I'm having issues with how cork and rubber are aging in my albums so I'll be skipping those (shame about that big '25' statement piece). Me too and this is why I wished it was felt! Maybe mom or someone with a Silhouette can take a couple of orders for us? I'd happily Paypal some moneez over for one of these in felt!  |

I would totally participate in a DD black market! I’ve been enviously eying those fancy-schmancy cut out pages for years for lack of a new fangled cutting machine (unless my original Cricit that I stood in line for in Black Friday many moons ago counts) or a die cutting machine.

I want the rubber pieces and puffy stickers. I have so mich million chipboard left but still love what i see in the pic. Good thing my birtday is in Sept. i can justify this expense 
My birthday is in September and it is how I always justify the expense.
I will definitely need some AE Christmas stuff as always - love that there will be more shop items outside of the kits if I am understanding correctly.
Elle's Studio looks pretty too - good move on her part to have her reveal on August 29th.

Another sneak from Ali's instastories  So I’m the idiot who didn’t see “not part of kits” part. And now I’m thinking these items will be boo coo (beau coup?) bucks. I’m also laying money on this year being a totally greedy greedy money grab on Ali’s part. Her time is fading and she knows it. She’s trying to grab as many dollars as she can. |

That's her regular craft table, isn't it? And yellow is the default color IG stories puts behind white text when you hit the little button for that function (which YUCK! I never ever want yellow! I want black, you morons!) I just don't think she took the time to make a better choice. It's the kind of thing I do on my account when I'm being lazy, and then I kick myself for not using the clean backdrop I have and for not taking the time to make the post look good. Yay, immediacy... enabling lazy busy people to throw crap up onto the internet with minimal planning...  (ETA: Glad she made time to added the registered trademark thingy though! priorities.) |

Maybe because I just came from the "making embellishments" thread, but dude, I could cut that 25 out of cardstock or felt (or whatever) with a pair of scissors or a craft knife. It's a pretty basic font - just draw or print out a paper version, trace onto back of the material and cut carefully. You could even change it up (because copying is bad! yes, KWerner, so bad. I will give credit at the bottom of the page) and make it exactly how you want it. Add a little stitching line, choose your fav shade of red, make it green instead.
The gold SANTA circle equally. Print it on some cardstock, or handwrite, go over with a gold sharpie, punch shape. 5 minutes. Or foil it. 10 minutes. Even if you have to practice 10 times to get it neat enough, still, it's one sheet of cardstock, one circle punch or die. Stack a couple to make it thicker if you like the chipboard dimension.
I'm seeing so much stuff I could make.
Especially if you're not a fan of weird rubber interactions or dimensional bulk, most of this stuff might actually be better with your own handwriting (or a font) and materials you already own.
The puffy stickers seem to have so much AE handwriting -ehh- I know that's what she sells, but I'm seriously over it.
I need to play around with printing on transparency/acetate next. or stamping on it.

Everything joblackford said and then some. By the way, for all us poor folks with no Minc, there is also the embossing pen to have fun (and get some extra use out of all those pretty powders). If you dislike your own handwriting, you can print on the cardstock, go over the printed guide with your embossing pen and make yourself ALL the pretty metallic flat embellishments you want! No need to cough up crazy amounts of cash for some basic text foil ephemera. |

if it will laminate the sheets it will do the foil. You might have to run it through twice. |

Check out Jennifer McGuire's videos - she uses a laminator she bought of Amazon and recommends. I got reasonable results with the one I bought here though must admit the Minc gives more consistent results. |
