kellyr21, how is your crochet going? I have been thinking about you lately as I hear of hot temps in your area. We had a cold snap last night and the high today has been in the high 60's. I hope it doesn't drop too fast because I'd like to get a few more tomatoes before they freeze. Have you been working on your painting? Hope you are doing well. I got a sweet note from Cindy's (scrapincin) daughter. It was nice to hear from her. How I miss her and her ability to make us cute badges and make us all feel good about ourselves. (Sigh) She was a treasure.

grammadee ,and everyone else, did you see that our Turtles are all missing. I didn't know TinyPic was closing. I have found the one that is jumping and a couple of other cute ones but I have no idea how to download or where to host them. I do have the web address of where I found them if anyone has ideas. I almost cried when I saw them gone. I always think of Cindy (scrapincin)when I see them. I cried when I saw that happy little jumping turtle was gone. It always reminded me of Cindy and made me smile. I have been able to add images to my signature before from my computer, but not sure if they add to the sttachment load on this site. Would be willing to give it a try after I get home next week, unless someone else can figure it out in the meantime. LisaDV? justjac?

Happy Tuesday! Hope you all are doing well today. My dh and I were on vacation the since Friday. We had two day trips to the beach and chilled at home the other days. The beach was marvelous and we both enjoyed it especially yesterday. I took lots of pictures and a few videos. Then, yesterday I started coming down with a cold. So today I am nursing this cold. It is a bummer but hopefully this scratchy throat phase will pass soon! I hate this part. nylene- My crocheting is coming along slowly. Since the group isn't meeting yet, I am not as motivated but I am still working on it. My art is coming along, too. I hope to get back to it this week. It will be another picture with lovely, encouraging faces. justjac- Your new avatar is so pretty. Love that blue you are wearing. nylene- So sweet you were able to hear from Cindy's dd. I miss her so much too. I hope the family is hanging in there. grammadee- Hope your travels are going well. I know you must really enjoy quality time with your dgks. So sweet! joyfulnana- LOL! My blinds would be closed too. Today is cooler so I am grateful.

Hope you don’t get sick, kellyr21! My sinuses feel a bit better today. Night before last I had a HUGE nosebleed that seemed to be coming from my sinuses, so maybe that released whatever was blocking them. I am now in BC. Got the girls after this evening til Monday evening. Three of those days, the girls are in school. My plan is to scrapbook those 3 days. Brought some tools and supplies. Have my Calgary pic’s printed. I am hitting Michaels today to pick up some unicorn stuff to finish dgd’s 9th bd gift and will print a few more photos I want to play with.

Happy Wednesday! My cold is getting better and I am so glad. I slept through the night with out waking up with coughing or scratchy throat. Also, I am happy my dh hasn't gotten fully sick either. He has a little something but it isn't a full on cold. Thanks linda & grammadee . Waving hello to you all and hope you have a good rest of the day.

justjac, love your avatar. It’s probably not even new, but I don’t remember it. Your weekend sounded fabulous! I’m so glad you had such a great weekend after the busy and exhausting back to school week. joyfulnana, that picnic would be so fun! Rudy is at such a fabulous age. I was speaking with BFF this week and said if I were a teacher, I’d be pre-K or K since that’s such a fun age. I would have no patience for the older kids. Sorry about I-70. It’s said that we have 2 seasons in the Midwest – winter and construction, so I can commiserate. I did lose my pea badge from the old board too which does make me very sad. Linda, ugh. I’m so sorry about your stickers. That would be so frustrating. I hope you have had the opportunity for rest now. nylene, yay for getting organized on your computer! Cindy would be proud of you. I almost cried as well when I saw the pictures missing. I too think of Cindy with a smile when I see those turtles. nylene and Linda, my dad served in the south Pacific during WWII. He talked some about it. Usually funny stories or he spun them to be more lighthearted than they were. He had 3 girls and only 1 boy. I think my brother got more of the war stories. grammadee, You are the most organized traveler. I hope you are having fun with the girls. kellyr21, I’m so sorry that you are fighting a cold. They are miserable. Wising you a quick recovery. I am happy that you at least had a fun and relaxing vacation before getting hit with it. For me, we had a meeting about DS going to Japan on Monday. Did I tell you about that possibility? I was really freaking out about it but wanted to be supportive of him going. It was a mission trip with his online school. They mentioned that he’d need his immunization records. Well, we misplaced the kids immunization records when we moved in 2012. The current GP has tried 2x to get them, even calling the old doctor, and I had tried 1x to get the immunization records at her request. Since I was already going halfway there to pick up my friend last Monday, I just told her I’d pick her up at her travel buddy’s destination. I figured I could stop by the doctor’s office and say to get the box out of archive (which is what they told our GP) and I’d be back Thursday to collect the record. I went in and said what I wanted. They printed out record in less than 5 minutes. I was almost shaking with anger when I left. Our Dr. has been trying to get these since 2015. As to the trip, it has been postponed until next year, which gives this momma a bit more time to come to terms with the whole concept. The weekend before, DH who was suppose to be working on getting a pay out for moving instead of having a moving company since we wanted to finish a room and then take what we needed for that room, told me that it was a no-go. He’s on his 3rd boss since starting almost a year ago and the previous 2 would have had no problem but this one is almost as new as him to the organization and is brand new to her role. So even though this creates lots of extra stress for us, which the moving company is supposed to alleviate, we must have movers come. DH says move everything that we just want to sort through. We’ll do it at the new place instead of the farm. So now I leave tomorrow for the farm as originally planned. We still have our appointments next week, but I'll stay on the following week, and the movers will be there to pack and move everything we want. The good news is that I’ll be able to close the house down for winter instead of heating the place. The bad news is I’ll have all the crap at the new house which I didn’t want and causes me lots of stress. DD has been doing well with school (I staggered her start dates of each class), but her perfectionist attitude has her flaring up both first thing in the morning and after she finishes each day. Momma is then needed frequently but sometimes not until she wakes me up in the night. I’m exhausted. Due all of this, plus my house guests and school starting, I have felt really horrible that I haven’t been able to comment or even participate in Sketchtember or even respond to the Team chat. I’m so very thankful for kitbop posting everything on our Thursday sketches though. I think after this month I’ll be out of the team challenges until next year sometime. I will try to check in on the Pokey’s though. If just to read about your lives and like your posts. Wishing you all the best for the rest of September!

LisaDV - ((((Hugs)))) I'm sorry for all the stress and frustration with the vax records and moving. A trip to Japan sounds fabulous - how old is your DS? It does sound like you have an overwhelming amount of stuff on your plate - I'm sure no one here minds that you don't have the time to comment - I know I just hope things slow down enough for you to get some you-time and some rest grammadee - I'm so impressed with you scrapbooking on the road. kellyr21- glad you're on the mend

Hi, Pokeys! I spent most of yesterday in the Derm office while they cut things off my husband. That sun does wicked things to people who had never heard of sunscreen years ago! Then I went home and remembered that we had been asked to bring items to the Family Renuion today to auction off to host the next reunion. I gathered up some cards I had made and started making cards as quickly as I could. I did some cute interactive ones and made a cute box to hold them. (Didn't think to take a photo!) The bidding went high and afterwards cousins were gathering around asking if I'd make boxes of them for them to give at Christmas. I think I have my work cut out for me. Steve took 4 of his beautiful wooden pens and they were the hit of the auction. He has orders for lots more. It was fun to get together with these relatives. They are Steve's cousins. Most grew up close to one another, but his family was in another state so we don't know them well. justjac , your new profile photo is beautiful. I still need to comment on some of your gallery posts. I'm behind, as usual. @elaynef, I see you have posted in some of the sketch threads. I will get there to study them after the weekend. Nice to see you happy profile photo popping up. joyfulnana , I am loving your sketches. I am hoping to get another one done. I just can't keep up the page a day pace. Keep them coming! Linda , how are things working out at school. Everything going well? I am loving your pages. Those Japan pages make me want to go back for a visit. You are zooming right along with the sketches! I'm impressed. LisaDV , I was so excited to hear that your DS is going to Japan. Our youngest went when she was 16 as part of the Youth for Understanding program. They only take 4 in the nation and she was chosen and had the most wonderful time. Later they asked her to apply for a year internship after her first year of college. She was chosen for that and spent a wonderful year in Tokyo. I was scared to see her go, but had faith that she would be safe and do well. She was our little home-body so that was a worry, but she spread her wings and has never been sorry. Hugs to you with all you have going on right now. I'm glad you are planning to take a Challenge break to catch up. kellyr21 , I am glad your cold is getting better. The older you get the harder those are on the body! Glad Ron didn't get the full blown cold. I am anxious to see your new artwork. Will the craft group start meeting again soon. I know you have enjoyed that. grammadee , I don't know how you scrap on the road. You are one amazing woman, my friend!! ABCreations , it's nice to see you posting. Drop by anytime. Waving to our other Pokeys!

elaynef, I see you have posted in some of the sketch threads. I will get there to study them after the weekend. Nice to see you happy profile photo popping up. I love the sketches and I use them on almost every layout. They help me use more embellishments and all that paper! I don't post them sometimes because I fail to write down the number. I do want everyone to know I really appreciate all the work you do to present them. I also loved hearing about your family reunion and remembering all the lovely cards you sent me. I am using them even though my df passed away before I could send them. Her birthday is coming up so I have been thinking about her even more than usual. I have our picture displayed in my foyer where I see it many times a day. "This is Us"
LisaDV, you and grammadee are so busy, I don't know how you have time to post or scrapbook! I hope your ds gets to go to Japan and has a wonderful experience and you all have a successful school year. My 2 dd homeschool also and I know how stressful it can be.
justjac, best wishes for a good and fun school year!
kellyr21, glad you were able to get a little vacation in spite of getting sick...hope you are better.
joyfulnana and linda...love hearing your stories about your family.
I'm working on my little trip to Cloudcroft right now and having a really fun time with it...using your sketches and Photoplay's camping kit. I'm also using 12x12 pages, 11x8 horizontal pages and pocket pages all the the same album...something I have never done before and that is fun and challenging.
We didn't camp, but it's easily adaptable with all the outdoor and hiking photos.
We got one of our pics enlarged and got it in the frame in our den last week. I'm so proud of it. I think I posted it before, but I'll show you again. It's a great view from a hiking trail of "the trestle and white sands in the background....looks like a cloud but it's a national park. I love that tall yellow flower in the foreground, too. I can't remember the name of it, but our friend, the hiking professor, said it was famous for the leaves being nice and soft to use for TP! He is a encyclopedia of plants, rocks and hiking trails!
My dd #1 is coming at the end of the week to help her MIL who is having chemo. I will be sitting her dogs! I have never had a dog, so I think I will be challenged. She will be close by to check on them every day. I'm sure I will be posting some dog pics for you all.

Good Monday morning, Pokeys! This is my last day in beautiful (usually raining) BC. Of course the sun came out from hiding today now that the girls are back in school. I had planned to scrap a couple more LO’s today, but couldn’t quite find my scrappy mojo. Tomorrow I fly to Calgary, then drive to dd’s house just north of Edmonton. Will spend the night there to complete my four family whirlwind Gramma Tour!
Have been cleaning house—ds and ddil will be home this evening—and worrying a bit about their ancient dog. His tummy is upset today and he is restless. Refuses food ( not unusual for him to refuse plain dog food) and water ( which IS unusual). I did get him to drink some water from my hand, and now he is sleeping in the sun in his usual place, so hoping he will be okay.
After being after the girls all weekend to do their homework, I need to do mine. Last night I added up my points on the pages I did here, so today I hope to get them all entered. And I really need to stroll through the threads to leave love for all the projects that are not on Flickr. And I will be back later to read your entries in this thread and get caught up on your news.

Hello Pokey Pals! Sounds like everyone is staying busy! kellyr21 I hope you are feeling better everyday! Can't wait to see what you've been working on! linda I see you are back in your scrapping groove. It's good to see your pages again! @elaynef I love having nature shots enlarged and hung on the wall. Most of my wall decor are photos I've taken of nature. That view is beautiful!! I'm sorry to hear that your friend passed. That is a wonderful picture of the two of you! I use sketches for every layout now, I don't think I could come up with my own page anymore. I agree, it helps me use all that stash I bought! Oh my gosh have fun sitting the dogs lol. I hope they are good for you. It is hot hot hot here this week! Yuck. I'm so ready for fall! DGS is going to be 5 on Friday! I just can't even believe that. He's been in a bit of trouble lately for playing too rough with the dogs, so no "good guy, bad guy" things on TV right now. So he's getting a lot of "smart" gifts this year, card games, and art supplies. He loves to color! As soon as he hits the door he's asking me to print coloring pages for him lol. grammadee I just get amazed over and over at all the scrapping you get done. Are you practicing for LOAD? There is no way I could do a layout a day, but I definitely seem to have more mojo during Sketchtember. It's usually my most productive month. I'll bet your kids love coming back to a clean house! nylene I'll bet your boxes of cards were beautiful! I love your cards! I hope you will post a picture of some you do in the future. The auction sounds fun and what a great way to fund the next reunion! I'm sorry to hear about Steve's trip to the dermatologist I'm one of those people that didn't use sunscreen (baby oil anyone? ) and got burned lots of times. LisaDV I'm sorry you have been so busy! I would be exhausted too. I'm exhausted just reading all you've been up to. How exciting for you DS! Although I totally get your reservations about it. That sucks about the move and that added stress. Take care of yourself! We will be here when things have settled down. I was supposed to drive to mom's to crop with her and my niece last Saturday, but Mom had a really bad cold so we decided to try video cropping. It was great! I don't think any of us will drive to scrap together again! lol. I got quite a bit done and am finally posting something this month. I've got to catch up on commenting this week too.

@elaynef, I love that photo of you and your friend. I'm sorry that she lost her battle. It's hard to lose a long time friend. I'm glad you can use the cards. Your scenery photo is gorgeous. I had to laugh at your description of the flowers...I remember an old scouter telling my Cubs that the leaves of the flowers make good toilet paper. I needed a giggle. grammadee, "whirlwind" is a great way to describe your 4 family tour. You have done a great job still scrapping while you are away. Hang in there. We still have about a half month left and once you are home you can scrap, scrap, scrap! joyfulnana, don't those DGS grow up too fast. Alex will be 7 in 3 weeks. I hope your DGS has a great 5th Birthday. Will he start Kindergarten next year? Your video cropping sounds like a great idea. How do you set it up. I'd like that because I could still have all my stuff and wouldn't have to pack! kellyr21, I hope the cold is totally gone by now. LisaDV, hang in there with all your many things to do. You are an energizer bunny! Linda, I'm wondering if you have forgiven your cat for the sticker fiasco yet. I am just about caught up and plan to do some scrapping today. I need to go chose a sketch.

Thanks for all the well wishes!! It means a lot to know I have some lovely friends who let me vent and give me empathy. Linda, dis is 17 and will be 18 by the time the trip will now take place. When is the next time you plan on having a visit with DS? Who will be doing the traveling? nylene, I can imagine that with your dh and your talent that your items were the most sought after! 2 reunions in 1month sounds like lots of fun and laughter. Did they think the spots were cancerous? @elaynef, that photo would be stunning enlarged. I can’t wait to see some dog photos, but sorry that your DD mother-in-law has cancer . grammadee, I think you need rock band styled T-shirts for your gramma tour! I plan to tally points once I get home and respond on the Thursday threads at least. Right now I’m hunting and pecking on the tablet which is a major pain when you can type fast. Enjoy your last family visit. Do you go back to dd’s since you started from there? joyfulnana, if you don’t go in person then you won’t be able to go scrapbook shopping which is a vital part of cropping. Lol I created a double page layout with paper this week. It was my take On kitbop’s sketch for this Thursday. It was fun to use real paper. I’ve been trying to start prepping/cleaning for the movers. It’s amazing how dirty a house gets in 6 months even when you’re not there. You all were my break. I guess break time is over. Have a good rest of the week.

Happy Tuesday! I hope you all are well today. It is a beautiful, sunny and colder day. It felt great to walk outside finally and not have to rush inside. I am looking forward to my afternoon walks again. My art is coming along slowly but I am working on it today. Crocheting is coming along too. I need more yarn to continue so I hope to get that soon. Here is a NEW blog post about the power of arts and crafts I wrote. It was inspired by an article I read online a while ago. I hope you stop by and read it. We are such a stressed out society. So it is good to see we have so many fun options to help us through. Crafting is Good Medicine@elaynef- Glad to see ya! I hope your dog sitting goes well. I grew up with pets and I hope we will be able to have a little dog or cat at some point. nylene- The family reunion auction sounded fun! I knew your cards and your dh's pens would be a hit. Those are keepsake items they would love to have for a while. So glad your dh is coming along and you too. My cold is gone and my dh is ok. He didn't catch the cold last week but yesterday he felt a little sick. With many of his co-workers getting sick, it is always a battle to stay healthy. joyfulnana- Waving hi to ya. We are in full football mode over her. I should say, my dh is and I am getting used to ALL the games and days. LOL! Video scrapping sounds like a great option especially when it gets too cold or hot to travel. Awesome! grammadee- Sound like you are having a ball! Great to see you feeling well and enjoying yourself. Safe travels to you. LisaDV- You have had a busy several weeks. Hang in there and take care of you, too.

kellyr21, I still haven’t had a chance to read the Jen G blog post. Your blog will be my first stop in some down time in October! It’s nice to have something to look forward to. I finally have all my errand for the week finished, but came down with a cold yesterday. Grumbly grumbly! I really didn’t need this right now. Those cold pills and throat lozenges have me working through it though. Now I’m waiting until I can go to bed without it being too early. DH and kids are doing a fire and smores. I’ve told the kids they could go home with DH on Sunday. The dsl has been giving them fits with their school. There are downsides to me not being there too though. So we’ll see.

kellyr21, I loved your article about the health benefits of crafting. I left you a comment on your blog. As a child I remember seeing (or knowing) men who knitted and crafted. I had never thought of it as a treatment for PTSD, but I know a lot of those men had been in WW2 and came home with what they called "shell shock". Thanks for sharing that article with us on your blog. It is very interesting. LisaDV, I am so sorry about your cold! That was not supposed to happen when you have so much going. I hope you can get over it quickly! The fire and s'mores sound so inviting, but you probably would prefer the early bedtime instead. Steve's spots were all cancerous. He had biopsies done last month and they are surgically removing them one at a time beginning with the largest. grammadee, I hope things are going well for you as you make your way back home. Your family is so blessed to have you close enough to visit and help out. I know your grands love having you come. We spent the day running errands today. I think I told you Steve has been driving himself crazy trying to embed a fishing fly in resin and add it to a pen. After some bad starts and a lot of tries, he has succeeded. I need to take a photo and post it. It is pretty cool and he's ecstatic that he achieved it. Now he wants to duplicate it for some fly fishing friends. Well, back to the scrapping. So many photos...so little time. LOL

Whew! Made it to Friday finally! It's been a weird week. No Rudy around for a week and it was quiet which was wonderful and unsettling at the same time. My DS is going to be moving into a place of his own - in a couple weeks so it will be quiet here and I will have lots more scrapping time if I don't let my job put me in a mood lol. I'm so excited for him and mostly for me LOL! I haven't done any scrapping this week but have plans to get at least one or two more sketches done this weekend. LisaDV man you can't catch a break lately! I hope you feel better soon. I would totally opt for sleep over s'mores no matter how much I love s'mores. Man the whole thing sucks! I know the pain of cleaning a place to move out. And I swear everytime I move somewhere new I'm going to keep things move in clean all the time. Um, right nylene, the video crops are easy! We use google hangouts. If you have a gmail account you can access a video call through the chat in your email program, or download the hangouts app to your phone, or computer. It is really cool and I'm hooked right now lol. I hope you will post photos of Steve's project. I'm sorry to hear he has more cancerous spots kellyr21 this weekend is the first home game. I heard them talking about the traffic detours on the radio. We have two freeway interchanges near the stadium closed for two years for reconstruction so it's going to be a mess. Since I forget to turn the game on, and I love to craft on Sunday afternoons, I'm thinking I can listen on the radio and scrapbook. Win win! lol I hope all the pokey's have a wonderful weekend!!

Thanks for the compliments on my avatar. I love Snapchat filters. They are very flattering. I made six thank you cards and a birthday card this weekend, but they are for Cardtober, so I can't share them yet. There are play auditions this week, but I can't be in the play this fall. We have tickets to see the musical Waitress in the city one of the show days. Such a bummer. On a more positive note, DH and I are eating healthier. We're trying to eat out less and cut back on sugar and pop(soda). It turns out prepping and eating meals at home takes some time. I have three days to read my book before book club. This month we're reading The Chilbury Ladies' Choir. Hope you're having a great Monday.

justjac , LOL, you didn't need to tell us you used a filter on your avatar. Filter or no, it's a great photo! I'm sorry you won't be able to be in a play this time. I'm sure you and DH will enjoy the musical however. I am anxious to see your cards. You do such interesting things! ABCreations , I love your Girl Scout photos and the cute rainbow your DD drew for the scrapbook page. Enjoy these years, they grow up so fast. I long for the days of having a houseful of 4H girls and Cub Scouts. Those were busy, but rewarding years. Congrats on getting your Pokey Pea point. I think I will make it 5 points next month! joyfulnana , those video crops sound like fun. I may have to get my DD to do that. I think she would rather just drive over and have access to all my "stuff". She has been making some really cool cards. I love scrapping with her. LisaDV , when are the movers coming? I hope you are not overdoing it. Is your cold improving? I have lost my mojo for scrapping. I think I have done about 12 pages this month. I knew I'd never keep up with the sketches, but they have helped to keep me going. There are still some I want to do, but I need to spend a day sending photos to Costco so I can have some to scrap. I have a mammo scheduled for Thursday and DH has lesion removal on Friday so I won't get much more done at the end of the week. Hope you are all having a Happy Fall.

i'm a bit behind, but i just read that some of your siggys aren't being hosted anymore. i happened to leave a webpage open of the master list of challenges so was able to save a few of the siggys. the jumping turtle wouldn't save, so i had to re-create him, but he should look the same. i'm hosting the images on my public blog, here's hoping everyone can see them. hugs! 1.bp.blogspot.com/-e9faLJBe1j8/XYhwIPMznSI/AAAAAAAAKBg/D3FjEYQ82JwoN2cjbQLbKlvdzme8zf0HgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/pokeypeasturtlehearts.jpg 4.bp.blogspot.com/-PNxpnj1TXRU/XYhwREd8QmI/AAAAAAAAKBk/6W1PxdpArZQHkNUw_0C45az2sF3wPX3lwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/28-4-28.jpg 2.bp.blogspot.com/-sEgBhYTYtas/XYhwaQ8ACtI/AAAAAAAAKBo/gv91Lo6IEU44cqddUdkoeNYWJWjH4I5sgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/teamplayer.jpg 1.bp.blogspot.com/-_Z338b1ARLo/XYhwffPRxrI/AAAAAAAAKBs/ohtuBMNWuVkGH-eldY7qoWkrYj4HG_L1ACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/10yearpea.jpg 3.bp.blogspot.com/-8R0CltKaqG8/XYhzrmSAGXI/AAAAAAAAKCA/OC-MvTbix-cTxYUOKCkl2vx1W709W7zlQCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/jumpingturtle.gif Edited to add: i have to take my DD to gymnastics, but i will post a quick refresher on how to imbed the new siggys when i get back Edited again: 1. click PROFILE at the top left of the forum 2. click the gray EDIT PROFILE button at right 3. click the tab that says PERSONAL 4. scroll down to where is says SIGNATURE 5. copy the file name from above 6. type [ img ] (take out the spaces) 7. then paste the file name 8. type [/img] 9. go down to the bottom and click SAVE PERSONAL SETTINGS. The happy little dancing turtle is back! Thank you SO much, ABCreations !!! I will add a couple of the others, but I was really excited to try this one first. This is what I did and it WORKED!!! 1. highlighted and copied one entire address from ABCreations 's post. (I did the last one for the happy turtle) 2. clicked Profile and then clicked Edit profile at top right 3. chose Personal 4. scrolled down to signature, and then to the end of the last image I had there. (I had already deleted the Tiny Pic's addresses) 5. typed img inside the square brackets [] 6. immediately (no space) I pasted the address I had copied. 7. typed [/img] 8. go down to the bottom of the screen and click on the button at bottom left. Save changes. If you want to add more of the images--and I probably will in the next day or so--you can do them all at once. Just do steps 1 to 4 once, do steps 5 to 7 for EACH of the addresses, then end by doing step 8. Not sure why the turtle is higher than the other badge I had remaining from before. Will figure that out later.

Happy Monday! We had a quite weekend just the routines. It was a hot one again yesterday but today was nice for walking. We were gonna buy a new couch but the one I wanted in person wasn't what I thought. I wanted microfiber but the one in the store was a chenille. So I have to continue my search. ABCreations- I like your layouts. The drawing your dd did is so sweet. What is this, our turtle is back? Gotta read your and @ grammadee notes. justjac - You do look extra pretty. Best wishes with your new diet. You can do it! I know you are bummed about the plays but maybe in the near future you can participate. nylene - thanks for stopping by my blog. I am so fascinated with the science of crafting. I plan on doing more research. My dh called me Dr. Kelly tonight so maybe so. Lol!

THANK YOU, ABCreations ! It is so great to see Cindy's dancing turtle back. I tried adding the Pokey Pea hearts one but can't get both to show. I can see one or the other but not both. As computer challenged as I am, I'm just so grateful for the dancing turle!! ETA: I guess I didn't wait long enough. It is back too! Yea!!!!!

Hi, kellyr21, I hope it's cooling down for you SoCal people. I really like my microfiber couch. What color are you looking for? When will the craft groups start up again? Are you working (crocheting) on another blanket. I have a package I am sending you. I hope to get it off tomorrow. I will let you know when it ships. I loved your blog. Crafting has saved my sanity when hard things happen. The rest of the time it just keeps me happy! LOL ABCreations, you have really made my day. I have missed Cindy (scrapincin) so much and my heart always smiles when I see her turtles she made for us. Now I will think of both of you each time I see them. Thank you so much. I have my 12 year badge from 2peas saved to my computer, so I haven't really lost that. You are such a sweetheart to do this. Let me know how you like your guillotine cutter. They aren't making blades for my AC cutters and I have 3 in the house. I will need to invest in something else. grammadee, welcome back to the normal busy at home. I'm sure you don't waste a minute all day. Glad to have you back. I need to finish some cards and I plan to take a photo this time.
