He's a pig. Those who voted for him must be so proud. They are proud. This is what they wanted in a President...trash. Someone just told me this. "Need I remind you that this is why he was voted as president?" My response was need I remind you that the majority of Americans didn't vote for him and an even bigger majority don't approve of his presidency? |

Many of Trump's supporters feel similarly. Diplomacy, intelligence and civility are signs of weakness and elitism. I can't help but wonder when diplomacy, intelligence, and civility became negative characteristics. Scratching my head on that one. |

My husband has a crush on Mika and I have enjoyed listening to him complain about Trump's comments about her today. He's pissed! I refer to Joe as my Republican boyfriend, so it's all good here.

Love it! For the last few months, Mika and Joe have been vicious and nasty. They used to be BFFs with The Donald as Joe was wanting to run as his VP...but kept mentioning he was probably out of the running due to his three divorces and affair with Mika. Once he wasnt going to be VP, he suddenly got real nasty. As far as Mika...she isnt the brightest...often brags about her low SAT scores so she wasnt able to get into any of the universities she wanted to attend. I use to be a big Joe S. fan but he sold his soul to the devil...kind of sad. As for Mika, her painful grimaces and eye squinting she does regularly actually get funny to watch. Sad she destroyed her marriage. Trump pandered to the lowest common denominator. People who look at our democratic process like a reality show, and who cheer for their guy, regardless of how he behaves or what he does (or does not do) to destroy our country. Funny that Leone says Mika "isn't the brightest" when her posts don't exactly reek of intelligence. Low level employees at most companies aren't allowed to tweet during work hours. And yet the sheeple cheer while their Great Commander shirks his responsibilities so that he can engage in twitter fights with people like Mika and Joe. Can you imagine the outrage if Obama had used twitter in this way? I typically would not use this forum to call out people IRL, but I can state with absolute certainty that Leone is no picnic in person either. She's a pain in the ass as a customer and a know-it-all to boot. |

These "fake news" Time covers hang framed in 5 of Trumps golf resorts and when the news came out a few days ago, a spokesperson for Time has asked that those fake covers be removed.
It was apparently after they discussed that on Morning Joe with Mika saying:
that he released his twitter rage.
So Trump happily has fake Time covers of himself hanging at several of his golf resorts, but then gets all bent out of shape when he gets called out on it.

It makes me wonder if he realized that they were fake covers. He claimed in the past that he had been on the cover 15 times, which was not true. Maybe making the fake covers was a way for someone in his camp to stroke Trump's ego, but wasn't Trump's idea. He is lashing out at Mika and Joe rather than admitting to himself that the covers are fake. Hearing them talk negatively about it hit him even harder because in the past he felt so proud of being on those covers. This is definitely not a good situation for a narcissist. |

He's too much of a narcissist to not know how often he has been on the cover, and exactly what those covers are and I'm also sure he knows that Time don't do cover headlines with exclamation points at the end. Those "!" at the end are a Trump trademark, so I'm not going to buy into that he had nothing to do with this or no knowledge of it. In addition most of the real Trump covers are not flattering to him at all, they have headlines such a 'bully', 'meltdown' & 'turn you off' next to his name, or show his hair flying away, there's the one that makes him look like Hitler and there's two of the back of his head. A nicely posed photo with lavish praise for Trump and his TV show? No way. Trump knows for a fact that isn't real. His previous lie about being on the cover was claiming that he held the "all time record for being on the cover the most" but it's his 14 to Nixon's 55 times...a long long way off the "all time record" And if he didn't know, surely any normal person would be embarrassed and have them removed very quickly and issue a statement - but no, Trump tweets a nasty attack on the hosts of a TV show (that he doesn't watch of course) minutes after they made fun of him about it. he knew they were fake and he knew they were hanging in his golf resorts, that's just one reason he's always banging on about "fake news" because he creates his own all the time. |

I'm repulsed. Not that this is much different than anything he has done in the past- comments about grabbing women by the p*ssy, mocking a disabled reporter, etc.- but it's still jarring to hear these sexist and degrading comments coming from the highest office in this country. What's most surprising is that he still has Twitter and and he's still posting this crap. Why hasn't his attorney put an end to this? Why hasn't his wife smacked him across the face? Ivanka hasn't accidentally dropped his phone in the toilet or a glass of Russian vodka?

I was just coming on here to post this story from CNN. This man just keeps digging himself into a deeper and deeper hole. CNN had the numbers from some poll that they (?) took asking if people thought Trump should stop tweeting. (not that it matters what people think, he won't...) -- anyway, the results were predictable, where a larger percentage said yes he should, then 30-something% said no. My dh and I wondered though how many of that 30-something percent are people who *want* him to keep tweeting because he'll just get in more and more hot water from it. lol. |
