Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to make your own corners for a stamping tool?

Kat - I don't know of a tutorial, but here's a link where we were discussing this a while back: 2peasrefugees.boards.net/thread/83923/stamp-positioner-cornersThe quilt rulers from Hobby Lobby are pretty easy to cut by just scoring over and over with a craft knife. I haven't figured out how to get magnets on them yet, but I've put some Scotch poster tape on the back side and that seems to hold them down well enough.

I made the hobby lobby ones. I haven't used them anywhere but in the corner so far so I haven't needed to secure them. I'll probably just tape them when I do. I haven't figured out an easy way to get a strong magnet on them without possibly destroying them.

I don't have time to visit here nearly enough so I appreciate the link I will go read it now! PS Would something like this work? amzn.to/2TaDyof It's a geometry set.... Or maybe these l shaped ones? amzn.to/2CFhjQeEdited to add: Got the link to the ones Gale used and they are perfect! I will use those. Thanks guys

Thanks guys Kat - I have a geometry like your first link, and the triangles work if you want to stamp at an angle. And if you are going to use the ones Gale used (from Hobby Lobby), don't forget your coupon

Does anyone have the measurements for the corners?

If we can get measurements we can go to www.tapplastics.com to have them made. Even better if they can make holes for magnets. The hobby lobby ones are fine for now but something more permanent and usable away from the corners of the stamping tool would be nice.

I can vouch for TAP Plastics. I used them professionally several times when I lived in the San Francisco area. They do great work.

I bet it'd be easy to 3D print some of these corners, complete with magnet compartments too. They're a very basic shape.
