All I can think of is a thread from years ago where someone was driving a mouse mobile. She had a heck of a time getting rid of the mice.
Anyone remember that? Who was it?
We found out we had a mouse because my dd's car alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. When dh investigated, he found "evidence." He also checked my car and sure enough!
Anyone remember the mouse mobile?

I don't but I say if that beauty in your avatar photo can't find it, you may be out of luck.

I do remember that thread. If I remember right the mice chewed on the car's wiring. I hope you can evict yours soon. * I'm sorry I don't know how to get rid of the quote box. I hit something by accident to get it there in the first place.

I remember! Who was that? Was it Seanna? Seems like it was a big ordeal and took quite a while to catch it, and then when it finally happened there was much cheering

We had mice nest in our car and the smell was awful. We were never able to clear it completely. I was so happy to sell that car to Carmax.

I don't remember that Pea. I had a friend who had a mouse or rat (I think it was a rat) die in some hard to reach part of her car, and it took forever for her to get an appointment with a mechanic to get it out. Meanwhile she had to drive with the windows down all the time

Ah yes! I had "panda" in my head. I think you're right about tandy I don't but I say if that beauty in your avatar photo can't find it, you may be out of luck. Thank you. He's decorative. He doesn't do much but laze around and we're supposed to feed him treats LOL. He's got a pampered life! No mouse hunting for him.

Ugh, the thought of a mouse running up my leg while driving is freaking me out. Hope you find a way to rid your car of them, ideally before babies come along.

I think you are supposed to give them a cookie.
I would put food outside of my vehicle that smells delicious.

I opened a bag of dog food once and one scampered up my bare arm as I scooped up some food. Good times.

Is the car a Toyota? We had friends leave their car at our house when they were out of the country for a few weeks because ALL the Toyotas parked outside in their neighborhood were being nibbled by mice! It has to do with their soy coated wiring. Rodents Can't Get Enough of Toyota's Soy Coated Wiring

It definitely startled me, but I have no fear of mice. I caught it with a colander in the bathroom and then took it outside to a nearby field. I have also rescued bats, skunks, and snakes out of friends' houses. I do love the creatures.

When we lived in the country we had a momma mouse build a nest in the trunk of our mustang. We found the babies but never the momma. It got into the vents and the air conditioning smelled bad for the rest of the summer. To keep it from happening again, we kept mouse traps in the trunk.

We deal with mice in trucks, tractors, combines, etc.. it is a never ending battle. We have to put out lots of poison, but that is a double edged sword, because we want kitties on our farm. The machine shed isn't right at the main farm site, so no problem, but when we move equipment over for harvest we make sure we pull any poison out first. They really make a mess and very expensive repairs! Ugh, the thought of a mouse running up my leg while driving is freaking me out. I have had a mouse run up my shoe - but that is far as the little b@$t@rd got, before I shook him loose. I bailed out of that truck like it was on fire! LOL I've also had a snake in the cab. That took a while to get over. I am usually in a state of hyper-awareness for these critters, until I've been at it for a few days. Then, when I am in a big lunch induced stupor, they sneak up on me!

Mice hate bounce detergent sheets.
We use them at school all the time and it works. We just stuff dryer sheets in all our cupboards, our plastic theme bins and underneath our circle time rug. Before we found this we had mice that ate our books, chewed our rug, nested in our winter themed bin, made a cave in a bag of marshmallows we had for an activity and would periodically run around the room during class. One of the kids named him the one we saw Richard. I am opposed to traps, I was vetoed on the idea of a class cat and we obliviously can’t use traps in a classroom anyway, but as crazy as it seems the dryer sheets seem to work. We rotate them every 6 months and we haven’t seen Richard in a couple of years. I know the exterminators will tell you it is a myth, but we haven’t had any problems since using them and it was a HUGE problem before.
I would buy a couple of boxes and stuff sheets in the seats, glove compartment, under the floor mats, in the trunk, anywhere I could do so safely. In all likelihood he will move somewhere else,
Good luck!!
