, just like this was associated with Nixon "I'm not a crook" . Trump will be associated with "I will drain the swamp."

How can anyone not be shocked that Trump was in this for a "win",?
He ran because he was joked about and didn't like it. It was an "I'll show them" moment.
Many people came out saying Trump ripped them off and never paid his debts to them or threatened them with court.
His own ghostwriter told the world that electing Trump would be a disaster as he never admits wrong doings, can't function without making himself the star and is the most sociopathic man he'd ever met.
He is a con and his only goal is making himself look good at no expense. He would sell his own mother if he got praise and a win.
Again, how can anyone be surprised?

"After 5 SB victories since 2002, it was my honor to give Bob Kraft, Coach Belichick, and the players their first tour of the WH Residence."
I'm assuming he means his private digs at the White House. I guess he had to find something to be the "first" in. You know to feed that ego of his.

From Peter Daou a Hillary advisor from 2008..,
"Not conceding this was Hillary's only theme but are people seriously arguing that "Trump is unfit to be president" was a BAD message??"
It wasn't a bad message. It's one, I think we can agree on, should have been taken more seriously.

Ossoff was polling at 42% going into the election. He ended up with 48% which was ahead of projected. Most people I talked with didn't seem to jazzed about the Republican, but you never know. All of the television personalities were saying it was a huge win in an area that is usually (40 years?) red. It was just my perception as a visitor to a new city (who thought she was done with campaign ads for a while.)
