Another great creative day! Points should be current, unless I missed someone. If so, let me know and I can add them in tomorrow. It DOES feel like a crop, doesn't it? Loving seeing everyone's creative takes on the challenges. I will add a link to lilacgal's challenge when it is posted. Until then, feel free to play with the ones we have. You know you can repeat any challenge to create a different project, right?

It's great to see the board so active and I don't think I've produced so many things in one day for a while

grammadee -I had two freestyle as I did the sketch and the scraplift for the feb sketch/scraplit challenge - I tagged you for both wondering if it would be easier if we all did a post we updated to keep track of our points or creations so you weren't all over the board hunting for them?

... wondering if it would be easier if we all did a post we updated to keep track of our points or creations so you weren't all over the board hunting for them? I just came here to let you know that I posted a 2 pager to KikiPea's sketch challenge, and could I have points for both that and the stretch challenge? But Linda is right. This is too much for you to have to coordinate grammadee , and it's going to feel like one very long month for you by the time we're through. We can each keep our own spreadsheet and just check in with you along the way. Weekly, maybe? It's still early enough in the game to switch it up. Trust me, everyone would support this move! It's just too much for one person.

It's just too much for one person. We could all take a post in the thread and just edit that post every time we complete a project. I've done this at other forums for different things. Example: Weekend Workout #1: 2 Day 1: 2 Day 2: 2 Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Freestyle: 2 Total: 8

I fixed your tallies, Linda and msliz . I think I'm okay with the counting if I keep my tally sheet with me. Problem was I keep my sheet by the computer in my office, and yesterday I was scrolling through the different threads with my ipad in different places in the house and not writing anything down, so in the evening I dropped a ball or two. I like your suggestion, LisaDV , but now that we are started and the "rules" have been set up, it's more difficult to switch. And we would need a different sticky message thread that would make it easy for participants--and me--to find and use. Think we'll keep going as we are for point tallies. I will scroll through all new messages in the challenge threads and the Weekend Workout ones and add any new creations from there. For Free Style, please be sure to post a quick note in THIS thread to make sure I catch it for points. I am more likely to miss posts from other challenges or threads outside of 28-4-28.

i've completed the grammadee lift layout--was that day 1? and the color challenge layout. one was a two pager, one was a one pager--not sure if that matters! I am going to do a few more layouts today--i havent scrapped in a while as I have been obsessed with card making so this is fun! ETA: day 3 and Day 4 completed Both are shared. Thanks Grammadee for keeping the points up to date. Bck to the scraproom!!! When I am done for the day today I plan on going back and commenting on everyone's layouts and cards

It's so great to see this thread and all of the participation! I only got part of a card done this weekend, as well as pulling stuff for a layout - most of my family is sick right now so I'm doing nursing duty I'm too exhausted to do much even when I get a moment to myself. I plan on getting caught up later this week, though! You are all so inspiring!!

wait-i missed something-what is freestyle? Is that just making a layout of any kind? freestyle is anything you want it to be! the daily challenges will all be linked in the op, along with the weekend workout bonus challenges. You can do any or all of them as many times as you like. Just be sure to post in the thread for that challenge each time you take it on. If if you create something that doesn't fit with ANY of the challenges, link it to this thread and claim it as Free Style. And to to answer your earlier question, each page is a separate entry. So if you enter--say---Challenge #1 Take Five with one of your pages, and you have created a facing page, that counts for Weekend Workout 1: Stretch! So you can just count your second page there. Lots of ways to play! Love to see your work!

another freesyle for me - thanks msliz for posting the sketch savvy site - I used #180 sketchsavvy.blogspot.com/2017/05/sketch-180.html to inspire this layout. background is PaperWizard Lego paper in red (with the raised dots). I cut an 8" circle of black cardstock and slipped a wide strip of PaperWizard Lego paper in blue under the right side of the centred circle. Matted my photo in yellow, added a Lego bricks sticker to the top left corner of the layout and cut Legoland Japan with my cricut - using the Legothick font. I used the outlines for Legoland in a larger size and centred across the bottom of the circle running off eitehr side and the inners for Japan in a smaller size below the circle overlapping the bottom edge of the blue strip. Photo by DS of the entrance to Legoland Japan

It's been a busy weekend, but I managed to send photos to Costco on Friday, and completed a few pages in between errands, taking care of sick DH, and making Super Bowl food. Layout photos were taken this morning for Challenge 2 and Stretch. So far 4 layouts done - woohoo!
This is really movitvating me to work on something, even if I can't complete a project every day. I'm really loving all of the challenges!

and another freestyle page for me (plus a stretch it weekend challenge page) Started with sketch 179 from Sketch Savvy sketchsavvy.blogspot.com/2017/04/sketch-179.html and stretched it into a two-page layout. I used coordinating pink, green, and blue PP from Paper Studio's Pixie Stix on a white cardstock background. Page 1 - green strip across the top with a partial pink circle on the left top. Large rectangle of blue under the two 4x6 vertical photos. Pink and green circles peeking out from the edges of the blue. A wider pink strip near the bottom of the layout with three green arrows (cut on cricut) on the right pointing to page 2 Page 2 (for the weekend challenge) - the green strip continues across the top and crosses a partial pink circle in the right corner. there's a vertical blue rectangle with two photos (4x6 vertical and a 3x3)overlapping it - pink and green circles peek out from the edges. YOKOSUKA in pink letters (Cricut cut opposes the green arrows from page 1 photos by DS in Japan
