I didn't like that it was a double eviction night. If they're going to do that it should be a 2 hour episode. All we got to see tonight was immunity challenges and tribal council. I like watching the game play at camp and listening to them strategize.

I agree with you tanya2. This is the second episode in a row with no reward challenges. I am really missing them showing camp life and the reward challenges they used to give in earlier years. There were things like cultural events related to where they were or visits to really cool areas like a jellyfish lake. Now it's cheap things like pizza getting delivered to you. I am also so very tired of challenge after challenge being a balancing challenge-it really gets boring after awhile. Why aren't they doing more water challenges? I guess it may have to do with ocean conditions and water currents but geez, mix it up a bit, okay? How about when Jeff tells a story and they all have to remember parts of it? I especially like it when they have to race through the woods and make choices as to which answer is correct. Or when they have to race through the woods and count items.
I too was sad when David and Kelly (because I like the idea of the Lesu 3) got voted out but strategically I could see how it made the most sense and was excellent game play. I really thought that when Kelly said, "Hmm, it's feeling too quiet around here, and when it's too quiet I get the feeling something might be up" that she'd play her idol that night but she didn't to her loss. She's usually really good about listening to her Spidey senses. I really wish she hadn't blabbed to everyone at EOI that Lauren has the other idol though! What the f was that about? I think she said it inadvertently but still, she knows better! I think that was excellent game play strategically by Wardog and I didn't expect it. I like Lauren and hope she can make it though the next couple of tribals now that her alliance is gone. Hopefully they will focus instead of getting Aurora out who is amazing at challenges but terrible socially.

How many are actually going to be on the jury at the end? There are so many people that there are some I know almost nothing about.

I was happy with who got voted off... I really want Rick or Lauren at the end now... I really dont want Ron.. I would love if Aurora could make it to the end... I feel really bad for her .. and she is a hard fighter...

I still think there's something going to happen with those on the jury...either another challenge for someone to get back in or some other twist. There's too many of them.

Color me happy. I can not stand WD. So glad he's gone. I do wonder who will come back and hope it is not him.

Yes, if they were out, they would get to be eating steaks and having showers instead of living on the island.

Didn't Jeff tell them they had another chance went he sent them all back to exile or extinction? Yes, they all know there will be some sort of competition for one to come back into the game. The jury is huge this time around. Everyone at EOE is a member and anyone that is voted out now is a jury member whether they choose EOE or not. There are 10 now and potential for that number to go up to 13 if it is a final 3 tribal. I'm liking the EOE twist this season as it really is changing up the "outwit" and strategy part of the game. As much as Reem is super annoying, I like the idea that early eliminated players can stick around and be part of the jury. What will be interesting to see is whether the returning player is voted out immediately or able to get into the final. I'd love to see Rick and the next EOE returnee make it and one of them win.

I really liked this episode because yippee we finally had a water challenge again (was getting really bored with all of the balancing challenges) and it was a decent reward-going somewhere cool and getting a decent picnic. I was glad Lauren and Wardog finally got to eat instead of it always being Kama members although 2 other Kama members of course won too. Those two guys smearing mud on each other with their comments were hilarious.
I was also really glad that the immunity challenge wasn't another balance challenge-it's great to mix it up some.
I was also really glad Lauren was able to get buy this week and not get voted off since the focus was on Aurora and Wardog. I didn't care which of the two went home-if it had been Aurora it would have made for interesting TV watching had Wardog been left in, and if it had been Wardog that would of course have been great game play since he orchestrated the removal of both David and the blind side of Kelly. He certainly won't be getting back in the game since he is so terrible at challenges.
I know those on EOI do get a chance to get back in because Jeff told them that at the end of their last challenge. From what I've read yes, that is supposed to happen on day 35. My question is do the rest of them then go home or do the ones only voted out since the merge stay on the jury? I don't see how you can have so many people on the jury-basically everyone that's been voted out since day one except for the two that quit. Although Survivor is a game of twists so who knows? I guess anything can happen.
I cannot stand Reem! Did you hear that nasty woman last night? She yelled at Kelly saying it was all Kelly's fault that Reem was voted out. No it wasn't. It was Reem's fault. Talk about not having any self awareness.
I did feel sorry for Kelly last night. She has great self awareness going by what she said about herself last night. I didn't like what she said about David but other than that I've always liked her although she does have a tendency to whine a bit.
Right now I'm liking Lauren, Gavin and Victoria. And of course Joe if he makes it back.

I like Rick or Devins to some people.
I think this has been a great season, but if they let Ron make it to the end I will pull my hair out. Everyone knows he is playing both sides. WarDog was very smart to let that slip(wink wink) at tribal..... he is the one playing a “snake in the grass” kind of game.
Anyone but him! PLEASE!

I’m back Survivor pea friends!! I’m sorry that some of you were worried about me. I just keep watching the shows so late due to various issues so I think “oh, I’m too late to chime in now for this week; I’ll just wait until the next episode” and then it happens again. So, I’m going to come in and chat even if I’m late. That’s the beauty of the season-long thread, right? Plus, I just miss chatting about Survivor with all of you. I will say I’ve read all the posts, sometimes nodding in agreement and sometimes yelling “Nooo!” For example, though I don’t care for these seasons of partial returnees, I do really like Kelly a lot and Aubry too, though not as much as Kelly. I think Kelly is a really clever player, strong, a fighter and also funny—she’s someone I think I would like IRL.
So, for this episode, really hated how Wardog handled Gavin after TC. What an idiot. I think the guy’s ego is out of control.
Julie on the other hand impressed me with how she handled being left out of the vote—good job Julie!
Reem, ugh! Is she just a nasty biotch by nature or did all her time on EoE make her that way? Her face, her voice...just so unpleasant. And does she not see the hypocrisy of her little tirade at Kelly? Reem states she was gunning for Kelly right from the start but is angry at Kelly for voting her out? Wth? And it wasn’t one person who voted you out Reem; you weren’t liked by your entire tribe. They all wanted you out. I really wish that woman would raise the mast.
I was so glad there was a reward challenge on this episode. Like others, I’ve really missed them. In fact, the reward challenges are my favorite part of the show. You know what else is one of my favorites—Ponderosa footage!! This EoE crap is robbing me of both. It’s really not a terrible idea, but I hope they don’t do it again next year.
The RC was great, but I agree with those who said the ones where you have to pick who you’re taking are more interesting. Wardog and Devins were foolish though in not using the RC to make some alliances or to at least make people feel comfortable. Again, over-confidence. Aurora was pretty frigging amazing in that challenge. She did her part in the swimming piece. Devins though was great in the ring toss part. Why oh why did Gavin keep doing that underhand toss instead of the frisbee throw Devins was using so successfully?
How about the rice rations talk back at camp? I honestly felt for Aurora. Hey Tom (is that his name?), have you never watched Syrvivir? The person who lobbiesto eat more rice is ALWAYS wrong. The one who pushes for rationing is ALWAYS right.
So next week we get the loved ones challenge, which some hate, but I love. And we got a brief glimpse of Wardog”s arrival at EoE, greeted by the self-appointed unwelcoming committee of Reem.

Can we just talk—AGAIN—about how bad Wardog is at challenges? The only way he’ll make it back in the game is if they have a stupidest person in a challenge challenge.

I love that Devens made sure the jury knew that Aurora went through his bag and that both Ron and Julie lied to him about the expired advantage. I think Julie has sealed her position as the goat to take along to final tribal. If Devens makes it to the final, I can't see anyone beating him at this point.

Ok..no spoiler but OMG That was a classic Tribal council As soon as you finish watching the show you can discuss it! I agree it was epic! I adore Rick ~ he was hilarious. And climbing that tree while everyone slept! Great blindside! The reaction of the jury was priceless. If they had to vote tonight I think Rick would have won.

I was a little surprised he was allowed to play the real idol after he tried to use the fake one. I would have thought only one per tribal for some reason. But that was awesome! Ive been rooting for him for awhile
I am not a fan of Aurora's!!

Ive been rooting for him for awhile I am not a fan of Aurora's!! Well, since the first one was actually an advantage and had expired it wouldn't have counted anyway. I love the way he said that Ron tried to make him look stupid in front of his kids and then used the idol. Great showmanship! I liked his wife too. And Ron ~ he disgusts me. When he said that he didn't pick Gavin because of the honeymoon story, it was strictly strategic ~ ha, how did that work out for ya?
