Anyone else get theirs? I need to clean up my room so I can try it out. It's smaller than I thought it would be. Here's a side by side comparison with the TH positioner. Attachments:

How exciting for you! Is it big enough to hold a 5x7 card? I am thinking not, by the looks of your picture.

It will. The base where you put your card is about 7-3/8" square. Also, two sides are open.

Just tried one large stamp that would not stamp well on the TH platform no matter what I tried. It stamps better in the stamparatus but unfortunately even better in the misti. lol

Hopefully it’s lighter weight than the TH. Looks like a manageable size. Hope to hear a review. Tell us if it seems sturdy and gives an accurate restamp.

I got mine too! I don't think it would survive "CPR" stamping like TH Platform. Time will tell if the hinges will last (which are more sturdy than the Misti), it's all plastic and lighter than TH. I am being cautious when pressing on it. The one difficult stamp (bare rubber) I have is difficult on all the stamp tools.
Overall I like the design and size. It stamps okay for me, not any better than TH, but it's still new and I haven't used it enough to decide if it's my favorite.

On Splitcoaststampers, demonstrators were saying that it won't stamp well in the corner - do you find this to be the case? They were putting foam pads/shims underneath to get it to stamp half decently. I prefer stamping in the corner so I'm a little worried - I'm one of the second round of orders that will go out, I believe later this month. My TH platform doesn't stamp well at all, so I'm worried about buying another platform that won't stamp in the corner. SaveSave

The only one that could stamp well in corners was the (old) WRMK one because the hinges lifted. On the stamparatus it's easier to move your card stock away from the hinges to stamp though.

I watched a demo and even in that the when demonstrator placed her cardstock in the corner she had to re-ink and stamp the image again.
I’m interested in how well it works for layered stamps and whether it’s easy to move the plates lower on the hinges to repeat images in different spots. Have you gotten a chance to try yet?

I did have to restamp once or twice on solid stamps but the multiple plates make layered stamping so easy. You could do up to 4 layers since you can use either side of the plates. That alone makes it worth it to me. I'll take some in-process pics when I get a chance.

Here are a couple of images. I used my old magnets (they are thinner) and as you can see, the image was right up at the corner-I had the paper in the corner of the stamparatus. The first stamping was light but I don't think that's the fault of the stamparatus since it was even all over. I just think these photopolymer stamps are hard to get a good impression with dye ink., especially when they're new. After the 2nd stamping the image is pretty solid and smooth. I used Gina K ink cubes and this is a photopolymer stamp from mft.

For a comparison, these stamps were stamped with the tim holtz positioner. One is a larger version of the stamp above (same set). The other one is from altenew, I believe. Both photopolymer, stamped with Stampin Up dye ink. At the time I stamped these I was trying to compare the old TH platform with the replacement one Tonic sent me. On the right is the MISTI. This was before I had the stamparatus. I did stamp the same stamp (the MFT one) with the stamparatus and there were no voids.

Not stamping well in the corner is killing it for me. I want to like it but I feel like the corner issue, for me, is a big deal.

If you already have a couple or three stamp positioners in various sizes that work, would you still get this one? If the image is better near the hinges than say near the Misti bumpers or you don’t like the TH I get it. If you like what you have, are there things about this that add value? I’m not against getting it but I would want it to be better than what I already have.

For me it's the multiple plates. That adds enough value even though I have a misti and a th platform.

Not Stamparatus related (although interested) I stamped these Bunnies with a We R Memory Keepers stamp platform. The stamp is from SU and is 3 step process using Dark to Light inks to get image. I like my We R Memory Keepers stamp platform, however, I am looking at a 12" x 12" platform for scrapbooking.

I like that it’s a little smaller than the TH and not quite as heavy. I agree that the extra plates are a good feature, and for me that it stamps well near the hinges is important. Even when you can stamp multiple images if it does not stamp fairly evenly the ink is darker in some places and that’s not a good look.

I do like the idea of multiple plates, but I am not sure I really need to buy another platform. I don't often do assembly line stamping, although I do like the layered stamps and have several. Muliple plates would be nice. I guess the price and availability would be a factor. The last I heard, they were only available to a limited number of people, and if you did not order in time, you were just out of luck. Are they generally available now, or is it still limited?

Not stamping well in the corner is killing it for me. I want to like it but I feel like the corner issue, for me, is a big deal. I had a customer reach out to me because she was experiencing same issue. I showed her how I used 2 shims (cardstock I had laying around) and now the image stamps perfectly.

We had a pre-order in October and November 2017. When the 2018 Annual Catalog launches in June, you'll be able to order a Stamparatus.

My craftiest friend received her Stamparatus last week. She says she gets a pretty poor image in the corner and has to use CPR pressure and stamp multiple times. She has several Mistis and a TH tool. She feels she gets better results with her Mistis and her TH but she likes the double door feature. I’ve decided to pass on this version.

Just saw a thread in a fb group where some are having trouble and some are not. Kind of like the TH tool. I know a lot of people had trouble with it and a lot didn't. I did and got a replacement but it was the same. It works fine for small things, but not big stamps so I just use three different positioners. lol
