He and his colleagues have seen verbal and physical aggression toward them go through the roof in the last couple of years. They have developed plans and safeguards they never needed before. It’s a very serious problem. It’s very scary. Just the other day at a trump riot people were nasty and threatening towards Jim Costa. From what I saw trump didn’t stop that or denounce it at all. |

I'm not sure what this has to do with the discussion at hand, you know, the one about a shooting. I'll be honest and say it comes across as a way to deflect from the original issue, which is mass shootings and how and why people execute them. For those with limited mental capacity to understand--my point was, you don't need a gun to cause heartache and pain to another human being. This man in the attack is currently in ICU and they don't know if he's going to live or die. ANY violence is horrible, even if it isn't accomplished with a gun.
and for the person that said it's WHITE men that do the shooting. This horrific crime wasn't committed by a white man. NOT that it matters. It's still violence that caused pain and suffering and maybe death to another human being.

Each and every story they cover that's smothered in their opinions makes them even less credible as true journalists, and nothing more than entertainment outlets. I just saw the above on a news site along with a video of the police saying he had sent threats to the paper as early as today. It appears he had a personal grudge against the Capital Gazette.

Apparently, from the reports, the man that shot the 5 people had lost a lawsuit for defamation in 2013. His name is Jarrod W. Ramos, 38. So, if this is true, it probably didn't have anything to do with Trump or Mrs. Waters.

Cause and effect. Whether the shooter had a beef against the paper himself, dt's words contributed to his actions. You cannot divorce the two. DT has blood on his hands, to go with the treason and fraud. Not a coincidence. These comments can trigger actions on the part of the unstable. When the President makes statements such as this he enables his supporters to take action. WORDS matter! And words from the President allow those who blindly follow him to remove all inhibitions from taking action.
