She needs to bring some of that back to New Jersey!! I'll see if she could bring some back with her.......... Takes over 8 hours to make and then it goes SO quickly! Trying not to eat it!!! |

Have a safe trip, jenjie . @bergdorfblonde , I hope you are safe from the hurricane I've been in nesting mode, between my (*fingers crossed*) surgery on Thur, and the hurricane........ Just made a delicious chopped caprese salad, but I add pesto to the oil/vinegar, and some red pepper--Oh my--it's sooooo good!!!!!!!
As far as the hurricane, we keep watching it. It's stalled over the Bahamas and will be for 36 more hours and THEN come to the coast. I don't like it being this slow (more powerful). It's now a 5+ hurricane. Praying it doesn't come to FL (or anywhere up the coast), but we're not sure yet.............
Just trying not to eat all of the things I'm cooking for jenjie!!!!!!!!! LOL. She's safe, for now! |

My husband just got a job in Orlando, working at the new VA facility there. I’ll be joining him in a few months(after my hip replacement) and getting this house ready to rent. My dad live in Tarpon Springs, so, I’ll either be in Tarpon or Orlando!😊 |

Had another visit with @bergdorfblonde tonight! She really does make an amazing cheesecake. 😋 I was a horrible guest. I spent a good amount of time trying to see if I could switch my flight - again - because the weather continues to shift. But the flights I called about yesterday are of course no longer available. Tonight we learned that we have a lot of the same dislikes when it comes to food. But then, alas, we had a disagreement and decided we can no longer be friends.😂 Ladies I had a pea conundrum. I’m in the bathroom washing my hands. She’s got some nice looking towels. “Oh no!” I think. “Are her towels for using or for decoration?”  |

About the hand-towels/show-towels: I wouldn't care which ones my guests would use. No biggie in the scheme of life. I like pretty things, but I don't blow a gasket if they're used. Funny that the Pea-show-towel topic came up though!!! LOL. We have so many Pea memories, it's unreal!
I'll talk to you tomorrow........... (And I didn't mind, at ALL, that you were trying to figure out about your flight while you were here! I'd do anything to help you any way I could!). You're a great guest and friend!
