I need a recipe for a favorite punch for a baby shower. I haven't had punch in probably 30 years or more! Does anyone have a favorite that they'd like to share?

Really, any sherbet plus any juice plus any soda (usually lemon lime or ginger ale).

Any lemon lime soda (cold 2 liters), powdered strawberry lemonade mix, and then you can add sherbert or sliced lemons and strawberries. Simple and yummy.

Half fruit punch and half 7 up, plus a few scoops of orange sherbet.

Now I want punch! It used to be a thing when I was a kid and you went to a church event. I can’t think of the last time I had punch.

Ice Tea Punch
1 cup of instant tea, with sugar and lemon 2 bottles ginger ale
Mix 1 cup of the instant tea powder with 1 cup water in large punch bowl. Stir well until it is all dissolved. Fill the punch bowl with ice. Slowly pour in the ginger ale and stir and serve.
Note: do not make the mistake of putting the ginger ale in before the ice--it will turn to foam....and you will have a bowl of foam!!

LOL!!! Not a bad idea! These punch recipes sound delicious and yet all so different! I may be interested in making some of these in smaller quantities for my hubby and I to enjoy! I was surprised that none contain alcohol. The ones I had 30+ years ago always had alcohol in them!

I made one for a school shower last month and it used a bottle of daiquiri mix in it and it was quite good. It also used blue Gatorade, so that was a little weird.

It also used blue Gatorade, so that was a little weird. I think I'd skip the Gatorade. I hate that stuff!!! Besides, everyone's lips would be blue!

It was a guess the baby's sex shower and everyone had to pick a pink or blue drink. It was actually pretty tasty, but I think the Sprite and coconut in he mix made it taste better.
