Are they vellum butterflies, because the way they link your layers yet are see-through is perfect. Yep. One just happened to fall out of a handful of embellishments I was holding while I was looking for something further down in my storage and I realised they'd be perfect. |

cristelina - I'm glad you are posting! More lovely work - your design eye and mine I think are similar, I'm very "comfortable" looking at your pages, I feel like I'd have done the same arrangement with them. I love the "Sea Adventures" with the colours and the overlapping ephemera. And I really really love the design of the un-equal grid in "lets eat!" stinkerbelle - you get the crown this month  "that base" - AWESOME blues, love the vertical strips - I was initially confused because our MLB team is the BlueJays, but I see that was your son's team name too "Made in america" really caught my ete, the combo you chose for the title, the rosette, the borders!

Right, my last one for the month. I wanted to use some new things I got, stamps, Nuvo embossing paste and nuvo Shimmers. And then I dug into the proper old alphabets box!  1 for a LO, 1 for posting, (I really really wanted to claim the old photo for this one cause you know, Claire & Jamie, that's like 300 years ago! What a cool idea for a page, kiwigirl. Love all the paint and embossing, the warm colours, and that branch against that old brick really fits the "period" photo. |

 stinkerbelle, this totally cracked me up! Had I been thinking "I want a hot dog" I would have totally agreed with you and picked a different color scheme. And yes, I am taking Shimelle's class. I have taken all her classes. You have a good eye because Go Somewhere New is a direct copy of one of her LOs. Plus it is almost all Go Now Go papers. I love all the white space in your Lovely page. White space is not my strength. And that teeny tiny baby in Made in America is just so sweet. kitbop thanks for your comments. And I totally agree that our aesthetics are very similar. kiwigirl I have to really start scraplifting some of your awesome pages. I love how you used all the mixed media on your Totally obsessed page. grammadee Thank you. I will have to go and look at my albums to see if they are interesting to read through. woodysbetty those little girls are adorable. They are ...gasp... my great nieces. Thank you all for the  I will be back in August and will try to comment on all the beautiful work posted.

thracian , that monochromatic blue page is GORGEOUS!!! And I LOVE the fun photo on the second page. mom , the page design of the Driver page is really cool: love the contrasts. And congrats on finishing your mini album. Sounds like a fun summer project. Are you gals planning to play in August, too?
