grammadee I love the guitar card! What a fabulous idea and I think it looks great, your sentiment is awesome too. I bet your DS will love it! KelleeM Gorgeous page! Love those swirls. If that's all washi tape then you could have another point for a challenge last month to use washi, so it would be a Ketchup - Washi Tape point. stinkerbelle WOW! Great work chickadee! I love the staples on Little Something, and the papers you've chosen are so cool, I love how you put papers together! I loved the raindrop paper immediately, thanks for explaining the significance! I LOVE tickets are awesome (is that at Chuck e Cheese? Or as I called it, hell on earth), I reckon you missed a point for grammadee's flag/banner challenge as well and I love all those stars, perfect LO! Love those reindeer on Merry Movies and the stamping, if it is stamping is lush! If it is stamping in the background, you could get another point with a Ketchup and last months stamp challenge? Hello Cutie is super cute! Love that little cluster of banners up the top and the Nuvo dots are fab! I'm sure there's a challenge to use an old photo this month as well, so an extra point for that? In the Army Now is awesome! Love the title, I love how perfect you've got your letters, I appreciate these things a lot, respect for the letters! Did you get halfway down one side and think damn that Kiwi, why am I doing this!!!! I've managed to bash out two more DT LO's! Here's sneaks cause that's all I can share till Aug 1st. And here is another card. I put this together for our almost 90 year old neighbour, whose party is this weekend.  howdy oldtimer by Gramma Dee, on Flickr 8 Points: #1: Created and shared (2). I am claiming the banner as a flag (1). #3: Water colour: The front panel is coloured with Ken Oliver color bursts. I mopped up the excess with photo paper so it looks like splashes and glued it to the inside with a greeting: "Do you think this will be enough water to put out the candles?" First the Love- (we need to check every day! Such loveliness!) MDscrapaholic - Great cards. I love the chairs. The Beach is definitely this land-locked Colorado girls happy place. kiwigirl (AKA Fearless Leader)- I LUV your style. I want to try some this month. Your sneaks make me want to see more. mamakven -your colors are great on that page! KelleeM - pretty pages & the story on the 2nd one made me tear up- you can definitely feel & see the love. KikiPea - You are the cluster queen. I gotta try them! grammadee - fun card & your layout is "dreamy" absolutely what you were going for. stinkerbelle - WHOA, girl! You have been busy- such a cutie patootie. You get a lot on a page & it all coordinates so well. woodysbetty - Your love is evident! Her is my first contribution.: From our very rainy camping trip in 2016. We visited the cabin where we spent our very chilly honeymoon. Long story, but DH's grandparents offered their cabin(no longer in the family), As you can see my DH had to shovel our way in (we married in January). Since all the plumbing had been winterized, he also had to shovel a path to the outhouse. They told us for a wedding present we could have the electric blanket on the bed. It was so cold we didn't think it worked! We didn't dare leave the whole weekend as we had to keep all the fires going to keep warm. Even then it was below 0 the whole time. What were they thinking? I told DH that he owed me warm places from then on & every 5 years or so we go! For these layouts I am taking a total of 15 points: Bung an arrow on it=1, Vacation photos=2, Dig out an old one=1, Multiphoto=2, Post=2,Create=2, Get outdoors=2, Word up=1, Ketchup (hoarding- I have had that background paper for ~15 years.) woodysbetty what a sweet page I love your use of the background paper! I struggle so much with those but you rocked it! grammadee love your kiwilift! The colors are gorgeous and I love how they look with the b&w photo! Your old timer birthday card is lovely. I really like the background! kiwigirl your sneaky peeks look fab! patin I’m not sure I’d last 44 years after a honeymoon like that! But I do think it’s very cool you were able to go back. Love all the fun photos! craftykitten your kitty page is sooooo cute! Love the little banner up top! Love the bright colors on your lorikeet page. I have photos like that somewhere too, should maybe pull them out. Anyway, I like how you layered the woodgrain over the colorful stripe, very cool! myboysnme you got a lot done today, woohoo! Love your sweet baby page. Very exciting to see the first photos! All your baseball pages are great…baseball is the one sport I will willingly watch, mostly because I actually understand what’s going on love all your living history pages too! joyfulnana aww my heart is melting too. Glad you got Flickr conquered, joyfulnana. Love your sweet two pager. Now let's talk about points. I count 12 points for the two pages. To count for Word Up, you need a whole word intact in your title, so no points there. And you could only count the cb letters if they were stickers. But you still end up with additional points: You created and shared two pages, so 4 points there (you get a point for each to create, and a point for each to share). Challenge #1 for your banners on both pages (2). Challenge #12 for your dots on both pages (2) Challenge #19 b/c you have a daddy & baby on each page (2). gramma can tell you if there are any additional bonus points here. Challenge #21 b/c this is all one manufacturer if it comes from a kit? (2) |

grammadee I love that card! The watercolour looks so lush and I can't believe you got 8 points on a card, way to go! 15 points, way to go patin! Love the LO's, the title on the left looks amazing, I love those little people with the fire! Man, that was some serious shoveling to get in there too! craftykitten that LO is amazing! Love Morpheus' name, that's so cool! And the background paper, is that Cute Girl? It's fab! And WOW, the Lorikeets is so bright and striking I am in love!!!  OMG myboysnme 25 LO's! WOW! I reckon you definitely need some Ketchup - Hoarding points cause I can see some seriously old Thickers there that definitely have been hoarded (I know because I recognise them, I have them too!) joyfulnana great page! I love the little cluster of banners/flags in the bottom left corner, so cute and I think grammadee has nailed the points for you too, I was going to say all that but she's beaten me to it!

I did another DT LO, they are coming so easily! I find it funny that different collections make me scrap in different styles. I've definitely gone back to my graphic/grid LO style with Doodlebug. Where as if I'm using Maggie Holmes I try and do pretty LO's. It's like I have a style that goes with each manufacturer! So this is Me & You and I'm claiming 1 point for a LO, 1 point for sharing, 1 point for a Banner, 1 point for Nuvos, 1 point for a Grid, 1 point for a Pet and Ketchup Challenges, Word-Up, Construction (metal photo turns), Random Icon (birdcage) and smaller than 4x6 photo, so 10 points on this one.  I think I'm gonna try for 2 more LO's and then be done for this month. I have loved this collection though. I'm just so surprised cause I didn't really like it when I saw it online and I'm cranking out the LO's left & right lol! Maybe I should choose products I don't really fancy much more often? |

myboysnme I mailed those stickers on Monday so I’d be serif they don’t arrive today (only coming from Massachusetts). Your layouts are incredible! I can’t believe how quickly you churn them out! Maybe when I have a room, and therefore more room, I can work more quickly!! I’m terrible about commenting, I’m sorry. I love love love seeing everyone’s pages and cards! And I agree about needing a LOVE button but admin has already said it won’t happen.

I’m terrible about commenting, I don't comment as much as I want to either. I just try to pass through and hit like but even miss so many of those as well. I have special places for your stickers since you showed me what is in them! I do churn out layouts. Sometimes when I look at all the work in other people's pages I feel like I am missing the boat somehow, but my number one goal is get them scrapped. Every so often I get a page that inspires me and I put more art into it, so to speak! |
