another freestyle layout for me.
using sketch savvy #170
white background, I cut the swirl of a peppermint candy from red with my Cricut to substitute for the sun shape. Layered green cardstock and a green with red/green/white dots PP. Matted my 4x6 vertical photo in red. Added pennants? banners? I still dont' know what they are called in red and green at the lower left and cut an arrow and letters for my title from red with my cricut - on the right side of the layout

and one more freestyle layout but then I need to take a break and pull stuff together for my GS meeting tonight...
using sketch savvy #169
green tone-on-tone holly leaves background, red cardstock, poinsetta PP, and a red tone-on-tone plaid PP as layering pieces. 2 photos (3.5x5 and 4x6 horizontal) matted in white. I punched a 2" circle from gold foil holly leaf PP and tucked in on the red side. Strip of white cardstock along the bottom with a cutapart strip (hope, joy, peace) on top. Date handwritten with black zigwriter

If you do more than one page for one challenge, you get 2 points for each page you post. If you do a 2 page spread, the second one can be counted as another 2 points for that challenge, OR it can be counted as WW1 (Weekend Workout #1-stretch) |

I didn't have time to get to the layout today  Got a call from son's school and he had his first migraine, poor guy. I did manage to squeeze in a workout, so I'm happy about that. Oh! And I made this card. I love the MFT Smitten Kitten stamp set! I will definitely catch up on layouts--might be able to do a couple tomorrow but definitely this weekend. ETA: just realized i think his bow tie is upside down LOL. ETA2: glue hadn't set! yay! flipped his tie around  |

nancydrew your puppy page sounds very sweet and wow, 3 pages and a card in an evening sounds like a lot of stash busting!
