Oh nylene I am so sorry your kidney infection is back but at least you got in medicine quickly so hopefully you will feel better soon. Maggie is fine-no concussion and the bruise we thought was going to bad was almost gone today. She was jumping around this evening. Oh I forgot to tell you that tonight was Bobby's Arrow of light!It was so cold and damp but we made it thru as they camped out this weekend and had the ceremony outdoors. I am going to cut this short so hopefully I catch you still online. |

Congratulations to Bobby!scrapincin, what a great achievement for him. I'm sorry you were freezing watching the ceremony. I can't wait to see photos. Glad that Maggie is doing OK. Thanks for letting me know. Wish I could have been there to see it!

maribeth, I'm seriously swooning over that adorable layout. I had to fave it!! Can I save to my pinterest? It's my go to place for layouts I like. nylene, that so stinks that you needed more antibiotic. I hope this round knocks it out. Remember to take it easy. Don & I were talking and it has been about 5 years since we had a date by ourselves. After spending the day at a nursery, an antique shop, a garage sale, an organic tea shop, out to lunch and dinner, and at Meijer's, Sam's Club, and Menard's. We were then joking that if we always spent that much money on a date, no wonder we have to wait 5 years! Probably the most expensive thing was a sunflower birdbath at the nursery that Don went crazy for. It was wonderful spending the day together though. I'm so glad the kids are old enough for us to do this now. Oh, and at the garage sale, I got 2 bar stools with a padded suede like seat and a back that swivel for me and my dd in my craft room. I prefer to stand, but sometimes my body needs to sit. DD has already put hers into action while I started a page last night. Gotta run and check the rest of the board before getting back to cleaning the living room. Waving Hi to everyone! And wishing you all a relaxing, healing, fun weekend.

I got to thinking and my last post was confusing. Maggie's congestion is doing well. I wrote about an accident at school. They were playing dodge ball and she got hit in the face with the ball abs knocked to the floor and hitting her head. So she spent the last part of the day with Gramma! Still have not made it to my scrap room. It was so cold you could see your breath and they held it outdoors. We sat in our car part of the time. Everything was run late which did not help any. Oh but it was so nice to see Bobby move into the Boy Scout arena. He did get a little emotional when he knew he was movoig on and most of his friends were not. maribeth your page is so cute and I left you love in the gallery. nylene-sure hope you are feeling well! Or at least better. Waving hi to one and all. I may be back later. |

It's the middle of the night, but I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. I feel like I've been away from here for too long! On Thursday, DD18 decided to make a cheesecake for DD14's birthday which was on Friday. Then Saturday was the party with her friends, and Sunday was out shopping with DH, maybe not as much fun as LisaDV's shopping date but still nice to spend time with him. Monday and Tuesday will be appointment days for DD18 and me, so maybe Wednesday I can play with my papers? nylene, get better already! sending prayers scrapincin, I'm glad your little Maggie is doing fine. And Bobby the boy scout! I really enjoy it when you all share about your kids and grandkids maribeth, that camera box is so cute!
