W/BH and crew, you have to remember, they're "mamas who work" (unlike the rest of the majority of women I guess), so it has to fit into their FAMILIES' schedules, not their CUSTOMERS' schedules. Which is fine. But then she shouldn't be surprised that she's limited her audience to other upper-middle-class navel gazers, like herself, vs. those who might possibly need to be at work in the middle of the day, in the middle of the week. |

She’s having it during the week? Another smart business move. Women who work outside the home will be, uh, working. Stay at home moms with young kids would have to pay a sitter. That pretty much leaves women who don’t have to be at work and whose kids are older. And of course they have to be interested in cultivating that good expensive life as well as listening to Becky talk for 7 hours.

Off topic, cause this hit a nerve. Back when we had LSS it bugged me they were only open one evening a week and not on Sundays. It's a HOBBY store. When do people work on their hobbies? At night after work or on the weekend. Make the store schedule fit your customers! reason #7692 most LSS failed, they were run like a hobby, not a business to serve hobbyists! |
