I find that their site is not user friendly at all. I'm a pretty savvy computer user and this one has thrown me for a loop.
In the past, I wanted to check out their program and found it hard to navigate. At that time, I did manage to get a user name.
I went on their website today to subscribe to the club. It's weird because the only option was to start in September.
They had a section to put in your mailing country and a quantity. So the quantity, is that 1 Member kit or 1 month subscription?
I teated by entering a one and then ten (the highest it would go) - both said it would be a trial subscription. I went back and entered one since I figured if it were by month, they would give you the option of entering 12, and then finished paying.
Other than that, I thought I would read the boards and it will not let me in. they say I'm not a member.
I had been a member of Studio Calico for 8 months and decided to make a change so that I could order the add on's. Thought this might be better, but so far……..
Any suggestions?
