At 56 years old I have finally learned to stand up the the office bully who feels everyone's business is her own then spreads rumors across the company just to cause a stir.
I hate confrontation but have learned to face it finally. To make a very long on going story short and not make this an epically long thread, I'll just say Gottcha B*tch! - Tawanda! (Love that Fried Green Tomatoes Reference!) |

yes! We want details. I turned 30 in January and have begun to realize and implement this. I hate confrontation as well, so I try to stay neutral but it's not always possible. I just started a new job working in a department where there is a lot of drama so I am going to have to learn this ever faster. It is good for me though. Scary as heck. But good. |
