Anyone planning any scrappy purchases on amazon for Prime Day? I'm thinking I need to make a wish list beyond page protectors. Maybe a new printer if the price is right!
What's on your list? (I need ideas of scrappy items I might NEED.)

I think if the new Epson PM-400 or whatever the latest model is called showed up for $125ish, I would be hard pressed to pass it up. I don't know how I'd pay for it, but I'd find a way. Seeing as it's $200 pretty much all the time, I don't expect to see it to show up and if it does I'd expect it to be at least $175.

We're taking a road trip in August, and it would be a nice thing to take along. The price has always put me off.

I can't seem to get enough paints, inks, and mixed media tools these days. I don't NEED anything, but if something's a really good price I might grab it to play with.

Besides the price, the other thing that turns me off is that it doesn't have a battery. That's what I love about my older picturemate charm - I can take it anywhere and don't need an outlet. It irks me a little that they call it wireless, yet you have to use a power cord. I'll be watching for some of the other small printers too (like instax, and the others about that size).

Don't hold your breath for the PM-400. It only dipped once in its history on Amazon.com. $149.99 for a very short time period back in early December 2015. It has been at the reduced price of around $200 ever since. Amazon Prime in France won't have any scrappy supplies, as usual. I didn't find a single thing worth purchasing last year so I doubt I'll be spending much (if at all) this year. Oh well. C'est la vie.

I am thinking to buy big shot. Got my Big Shot from Amazon a few days ago for under $55. Their regular price was already so low! Def check it out in Prime day.

I use camelcamelcamel to keep an eye on big ticket items I want. I don't seem to get notifications from Amazon on things in my wish list, but camel sends them.

But now that I have it I wish I had bought it sooner. It really is great printer. In all the years that I've been scrapbooking, it has been the most reliable printer with the best quality photos. Worth every penny. For me, I could use a new Big Shot. I missed that $55 special price. I would have jumped on it asap!

The quality was so great. I loved that printer. One of the things that always kills my mojo is not having pictures printed. It's such a process to edit, set up and send prints. I feel like my creativity would flow better if I could just print at home. Do you hear me talking myself into that Epson 400?

Don't get me started on Epson's refusal to sell the PM-400 to us over here. Ya know, we're from the old continent so I guess we should just get our selfie made by a Renaissance painter or something? Anyhoo, I only have a Selphy. And I raved about the change in my documenting dynamics when I first got it. It changed the way I approach my yearly album. I can just sit down on a lazy weekend afternoon, print out what I need, reprint if I messed up big time or change my mind about how to edit the photo and get scrappy with it. Oh, what's that sound? Just my voice providing the echo to your inner scrapbook purchase justification monologue...

Not an official watch list - just my personal list if items to watch for. I did read somewhere that you could get notifications for items on your wish list, so I added things there in hopes that works but haven't looked into whether I need to do more for that to happen.

I feel like my creativity would flow better if I could just print at home. Do you hear me talking myself into that Epson 400? I print at home most of the time now for that reason. I use my Canon Pixma and have been pretty happy with the quality of prints I get. It's probably more expensive than uploading them etc but definitely more convenient. I'm also joining with sleepingbooty in complaining that the PM-400 isn't available in New Zealand either. Pity about the different voltage in the US otherwise I'd order one from there. ETA well I just looked at the description on line and discovered the adapter is a universal supply one which goes from 110-220v which got me thinking. SaveSaveSaveSave

Can someone elaborate on Prime Day?
Is the random stuff on sale for a short time frame (or until soldout), or is whatever is on sale, on sale for the whole day? If that makes sense.

Some things will be on sale for a short period as Lightning Deals. The deal ends when it is sold out or time expires. IRC, there were some all-day deals last year as well, but the Lightning Deals were the best discounts.

I was frozen in most of June and came crashing out of it and felt guilty for how much I'd spent. I still think the Scrapbook.com is a pretty good deal with the bundle of dies.
