Pumpkin pie and probably apple (or whatever other kind of fruit pie my mom feels like making).
I might make a batch of brownies as my nephew is not a big fan of pie and neither is my dh.

I made a chocolate layer pie from the "recipe box" of DH's grandmother's recipes I'm transcribing. Pie crust, Meringue (with cinnamon!), chocolate layer, homemade whipped cream (also with cinnamon), and then topped with chocolate whipped cream. I'm excited as the meringue was amazing when I taste tested it.
There's also cheesecake from the freezer.

I typically do a pecan pie, a pumpkin pie, and a triple brrry pie. I didn’t freeze a bunch of summer berries this year, though, so I’ll probably skip the berry pie.

It is just the four of us this year so I'm making a small gingersnap crust pumpkin cheesecake and baked Hasselback Apples for dessert.

We almost always have Rachel Ray's Pumpkin Pudding for Thanksgiving dessert. It's like banana pudding, but with pumpkin and gingersnaps instead of banana and nilla wafers. Recipe HERE |

For the last couple years, I've made a salted caramel pumpkin pie with a chocolate gingerbread crust. We're not really big dessert eaters so one pie is usually more than enough.

Apple pie, pumpkin pie and for my 3 oldest grandsons, Oreo mint chocolate chip ice cream pie. The ice cream pie is not usually on the Thanksgiving menu, but they LOVE that pie, so what’s a Granny to do?

I’m making pecan pie and a cheesecake. My friend with whom we are celebrating reportedly is making a peanut butter pie. No one here likes pumpkin pie so it won’t be missed.

We have so many desserts because every time some one wants to bring something, I always say "dessert or appetizer". We always end up with the traditional pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin pie and pecan pie among others. The only thing a little out of the ordinary is that everyone looks for the peanut blossom cookies (just peanut butter cookies with a chocolate candy "kiss" on top). I think of these as Christmas cookies but the one year I didn't make them for Thanksgiving, all the nephews (adults!) told me that I "ruined" their holiday! LOL!  |

When we host, I usually make a really good pumpkin cheesecake with a bourbon-sour cream topping. It's delicious.

Oh, those ooey gooey pumpkin bars sound amazing. So far, I have made plain vanilla and chocolate. But I haven't tried the pumpkin yet. I might have to this year.

Pecan pie from Sam's--the whole thing is 6000 calories!
I was there a couple of days ago, tried a sample and it was sooo good!
I haven't had pecan pie in probably 20 years.

I usually do a pumpkng roll but I'm not healthy enough right now, so I'll probably just do cookies and banana bread, others are bringing the pies.

We have pumpkin, pecan, and apple pies. There are only 5 of us this year, but it takes 3 pies to make everyone happy! I'll eat a sliver of pumpkin and pecan then insist that my brother take them home so that they don't come to my house to tempt me.

I am fixing gluten, nut, soy, lactose, corn free pumpmin pie filling, vanilla pudding, cookie crumble trifold. Dd has celiacs and we both have food allergies.
