Can anyone direct me to somewhere that sells thick envelopes for these bulky, embellishment-laden cards that I make? I know I can't be the only one that makes cards like this and I can usually squeeze and coerce them into a regular envelope but it would be so much easier if there were thicker envelopes made for this. Looking for A7 and A2 sizes...

Thanks for asking this question. I make heavily embellished cards and I have been looking for envelopes for them.

You can get a box of 25 smaller bubble mailers (6x9) at Sam's for I think around $5.

Another vote for the WRMK Envelope Punch Board. You make the envelope to fit the card based on size, but you can adjust it to the next size up if necessary. You can not only make the envelopes match your card, but if you make the envelopes from cardstock, they are much heavier and protect the card better. They may require a little more postage, though.

Also voting for making your own with the Envelope Punch Board. You can make them dimensional (a box with a small depth) to create an Envelobox (which is what Crafter's Companion calls it with their Enveloper tool.)
Lots of Stampin' Up! demonstrators have made videos on how to make card boxes with their punch board which is the WRMK board with a different colour and branding.

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions. I think I may just go with using my Silhouette to make an envelope just slightly larger than the standard A7 envelope. Silhouette also has a place to suggest designs and I think I will also suggest it and hopefully someone more clever than me can come up with something.
