I have a feeling Claire is going to be on the exmo subreddit when she's able to move out, if she isn't already lurking on it now In the last three years, it's grown from 144,000 to over 220,000. Plenty of supportive people there.
So weird because I see rainbows in Arizona all the time. Especially during monsoon season when it storms pretty much every day. Maybe she has only been "present" for them since becoming an "ally" or something.  |

Yeah, so does the Becky Higgins LLC IG. (You know, LLC as in Limited Liability CORPORATION) So what's the difference between the content of the old and new IG? Both have inspiration. Both have podcast shilling. Both have online courses. ?!?!?!?!?!?? Instead of starting a new BUSINESS-ORIENTED IG to do the same stuff as the CURRENT IG, why not make the Becky Higgins LLC IG into business only (finally!) and just start a new PERSONAL page?!?!?! And for the love of branding/clarity, don't name the new one 'My Modern Story' but then undergird it w/the 'Project Life' brand/app. FFS. What a mess. Had to quote myself from a year and a half ago since Becks has FINALLY caught up to what should have been obvious to her then: You don't need TWO business-oriented IGs and NO PERSONAL page.
She has FINALLY set up her IG as she should have done a LONG TIME AGO: A BH personal account and ONE BH business account.

So is she saying that the LLC will NOT have podcast content and that podcast content will only be on her personal account?

" Follow our @mymodernstory Instagram account where the prompts and pages keep on coming!" - Literally on the same day she decided to ax MMS.us8.campaign-archive.com/?u=c309bd87ddffa86ee82decc95&id=d3420dc19b Whoever "guided" her about 2 years ago, when she was hawking dresses, jewelry, podcasts, PL, faith etc. on her BH LLC page; and then "guided her" to create the MMS for "documenting"; and "guided her" to not have a separate personal page - was a real idiot. She's a mess. I haven't been following her lately, but I thought about Claire a few days ago and wondered how Becky's new "learning" about how to be a decent person when it comes to LGBTQ issues was going. That's when I got sucked into the vortex that is Beckyland. |

I can’t stand her. She is so out of touch with reality. Her oldest son was packing to leave for his mission trip and they won’t see him for two years. A few days before he left, her and her husband took a vacation to Cabo. Seriously?? It was sponsored by Shine Cosmetics. As if they don’t vacation enough. Then she posted herself crying in her stories after saying goodbye to her son and made sure to mention that her Shine makeup didn’t smear or rub off with all the crying she was doing. Huge eye roll..,

The podcast is back. Not sure when it happened. But also... Holy cow. The post from this gif was really something. "Upleveling?!?!?!?" Maybe if you didn't follow a ridiculous religion run by idiotic men you wouldn't need to get to be 40 or 45 or whatever she is before you "uplevel" and start being a person who loves LGBTQ people (especially now that it looks like it's hitting close to home). |

If I had a fire in my home I’d get my family and pets out. I would not take time to take another thing.

Is she just desperate for topics or is she selling something? I'm guessing she's selling the wisdom of Crew. Maybe he's going to have his own podcast/IG/blog to shill his own "deep thoughts" (while actually selling Mormon products like Beddys, Shine, etc), just like mom. |

Beggy wants us to know they’ll be released early in the morning depending on our time. Personally, I’m not setting an alarm. If I want a a notebook, there are plenty to choose from. From all manner of places! Who exactly are her customers?

Beggy wants us to know they’ll be released early in the morning depending on our time. Personally, I’m not setting an alarm. If I want a a notebook, there are plenty to choose from. From all manner of places! Who exactly are her customers? No idea! Target has plenty of cute options at better prices. But what adults really use notebooks anyway? There are so many digital options that are much more convenient and functional. I don’t begrudge anyone who likes to write in a notebook, but it’s not revolutionary. |

I use notebooks for to do lists, because I've found that I like the physical satisfaction of checking items off my list, and if I use loose sheets of paper, they end up all over the place. (However, anything long-form, like a journal entry, I'd much rather type because it's faster.) And I'm a sucker for good stationery/notebook, so I'll admit that I've picked them up at places like Home Goods or Target. But personally, I couldn't imagine placing an order and paying shipping for JUST a notebook. As an add-on when I'm buying something else? Sure, no problem. But not as THE reason I'm paying shipping. And again, nothing wrong if you WOULD pay shipping for a notebook. Different strokes for different folks and all! Just for me, it would have to be pretty revolutionary for me to pay shipping for it. |

@zingermack Any news on what happened to the abandoned house? It didn't sell at auction and I don't know how to navigate the US public records system well enough to hunt for the info myself (at least not without wasting a significant chunk of time). I lived a few houses down from her so I know the address and how to look up the documents. I’m not a real estate professional but here’s what I found: Becky and David signed a Deed of Trust on 11/19/2004 for a vacant lot; this was a new built neighborhood when they purchased and these are semi-custom homes. Zillow doesn’t show the 2004 sale price (found it! $855,000!) but has “sold” in 2006 for $614,477 and again in 2009 for $789,000… The property has a Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents dated in 2005 in another person’s name. A Deed of Trust listing David and Becky as the grantor in 2007, and a Deed of Release for the same year listing the 2007 mortgage A Deed of Trust with a Planned Unit Development rider listing David and Becky as borrowers in 2008 I found a Warranty Deed dated 8/19/2009 that conveys the same property from another couple to David and Becky. This document shows David and Becky’s mailing address somewhere else which I looked up and found was another property they owned. I looked up that property and saw that they quit-claimed it to themselves under an LLC in 2009 so I’m guessing that has something to do with the multiple sales-they probably did the same with this house… Back to the original house..it went up for Trustee’s Sale in 2019, listing a trust deed in 2008 with Becky and David as the original truster and someone else as the current trustee… Then the Trustee’s Deed Upon Sale was completed in 2020. Property was sold at public auction on March 12, 2020. It listed the highest bid price as $826,568.51. And I found yet another property that they signed a Warranty Deed conveying that property to someone in 2002 And another Warranty Deed signed 2005 conveying a fourth? property to someone else. One of the properties I found had Becky’s parents on the deed as well as her husband. They had more than one home but the home they lived in in my neighborhood was foreclosed on and sold at auction for sure. |
