Happy Monday! I hope you all are having a great Monday so far. We rested, did a little shopping and other routine things. Weather has been sunny and clear. It had been cold but yesterday was almost HOT. So our weather is all over the place. LOL! So much of my cleaning is done now and I do feel so much better. I am ready to get on my craft table. I haven't spend much time there but now that things are more organized it feels like it is time. Heck, I might even do some scrappin. I have to scoot over to the gallery and see more of your creations. grammadee - Safe travels! nylene - Be careful out there in snow and cold. Sending you some virtual hot tea. scrapincin - That happy turtle is so cute! Thanks for sharing him with us.

scrapincin, I can't believe I got that done correctly the first time again. You are excellent at giving instructions to techno-challenged people. I love the little jumping turtle. I love your last layout. That's a favorite of mine, too. Every time I hear it what comes to mind is 9-11 and all the outpouring of love for those killed and injured. It seems like it played so often and it was so perfect. kellyr21, I wish I had all my cleaning done. It has really taken a backseat to scrapping in Feb. My sweet husband even did the grocery shopping for me so I could play. I'm sure you are really enjoying the beauty and serenity of your new bedroom. grammadee, I am glad you are back safe and sound at home. I'm sure you had a good time, but it's always nice to come home. We have loved the 28-4-28 and appreciate your doing it even while out of your own scraproom. I have not done the last 2 days, but have ideas and will try to get my mojo going again. You have had some great hostesses. I will be back later to chat and scrap. Two more days until a new thread needs to be posted! Time flies.

Happy Wednesday! and last day of February! Yikes! I just don't know where this month went. @elaynef, how's your dd? Did you already go home or are you still there? scrapincin, thanks for the jumping turtle, it's so cute. Your cards is beautiful too. nylene, that was nice of Steve to do the shopping for you. Can you trust him to do that without too much extra things? I'm sorry I haven't really been around. I'd say I've been super busy, but I feel like the whole month just slipped away. Yes, I was busy, but I don't feel I accomplished anything. Last Saturday, we went for a little walk and found our first geocache. It was very exciting. We can't wait to go find another. On Monday while I was gone, my ds threw up 3x. When I came home he was feeling better and said it was my fault for leaving him with his dad. haha. Yeah, Don was feeling the love. He was joking. Of course, I sat with him the rest of the day. After some food and cuddles, since I didn't know if it was a cold (he has finally started to outgrow the throwing up at the start of a common cold) or a stomach flu, I asked how it all happened. Nope, neither one. It was a really bad migraine. I have a niece who frequently throws up with migraines and she gets them quite often. DS had one in winter of 2016. Then again Monday. He's been struggling with his sinuses lately and maybe with the warm front that moved in - that was the trigger?!. Luckily he was all better yesterday. On Tuesday, the repairman said $600 for parts for my washer which has been giving me fits. I don't think Don paid more than $400 for the machine. What, the, What! The plus side is I will finally be upgrading! I was hoping to get something as high quality as the one I had in our other homes that wouldn't fit here (non stackable) but in a stackable set. No more lugging king comforters to the laundry for me. I always felt like February, March, October and November were my most active scrapbook months but not this year. I've had very little time to create in February, only like the first week and just a page or two since. I signed up for Calvinball, but other than a 2 day crop and a day each week earmarked for scrapbooking, I won't have the almost every day access of last year. My earmarked home days, I plan to do digital pages as I can complete them much more quickly. And I'll be setting aside one day for a pocket page styled layouts that I always put off (that was inspired by my personal challenge in the 28-4-28 challenges here). Hopefully I'll still be able to create a bunch of layouts. OK, after not really being on this thread much at all this month, I just wrote a book. Sorry. It looks like many of you created so many pages during the 28-4-28 challenges. I love seeing the layouts. I hope everyone had a fantastic and productive February!

Nylene and lisadv thanks for your prayers and asking about dd. She is stronger. Has appt. Today with chiropractic. She is hopeful they can help. She can only eat steamed chicken broccoli, asparagus ,Brussel sprouts and brown rice. Yesterday she had a reaction to butternut squash but ate a peach ok.
I plan to go home Saturday.
I hope to work on some of the challenges then. I was amazed at how much they helped get things done and use stash. It was great seeing all the beautiful work and learning about you all. Even after being here 17 years, I had no idea of all the talent. I need to spend more time in the gallery!
