I have dug out some LOs which I had set aside for general finishing off, so I have added the necessary titles, journalling & extra embellishments to complete them. Now onto a new LO with a clear mind

I finished one, time for a little nap while I wait for my headache to go away. Then I’ll clear off my desk and find something else to work on

I finished 2/6 pages I need to complete for Estes Park last August. Then I want to do some pages for Ft. Lauderdale in December.

I went to a crop/workshop this weekend and got 17 layouts done! Came home and put together 1 more tonight. I’m a slow scrapper, so that’s a record for me.
They are 12x12, which I haven’t worked on in ages. Dug up photos from 2004 to fill in some gaps in my family albums. I transitioned from film to digital that year, and had prints made, ready and waiting to be scrapped. It took some digging around to find them, but when I did, it was a relief to find everything labeled and super organized.
They’re going in a Creative Memories album with Natural (kraft) pages. I made all of the layouts 11x11, since it’s an older album with the smaller pages. I like the way they look with the natural border. Back in the old CM days, I always took out the pages that came with the albums and replaced them with pocket pages. Now I’m liking the original CM pages. Go figure.

Here are the two I finished last night. I have so much camping/travel paper I am trying to decide what to use on the next two layouts.

Here are the two I finished last night. I have so much camping/travel paper I am trying to decide what to use on the next two layouts. I love the green plaid and the tags on these. Fun camping pages! I love having lots of options when I am scrapping a theme, so every set of pages is not the same as the last. But sometimes it feels a little overwhelming trying to limit those options for a specific LO.

It's Tuesday, but I WISH it was the weekend, does that count?
I'm planning to get some time after work scrapping and staying warm. I'm hoping desperately they cancel work tomorrow, but that would take a miracle.

I had the afternoon off because of the weather so I put on my flannels and finished 2 pages. I really hope our work is cancelled tomorrow but I doubt it. My boss is being stubborn.

I'm not supposed to have a snow day today, but my driveway is iced over, so I kept DD home and rescheduling my errands. I'm not risking my car for it.
So maybe I'll do a little scrapping instead.

We are on delay here for ice/snow but we have off tomorrow (already scheduled in the school year due to end of marking period) and will be windy and COLD (not as cold as some but still cold). We were going to go snow tubing but they cancelled on us due to "bitter cold" so we have an unexpected 1.5 days free (which never happens!) SO I get to scrap in my PJs! YAY! I hope to make some page kits and clean up a bit too!

Not good that so many people are snowed in (or frozen in) because of the weaather, but I like how you ladies are choosing to use your indoor time! Finished a page this morning that I had started last night. Two more pages to finish for this month and I have all the photos and other items ready to go. Bur first, coffee... BTW, if you ladies want to carry the creativity into the first weekend in February--and beyond--maybe you want to sign up for a February Team? You can slap down a challenge at the beginning of the month (like scrap SUMMER, if that is what you are working on, or USE PL CARDS if that is a stash item you would like to use up) and earn a point every time you meet your own--or anyone else's--challenge, and that could keep you motivated every weekend until March. Sing up thread is HEREAnd keep your eyes open for 28-4-28 (a challenge a day for February).

Yes, lots of scrapping planned. I'm working on pocket pages for Christmas and January, and 12x12 pages for some old albums (2004!) Photos in hand, ready for the PL and 22-4-28 threads/challenges.
It's supposed rain hard (I know, poor So Cal people!) so it will be a nice weekend to stay in, make comfort food, scrap, and watch the Super Bowl.

Off for a bunch of appointments today, but hoping to do some serious scrapping starting tomorrow. Have pages to catch up on from the fall, but dd sent some adorable photos of her little guy playing in snow tunnels yesterday and I was able to print them, so they are my next scrappy project. Nothing better than being warm and safe indoors scrapping about outdoor snowy fun!

We have the kids this weekend, so that cuts down on scrappy time for me (extra cleaning, cooking etc) but I will still definitely have time. I’m slowly getting some kits ready, in between naps and errands. I have quite a bit of work to do around here but hopefully I can scrap tonight, tomorrow at the latest
