It makes me chuckle that Trump is frustrated that the special investigator is moving so quickly on his investigation but dig up nothing after years investigating Hillary. But it makes me angry that he dares to blame the FBI for supposedly not doing their jobs correctly. Maybe there just wasn’t anything to find on her, asshole - even after multiple investigations. And maybe the evidence on you is mounting quickly.

Interesting article on Mitt Romney. RomneyIt's an odd feeling...wishing he would force his way back in to the national discussion and curb the insanity... wishing he would/could rally the GOP we once recognized to stand up and take on and defeat what trump and this current GOP leadership has helped create these past 2 years... wishing for effective leadership in the party who stands for most everything I stand against... wishing for better for people like Nicolle Wallace, Steve Schmidt, my aunt and uncle, SO many more...who are grieving a party they once felt proud of and loved.

Today may be the day Trump fires Mueller. What would you be prepared to do? Protest? Hell yes. I will march the streets. Firing Mueller will only prove he is hiding something. Is Trump going to replace Mueller with Eric? It's the only way that the next guy and the next guy won't continue if they uphold the integrity of the FBI and what they stand for.

Ex-campaign aide: Pence's wife finds Trump 'totally vile'BY REBECCA SAVRANSKY - 12/05/17 07:33 AM ESTA former Trump campaign aide said Vice President Pence's wife, Karen Pence, finds President Trump "totally vile." Mike and Karen Pence were taken aback when the 2005 "Access Hollywood" tape, in which Trump is heard making lewd comments about women, leaked last year, The Atlantic reported. A former campaign aide told the publication that Karen Pence was "disgusted." “She finds him reprehensible—just totally vile," the former campaign aide added.A former campaign aide also said that after the tape surfaced, Republican Party officials expected that they would be able to get Trump to drop out of the presidential race before the second debate, according to The Atlantic. "Little did they know, he has no shame," the former campaign aide said. The "Access Hollywood" tape recently came back into focus after a report that Trump told a senator earlier this year that the infamous recording may not be authentic. "Access Hollywood" pushed back on the claim, saying they wanted to make "perfectly clear" that the tape is "very real." thehill.com/homenews/administration/363254-ex-campaign-aide-pences-wife-finds-trump-totally-vileDoes she realize the 'stink'/guilt rubs off by close association?? They needs better friends!

“New Quinnipiac poll:
Only 20% say GOP tax plan will reduce their taxes.
64% say wealthy will benefit most.
And by 56-34, Americans say Dems will do better "fighting for the working class."
Remember Trump's vow to turn GOP into a "workers party"?”
56% of Americans say the Democrats will do better “fighting for the working guy”. Yet somehow trump is president.

“We can hear the DC staff of @senatorcollins screaming at local police over the speaker phone in the back office, arguing about what to do with us. Don’t want a bad news cycle? #mepolitics”
Apparently Sarah and others are protesting at one of Collins’s offices in Maine.
When Collins went back to Maine after voting no on the ACA repeal she was cheered by her constituents. My guess that won’t be happening again anytime soon.

And the "default" Republicans who decided they were Republicans 20 years ago and have not really examined what it means to support the GOP now. This is what drives me nuts about DH. If you talk to him, he's in favor of most of what Democrats stand for. But he has it in his mind that Republicans are the party of fiscal responsibility, and Democrats are giveaway artists and communists, and that is that. He doesn't have the time or inclination to look deeper so he's sticking with what he knows. And honestly, this probably describes 75% of the average Texans I know. R is the default setting, and they're not engaged enough to know what supporting Republicans really means in 2017.

^^^ yup. I just watched a Sam Bee video on youtube... she talks about how Mike Pence was inspired by a charismatic Republican (Reagan) after being raised a Democrat- the whole video is actually really funny, but the part about what Reagan stood for then NOT being what the (R) means today is very true. My boyfriend is very much a Reagan Republican who believes in fiscal conservatism, etc. and I don't think he's looked very closely lately at what the Republican party of today is ACTUALLY doing. for anyone who might be offended, there's probably some strong language in here somewhere, since it's Samantha Bee... Meet the Pences

Another, not me, not me not me!! Wait no, it is PASS the BUCK! Trump Jr. says he communicated first with Hope Hicks, not his father, about Trump Tower responseCNN Digital Expansion DC Manu RajuJeremy Herb By Manu Raju and Jeremy Herb, CNN Updated 6:25 PM ET, Wed December 6, 2017 (CNN)Donald Trump Jr. told House investigators that he did not communicate directly with his father when confronted with news reports about his June 2016 Trump Tower meeting, according to multiple sources with knowledge of his testimony. Instead, Trump Jr. said he was speaking to White House aide Hope Hicks about how to respond to the reports. He said President Donald Trump, according to the sources, was debating between a longer and a shorter statement while the President and Hicks were aboard Air Force One. Hicks was aboard Air Force One and was speaking with Trump while the statement was being crafted.Separately, sources said, Trump Jr. said he could not recall some key details about the White House response. Trump Jr.'s highly anticipated testimony comes as he has faced growing questions on Capitol Hill about the June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower where he met with Russian operatives after being promised dirt on Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Both the House and Senate Intelligence Committees have interviewed several of the participants in the meeting, including when the House panel last week questioned the Russian translator, Anatoli Samochornov, who also attended the Trump Tower session, sources said. Trump Jr. firmly denied that he had communicated with his father about the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting, according to the sources.More at link: www.cnn.com/2017/12/06/politics/donald-trump-jr-trump-tower-response/index.htmlHe didn't tell his father, but they discussed the response? Who??

Trump Jr. won't tell lawmakers what he and President discussed about Trump Tower meetingCNN Digital Expansion DC Manu RajuJeremy Herb By Manu Raju and Jeremy Herb, CNN Updated 7:50 PM ET, Wed December 6, 2017 Washington (CNN)Donald Trump Jr. would not tell House investigators Wednesday what he and his father discussed after reports surfaced about a June 2016 meeting he had in Trump Tower with Russians, citing attorney-client privilege. President Donald Trump and his son had a conversation this summer after Trump Jr. produced emails about his involvement in the Trump Tower meeting, according to Rep. Adam Schiff, a California Democrat and the committee's ranking member who attended the Wednesday session. At the classified hearing, Trump Jr. acknowledged speaking with senior White House aide Hope Hicks to help craft a response to the initial reports, sources said. But Trump Jr. did not provide details about communications with his father and invoked attorney-client privilege because of the presence of attorneys during the exchange with his father."As I understand it, this particular conversation for which they were claiming privilege took place after the emails became public, and, was therefore focused more on the reaction to the publication of the emails," Schiff told reporters. Schiff added that he did not believe one could "shield communications between individuals merely by having an attorney present."However, Rep. Mike Conaway, the Texas Republican leading the committee's Russia investigation, did not express the same concerns as Schiff about Trump Jr.'s response. More at link: www.cnn.com/2017/12/06/politics/trump-jr-testimony-lawmakers-president-trump-tower-meeting/index.htmlThe other article says he talked to Hope Hicks, now lawyer client privilege talking to his father, sure................ But but... he is not supposed to talk to his father about anything related to the government!!! See how well that worked!?!?!?
