Instagram!
So, my teen, who never just lets me take a pic of them without a fight for years now, posts on Instagram! They just started this year since starting high school.
It's gone from famine to feast!
I've got friend pics! I've got field trip pics! Volunteering trip pics!
Can you tell this mama is happy? 😀
This teen also happens to be handing me ticket stubs, and memorabilia, "ya know, 'cause you use that kinda stuff, dontcha?"
Squeeeee! 😀
So what has made scrapbooking more fun for you lately?

December Daily has most definitely made the month of December more fun for me. I don’t pack the month with events just to have something to document, but I absolutely look for those little holiday related things (be it actual physical things or happenings) around me.

Retreats and a kit club in a roundabout way. I started getting to know some fellow scrappers in a kit club. That led to me attending my first scrappy retreat last May and meeting some amazing people. There was a second retreat last weekend that was even better. I now have some scrappy peeps that I can chat with and even bounce ideas off them. It’s made me actually use my YouTube channel with purpose (just hit 100 subscribers yesterday!). I am enjoying this hobby even more now!

That my 7 year old loves looking through her books. About once a week she will get them out and go through them. I like putting new LO in there for her to discover.

That is exactly what I was going to say! Everyone has great advice on everything and I have learned so much from being here. It has definitely made me step out of my scrappy box!

I'm really enjoying the challenges this November.
I am sort of a simple, get it done scrapper but I usually like the layouts with that "little extra" better in the end. The challenges are making me think of "one more thing" I can do to my layouts. And I'm having fun.
I don't know anyone in real life who scraps, so this is my place to talk about scrapping.

I have very photogenic sons and dogs. They are a scrapper's dream. And the girlfriend (son's not mine)? Yeah, she asks for specific photo shoots and sends me ideas of what to do for the photo shoots. I got her a Silhouette for her birthday and now she is making wooden signs. Probably going to get her a heat press for Christmas.

What makes it more fun for me is having a granddaughter on the way and I have been scrapping her ultrasounds and her mom's shower pics plus a monthly side pic of her mom. 2 months to go and then I imagine I will be up to my eyeballs in baby girl. Maybe I will make a dent in my already huge stash of baby girl stuff.

I love to scrapbook pictures of them and to have them request to see my albums with them in it.

I really love all of these answers.
This site definitely helps me enjoy my craft more. Also, YouTube - it's nice to hear people talk about scrapbooking and their layouts.
Also, my son and husband always express interest in my hobby, want to see my latest pages, etc. That's awesome.

My 3 year old son's excitement to look at his baby photos or any photos for that matter. Also, when we have guests, he runs to grab photos to show them. So, now I am focused on completing albums to keep his interest. Hoping that my 1 year old daughter will love it as much as he does.

Two things for me. One, letting go of the feeling that it's a responsibility and I must record all the memories. These days I'm scrapping what I want and enjoying the process more. I'm just having fun with my papers and telling the stories I feel like telling. Two, shopping at Tuesday Morning because I'm frugal. I've been scrapping more and for me that means shopping more. If I don't scrap I don't shop. I spend a few bucks, get more for my money than I would buying things that are newly released, and get to enjoy that new supply love.

1. Layout a Day. It gets me to tell stories I wouldn't have thought of, and it gets me creating on a daily basis. 2. Scrappy friends. IRL and online. grammadee and I get together at her place twice a year usually and we also do two crops with a couple of other friends. 3. My husband takes my picture. When we were first together, he didn't realize this was a big deal. At my 40th birthday barbecue there are two photos of me and they are selfies. Since then he's gotten so much better! We share a Google Photos account so I can print his pics whenever I want.

The 2 things that have increased my production on large projects, such as Christmas cards, are my Klingon stamp positioner and my Vagabond.

My almost 3 year old granddaughter. I had stopped scrapbooking for a few years and this past May I decided to start again. Scrapbooking her makes it so much fun!

My Scrapbooking group that meets two Friday evenings a month. We have so much fun and I am so much more productive (well, usually!). We also do December Daily together so that is fun too.

Putting away my white cardstock.
I was getting so bored with every layout having a white background! I finally stopped using white cardstock bases and now almost every one of my pages uses a pattern paper base. I love it! My pages are more dynamic and colorful, and a whole lot more fun to create.

Discovering a new lss (it opened about a year ago) near me. I LOVE being able to see the paper and products in person again! Nothing like walking into a lss where everyone knows you. So welcoming! It feels like a second home. Also, I love going to the monthly crops there and meeting other scrapbookers. I am actually leaving this morning for a long weekend retreat there!! And of course, this wonderful site and all the talented and kind fellow scrapbookers!

just being more involved here on peas. for awhile i was fairly involved in a few scrappy fb groups, then i got tired of fb and stopped even checking it and pretty soon i quit scrapping altogether. then when 28-4-28 happened this past february i decided what the hell and i've been scrapping non-stop since. i love the competitive nature (competition with myself, not with other crafters; i always want to make more LOs or make a LO worth more points or whatever than i did the last time) and really love the camaraderie with the teams.
