Me!!! So excited to spend this snowy day with pretty paper and glue. DH just stopped into my craft area and said, "You're such a girl. You've got a candle lit, a dish of m&m's, watching George Clooney, and crafting." Yes, I am! M&Ms are pretty integral to scrapping, in my experience. It sounds like you have a great atmosphere going in there. It really enhances the enjoyment.

So jealous of all of you girls getting snow!! I miss it. But I do remember the days of wanting it gone after long winters. Lol
I am planning on scrapbooking tomorrow after church, and I have nothing planned for Monday and home all day by myself. Looking forward to scrapbooking, organizing and binge watching a show from neflix that found and have been enjoying.

My crop was cancelled but yesterday I spent quite a bit of time on Scrapbook.com ordering $60 worth of paper. I got pulled down the rabbit hole of the Graphic 45 Princess line and that lead from one thing to another.
Tonight I get to babysit my 10 day old granddaughter. I am going through the huge iris bin of baby supplies and trying to narrow it down to those items I will use in the next few months. Of course I threw a few more pieces of baby girl paper into the cart for my order yesterday (that I absolutely did not need).
My granddaughter may be one of only a few babies at 10 days old to have the entire pregnancy and first 5 days of her life already scrapbooked in a completed album!
I also went through my old traditional memorabilia scrapbooks the other day and pulled stuff that goes with my Arizona years photos. This morning I woke up early and fit some of the memorabilia onto pages I already completed. I should have done that first, but better late than never!

Me! I’m at a five day crop with a group of friends. We rent a great house with an amazing space for cropping. I think this is year 12 of our MLK Weekend crop. We started Thursday and end Monday night. Although, so far I’ve only worked on cards. My college daughter took a ton of my cards back to school with her (she loves to give cards to her friends) and I need to replenish my stash. I’ve tried a few new techniques and will be very sad to return to real life on Tuesday.

I am! I have been fussing over this one particular layout for a couple weeks now, on and off. Finally got it to a point I could live with--it was on busy paper and I just wasn't happy with it. Now I just need to put it together and glue everything down. That's really weird for me. Normally I can whip up a layout in less than an hour. After this one, I might do a Christmas-themed one.
Last night I put away all the crap I've bought lately. I got to fondle all the new stuff again, and that sparked some ideas. I also have gotten interested in card making again. That tends to go in cycles. I have a few new supplies thanks to Jennifer McGuire, so I want to play with those soon, too.

Yup. Couple of inches of snow on the ground and wind chills in the teens or lower. I'm staying indoors and having a scrappy weekend.

I am! Finally got my space all pulled together over a few evenings this week and I'm so happy to have things back where they belong! I've got my DD all laid out and ready to complete, I was done up to day 20 before I ran out of photo ink. But I'm itching to finish that project up. Then I plan on completing my 2018 PL (pics are printed) so excited!

Then I finally finished the pages for the family cruise we did in January of 2017 IMG_2221 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr IMG_2229 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr These pages will go in fold out page protectors so when the are in the book you'll be able to see the whole spread. I like to use these when I have way too many pictures to scrap in 4x6 and/or pictures that simply won't stand up to be printed that size IMG_2227 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr

Wow, gramma , you got a lot done at that crop! I need to look around and see if there are any crops around here. I've been scrappy today, knocked out two sketch challenges Let's see if I can do a couple more while football is on!

I’m still working on one I started this morning, in between housework and cooking.. if I can sit down uninterrupted for a bit, I’m sure it’d be finished in no time. I’m really excited to be scrapping again, especially using things I bought last year that have been untouched. I’m glad to see others getting some scrappy time in!

I'm not scrapping but I'm doing some photo planning for an album I'll be working on next. I went through pics on my PC, picked which ones would go on what layout, and now I'm looking for sketches so I can choose photo sizes. After that is done I'll edit and order them. I don't really enjoy this part. Thank goodness I have some podcasts to keep me going. It has been fun to relive the memories, though. We had so much fun at Disneyland that it makes me want to start planning another trip.

MDscrapaholic and gramma , thanks for sharing your lovely layouts with us! I'm also a little bit jealous of those of you who are getting snow. It's so calming and relaxing to be able to have a cozy day indoors with the snow falling outside. We don't live in that kind of climate anymore and I miss it sometimes. Just sometimes, though.

I spent $125 getting photos printed at costco. Can't pick them up until tomorrow (price is less if you give them 24 hours...)
That's about 850 4x6 prints (of which 287 are 2 2x3 pics on a print, different prints, yeah, that took me a week to finish), and about 80 5x7's. They date back to Jan. 2017.
Photo gathering (off 4 different iphones and 2 different cameras), editing and formatting is MISERABLE work, but I can't scrap without keeping reasonably up to date on pictures either!!! Of course, my bad on letting them accumulate for a year!

It's -30 celsius here so I'm planning on staying in this weekend. I have to make a few birthday cards, do the last 2 weeks of my PL, work on my December Daily, and I'm also planning on trying to make some paintings using the acrylic pour method. I'm quite excited for that! Dang! (Had to look that up for Fahrenheit -22) Our day here was 60 degrees. It was sunny and perfect. I ended up at the dog park for a few hours. I think January is the best winter month here.

I managed to sneak upstairs and knock out 2 1/2 layouts this afternoon. That puts me at 10 for the year, getting closer to my goal of 100! It also made me realize how much good stuff I have in my stash that I need to get out and get used- I used 3 pieces of Basic Grey today.

I live in Colorado. It is the land of WTF of weather. On Friday, twenty miles north of us got so much snow it took drivers 5 hours to go 40 miles. We didn't get anything but some blustery winds and the last two days have been gorgeous. We did get 20 inches of snow in the fall and every time it was gone the next day or so. If we don't get all four seasons in a week, you start to wonder. Makes getting dressed for work more of a game. We were in Florida the week before Christmas in Del Ray (north of Ft. Lauderdale) and it was 70-80*. There was little humidity and it was perfect.

Love your pages, gramma and MDscrapaholic. Have been following along with crystalb's kit challenge, and have enjoyed seeing what people have done with their kits, but have not selected a kit to play along. Would love to see what the rest of you come up with! On Saturday, I bought glue for scrapbooking and picked up supplies for the canvasses I hope to finish this month. Yesterday I stuffed the last of my Christmas crafting supplies back into their corner cupboard. Today and tomorrow I am stowing away the Christmas tree and decorations, and restoring my living room/dining room to its normal blah state. Happy crafty Monday, Ladies!

I did scrap all weekend, including Friday. There was a local crop, which there aren't many of. We scrapped from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon. It was cold and a snowstorm outside. We of course took breaks for eating and sleeping. But I finished my 2009 pocket page album, so I'm catching up. I just last week ordered the rest of the pics for 2017. I still have to do albums for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017 & 2018. Here lately I've been keeping my pages pretty simple, which works for me and helps me go faster!!

Someone posted about this YouTuber a month or two ago. I was kind of fascinated by it since I make kits and decided to try it with a paper pack that only had 6 pieces of paper and a half sheet of stickers. I also found a small pack of 3 x 4 cards that matched that really helped. I kept thinking I would need to add something else because I generally use more patterned paper on a layout (this one uses 2-3 papers). Other than a few of my Christmas pictures needing to be horizontal, it was fast and kind of fun to try. There was also very little waste. This line of videos has 4 layouts or 6 layouts using a paper line. You do the same cuts for 4 or 6 and just use different placement of the papers for different looks. She has 10 different videos for the 4 pager and 6 different looks for the 6 pager. You really need lines with stickers and 4 x 6 or 3 x 4 cards to make them look full. Just in case anyone needs any inspiration today... www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUGELlkkWl8&list=PLOuDB0pIQAE0NIZ4weTFQKUPX--qC1FsX

Janet from RTS Scrapbooking does something similar with her 4 For 4 Series. I think she's done three rounds of it and the next series will be similar but with different cuts on the paper.
