What are the names of some meal delivery services you have used and would recommend? I'm drawing a blank.

I started on Blue Apron but had some yucky meals and switched to Hello Fresh. I haven't really disliked anything I've made through Hello Fresh. I've suspended their meals for a while, though. I just wish their choices were a little lower in calorie. There is a lot of rice, pasta and potatoes. Once in a while if I see some recipes coming up that are lower cal/carb, I will unpause a week here and there.
I would recommend them, overall.

I use Home Chef and have liked their choices.

we've been using blue apron for over a year and have only had one bad meal --and it wasn't even 'bad', it was just meh. I love that you can skip weeks when you want to, and my sons have both learned some great cooking skills. Sunbasket is a vegetarian one that i've considered!

Hello Fresh is what we have been using. I agree on the calorie per meal aspect. The one thing I do like is that my 22 yo is still at home (he said to never count him in for dinner) and most of the time there is enough for all three of us. I complained once about some veggies that were unusable and they gave me a $30 credit, which I thought was generous.
We tried Green Chef for a few weeks and although I really loved it, my dh thought the meals were too different for his taste.

I also use Home Chef. I am contemplating trying Terra's Kitchen for extremely busy weeks. It's more expensive, but I like that the container is more stable and gets sent back instead of having all that packaging. Also, all prep is done. So I'd probably save those for when I have no time.

I wish someone would come up with a service like these that is lower calorie and with "better for you" carbs. 400-ish calories would be terrific.
I've used Blue Apron a couple of times and loved the freshness of the ingredients. I've ended up with three to four servings of most things so I try to select at least one of the meals based on whether I can freeze leftovers. I'm signed up for Hello Fresh with a free promo, so I plan to try that next.

The Jamie Oliver recipes have been my favorites.

A friend of mine has used Plated for a while and loves it. I tried two different meals at her place and liked them, so I recently signed up. I've only gotten it for a week now, so I can't give you lots of personal experience. However, I can say that everyone in my family liked all 3 meals we've gotten, and that's pretty rare for my crew. We get 3 servings, which is good for 3 adult-size eaters and 1 child. The things we've gotten tend to have a lot of veggies/salad with them, but always different types so it doesn't feel like the same thing every day. The website is very easy to use, and they appear to have a pretty easy way to skip weeks or change the number of meals - I say "appear" simply because I haven't had to use it, so can't vouch for it actually working or not. I was looking at Terra, but they're not in my area yet. Chef'd is a service that you can just order individual meals from that looks intriguing as well. And if I can link it right, here's a Forbes article about some of the services out there. Forbes: The best food delivery services out there

I've used Blue Apron Plated Marley and Spoon
Plated was the one with least carbs, but more expensive per meal.

Do any of these companies offer deals through groupon? Not that I've seen, but most of them offer something off your first order or some similar deal.
