This is rare in our town $3.2 Million is crazy expensive for our farming town. This does have a horse ranch attached to it.
The next most expensive one is $475,000 |

We don't seem to have a lot of extremely expensive houses in Vermont. But our overall house prices are much higher than many states which stinks for the average person/family. 12.5 million for one of VT's most expensive homes (2017)759,000 was the highest that I saw listed at this time in my town. |

I adore the outside of that house. The inside, what little is shown anyway is kinda weird. I enjoy looking at these houses, but no matter how beautiful they are, they never feel like "homes" to me. According to Zillow, this is the most expensive house for sale in my zip code at $2.2 million. I don't like it, but it's typical of the mcmansions around here. My whole town is pretty much an HOA ruled sea of conformity. I love old houses, built in 17 or 1800's. Not going to find stuff that old around here. My dream house would be a Revolutionary Era Colonial or Cape Cod near the ocean in New England. I LOVE imagining the history of old houses. |

The most expensive in my zip code is 6 bedrooms, 6 baths 10,000 sq ft on 2 acres for $1.49 million. This is expensive for my area. But if you move to a suburb, the prices get higher. My neighborhood homes range from about $79,000-$150,000.

It doesn't seem REAL in some of the photos. I couldn't live there. I don't even feel like I could set my purse down anywhere. And this statement makes me LOL for some reason: "Located just 5 minutes from Downtown Alpharetta but the true Milton feel." Thank goodness it has the true Milton feel! |

Milton WAS Alpharetta until a couple of years ago when they incorporated separately. I think the reasoning is that Milton homes tend to have more space (aka the acreage) but Alpharetta has great restaurants. So they are saying you're close to the action but in a country setting - I assume. |
