I'm not going to get any of the kits. I only like a couple of things in each one so I will pass.
I have a cart full of story by the month kits and I'm just waiting for a sale.
Project Life is going to be a lot easier once I have kits. Right now I'm spending too much time sorting through my stash.

Do we know if stamps are polymer or the cheap acrylic? They are the good ones- the shop stamps never changed - it was only the SBTM stamps that were crap last year (and one little word in the quartet kits). But now all stamps are back to the good kind. Thx! I definitely like some of the words and phrases on those stamps. Still deciding if I want this collection or not. I would not do them as separate projects, but would do as part of PL, so just need to think about it. I kind of love repeating the book and food themes monthly, but then I would need to either use the stamps or do digital...decisions....

I regret not buying the story play kits last year so I bought them all this year, plus the transparencies and photography kit from last year. I'll use a linen album from my stash or incorporate into other story albums. Excited!

I passed, as they felt a little thin for $15 each.

Went for the kit bundle and food + reading stamp sets. I’ll use it all as part of project life and if I decide I want to repeat stories monthly, I’ll buy digitals and supplement. Those stamp sets already fit with things I scrapbook so feel 100% confident will get used. Did not do story play last year, but these kits just feel like a better fit with my life and things I want to document .

I was really excited for the Love Story kit when I saw the sneak unboxing in their IG live (especially that red heart vellum- swoon). Then the preview went up yesterday and I saw that the journal card backgrounds are all cream instead of white - deal breaker for me. Would have loved the new 6x8 black album with text also - perfection - until I saw the gold foil inside. If the album interior was more subtle and no gold foil, I probably would have bought like 3.. still crossing my fingers that the WITL collection brings me a non-gold-foil, non-beige album option.

I thought subscribers had access to a paper pack that included that calendar transparency.
I can’t find it.

It was an add-on for January and I think you could still add it for the February kit...not sure. It's not visible right now because the add-on period is over. It may pop up on the 10th, though.

Fingers crossed it will still be available. There's a photo in this post: aliedwards.com/2023/12/stories-by-the-month-2024-changes

I ordered the Feb. SBTM kit a couple of days ago and it arrived today. Super happy with it. Great stuff.
I'm going to finish this week project life then go through my stash with the kit and add some more papers and embellishments so I don't have to go through my stash every week. I love that part of it but it's time consuming for sure.
There is a little too much love in the theme for my taste but I think mixed in with other stuff it will be great.
So happy I subbed.

I just caved yesterday and subbed to the SBTM kit, added the code to get the mystery kit. I like that there are more 4x6 cards, even if they are vellum. Kicking myself for missing out on the January kit.

I had to go look at shop pics to see this, and this is posted under the listing: “We discovered a mislabeled tag, '2023', during shipment review and are including the digital version with the correct spelling. The corrected digital version of the '2023' die cut tag '2024' will be added to your account after your purchase of the Day In The Life Mini Kit.”

It's disappointing that they they substitute a digital for physical product.

The way she brushed it off about everyone still has 2023 things to scrapbook. Some years ago she forgot to include a Spring stamp and made Inked send out replacements vs just a digital. I'm not surprised Inked has lowered their mistake fixes.

I don't think Ink is lowering their fixes --- sending a digital is the go to for 99.9% of their mess ups. Thats not new. It's always been that way.

I resubbed to SBTM for 2024. I subbed the first year it debuted, but stopped after the first year due to so much repetition in the cards/chipboard/stamps. Then the 2023 drama with the kit not working with PL, I was happy to see the change back to a PL centric kit. The new person doing the designs for the kit is bringing a fresh vibe. I'm excited to get my January layouts started.

Can you please confirm when to add to my box for the monthly kits?
Does it always open at noon on the 10th?
That's what I'm reading online but I feel like I somehow always messed it up when I subbed before.

Does it always open at noon on the 10th? It opens at 12pm EST on the 10th, so it could be earlier (or later) depending on where you live.

Does anyone do color matching of the SBTM kits for inks?
I don't have any pinks or greens that match the Feb kit. I also don't have a plain old red (not for not trying).
I want a muted pink that color and also a red. My green will do.
Thanks!

I can't remember either and it makes me think it might have just been for December Daily. I went to ACOT since they are having that little sale and picked up a red, green, and pink. Fingers crossed. I like the mini cubes because they fit into the little tin that Tim Holtz sells. I don't stamp that much so they seem to last a long time for me.
