...but never received it. I paid Freckled Fawn over 2 weeks ago for one of their boxes and have received nothing. I've sent 2 e-mails and haven't gotten a response. I think I'm going to give them until the 3-week mark then I'm cancelling my subscription and trying to get my money back.
I'm so disappointed because the unboxing videos made it look like such a fun stash.
UPDATE 2/28/2017: I heard from Freckled Fawn yesterday after emailing them through Instagram (thank you nicolep for the suggestion!). They have/are having an issue with their server and never received my first e-mails. Janna explained everything to me and I can't wait to see what I get.
She definitely provides great customer service!

UPDATE 3/8/2017: My box arrived the other day but I didn't get to open it until yesterday. Boy, was it worth the wait! I think I did better than the people who ordered the first one! My 14 year old DD snagged 4 of the pouches to hold her school supplies and Winterguard make-up while my 11 year old DD grabbed 2 more. We all ooh'd and ah'd over everything in the box and can't wait to use it.

How did you pay for it? Sometimes it seems these places want 4 weeks but if you don't want to wait I would seriously consider cancelling.

That's not common for that company's customer service. The owner popped in on another thread, even, and made a problem right for one of the peas. I wonder if there's some problem with their email that they're not getting communications from you? Not that you did anything wrong and it sucks this is happening to you, but that is so unexpected from them! Perhaps you could send them a message through instagram or some other platform?

Every company has different ship times. Freckled Fawn stuff tends to take 1-2 weeks for me to get after I order. I wasn't entirely sure what you ordered though--the thread title says birthday box, and your post said cancelling your sub. So if you don't sub and ordered the box, 2 weeks is probably about right, and it should be there any day now. You'll get an email notice letting you know it's shipping and when it's out for delivery, so if you haven't gotten any shipping info at all, it probably is time to contact them. (Their customer service takes 3-4 days to reply to an email, btw.) If you DO sub, they mail it with your next box for reduced shipping. So if that's the case, and you have it set to ship with your next subbie box, you won't get it until then. Regardless, their customer service is good, just maybe not the fastest ever. I know it's frustrating, but whatever the problem is, they'll fix it. ETA: The owner gave her email on this board. doe@freckledfawn.com Maybe you could try that?

I haven't even received a shipping e-mail. My account says that's it's paid for but unfulfilled. I got my first planner kit 5 days after I ordered it so it makes me wonder.

I sub to freckled fawn and they hold your orders throughout the month & mail them with your sub kit, to save you on shipping. Its saying paid but unfulfilled because they will fullfill your orders all at once.
You dont have to have it all shipped together like that but if you choose the option for the cheaper shipping, then they do hold for you.
I actually have a birthday box coming with my next kit as well.

If you have a sub did you have them add it to your subscription box to save postage? If so it will ship with your kit...They have had some issues with communications it seems lately, which is too bad as they are owned by such nice people.

I also got an email from Freckled Fawn, it included a 15% off code just to say sorry for their mix up. The code is sorry. Enjoy ladies, I am frozen this month Great customer service in my book...on another note, lol I would imagine if SC ever sent out an email like that (yeah right) the code would probably be sorrynotsorry .....
