My order arrived yesterday with the album I'll be using for my short vacation last week. I printed photos earlier this week so today I'll start putting the photos in and choosing some supplies to use.

I’m hoping to find some motivation this weekend since I have nothing planned. On Sunday night I will pack up my tools and other stuff to add to the pictures and paper I already packed since I leave on Thursday for my weekend crop!  I’m so excited!!!  I need to make up some tags for the little gifts (the 25 cent Amy Tan sticker packs that were linked at the beginning of the week) for my friends. I also need to find a small gift for a friend celebrating her birthday while we’re there.Â

sadly no mojo on the horizon yet, but i did finally comment on all the goodness in the sharing thread, and i'm going to bed soon, so i'm hoping all the inspiration will percolate overnight and i'll wake up feeling raring to go get scrappy!
we shall see. maybe i shouldn't have done my mega-point LO first? seems like maybe it completely sapped my creative energy lol!

Hope you wake up fresh and creative, stinkerbelle . Seems it often works that I have time and opportunity and no ideas, or tons of ideas and no time or opportunity to apply them. Took photos of the girls all dressed up for Remembrance Day ceremonies this morning. Want to use them for my November calendar page. Trying to remember if I have any poppy papers at home. Even looked up some tutorials for making diy poppies. But no supplies here. ( or much time) |

Sorry I’m so late to the party! November is super busy at work and home. Mandatory overtime at work, the holidays and two dog events this month! At the very last minute I entered a dog show, so I’ll be there next weekend. And Thanksgiving weekend I work at an agility trial all three days. I did do 20 cards today and will share them tomorrow. The stickles is drying overnight. I also started another 20 cards, but I don’t know if I’ll get them finished tomorrow. I’m going to try to work and I really need to brush my dog for at least an hour  I’m really happy and excited at how much I got done in October. And at the huge dent I put in my stash! Today I ran to Hobby Lobby for envelopes and didn’t do much extra shopping. I stopped at Joann’s and didn’t buy a thing  That felt really good  |

Baking cookies with the girls today, then a movie. Flying home tomorrow. Printing photos on the way. Got a call I may need to go into WORK🙀 this week!!! That will cut into my scrappy time!

i just wandered into the sharing thread and i'm so inspired! of course, i need to leave in a bit for work. oh the timing! i'm determined to do something crafty after work, even if it's just uploading the pages i finished on saturday. i've had my mega-point page done forever and need to post that one too. my spot in the rules thread is looking pretty bare. i hope everyone is doing well, both in crafting and in life in general. grammadee are you going to spend any time at home this month?? safe travels to you! In fact, I will be staying at home most of the month. I need to contact my former employer tomorrow to see if and when they need me to cover some classes for them. On Saturday, it sounded like they were talking about a full time gig, but yesterday they said they will need me to stand in for an instructor who needs to take her dd to medical appointments. That sounds more doable. Plan to get crafty whenever I can. Hoping to get my November calendar page completed tomorrow so that I can take the calendar in for printing when I take in the Florida scrapbook. Will share, in the next day or so, that plus the calendar cover page and the last two pages of the scrapbook that I put together while the girls were in school last week. On Saturday I will be making Christmas cards with justjac and our nephew's dw. Hope you have a wonderful time at your crop, KelleeM . Looks like you have been scrapping up a storm, stinkerbelle. Will have to check out the Gallery and the share thread tomorrow. |

KelleeM have fun your at your crop! I'm loving seeing all the pages posted but cannot get motivated to make any myself. I started putting photos into the mini album for my last vacation but then I got distracted by all the DD/JYC talk on that mega thread and started pulling some Christmas supplies out. So far there's been a lot of petting of supplies but no actual making!

Apparently a lot of us are missing the mojo! I haven't gotten much scrapping actually done this month , BUT lots of organizing! Made a trip to ikea this past weekend to grab stuff, I've gone through all my papers and culled my unwanted things (and passed those along to my kids) and I'm currently organizing my embellishments. I'm hoping seeing it all and knowing where it is will help me to get more done!

I haven't made one layout this month. I did some organizing and I did some acrylic pour paintings on the weekend. I will photograph and share them and figure out my points. I also have to make my husband's birthday card, and I'm making cards with grammadee so I hope to score a few points. |

stinkerbelle- I got a kallax bookcase/table for my kids to use in my craft room which I'll also be able to use while they aren't. I also grabbed so things for wall storage. If I ever get them up, then I'll need to post pictures of my finished product. It's been a long work in progress to get this space into what I've envisioned since we first saw this house. We also got things to make my boys a lego table which they are super excited about (and may be part of my plan to make sure the extra desk space in here is free for me  I'm slowly working away at my crafting. The baby hasn't been cooperative, so it's been challenging, but I'm still hoping to meet my goals. I need to get my sewing projects completed so I don't need to rush through them in December. I had been so proud of myself back in August when I bought all the supplies for my projects and even began them, but now they are collecting dust.

Linda no worries, i just usually see you posting somewhere on the boards and hadn't gramma i'm not feeling it this month, either. maybe next year we should skip november! having said that, i *am* scrapping today, although it's slow-going. boymom5 sounds like you got fun stuff! there's ikea in phoenix which is about 2 hrs from me, but i haven't been inside. i have no space to put anything (would LOVE a kallax) and so i'm just avoiding temptation and heartache i think you have a pretty full plate so it's understanding that it might take awhile to get everything settled.

I sat down last night and started pulling pocket cards for my vacation album. I have most of the pockets now filled so at some stage this weekend I'll go through my embellishments and pull some things I think will work. It's kind of weird for me to pull supplies and assemble a full album like this, especially since the photos are a mix of night time, vivid golden orange sunsets, lots of blue water, and plenty of green. I'm thinking I'll stuff some supplies in the pockets and then assemble them as I have time/motivation.
This morning I cleaned my desk and made a kit for my DD/JYC album.

I spent the whole day scrapping 😊. I think I finished 10 pages and almost finished two more. I’ll have to wait until I’m home to figure out points and post them.

Did a bunch of Christmas cards yesterday and then a few more today. I have Christmas cards on the brain, even though I am pretty sure I have more than enough for mailing out to everyone on my list. Tonight I used a die I have not yet used to put together a little scene on the front of a set of cards. Have most of the pieces set aside. I may just finish the cards in the morning and call it a wrap, or I may leave them to the side for later, and get back to scrapping pages. I sometimes find it hard to switch gears from one creative project to another.

I got home at 6:00 last night Today I’m going to take pictures of my layouts in the daylight and figure out points. I think I completed 25 pages and have two more that are almost done. I have today off from work so I should have time to finish those up and unpack. I had so much fun with my friends!!
