I'm making cards with gingerbread houses and gingerbread men. I'd like to make it look like they have real icing on them. What Stickles would you recommend to create that white icing? Or should I use something else?

Nuvo "Wite Blizzard" glitter drops add a nice dimensional snowy glitter. When I am trying to get the effect of snow drifts, I also add a bit of "Blue Lagoon" glitter drops. But on icing, I wouldn't worry about that.
I sometimes squeeze on some white paint, then sprinkle fine white glitter over the top of it: that makes pretty snow as well.

None of them. They all have a clear base to them, so you'll just end up with glitter, not anything white.
You could do what grammadee suggests, though, and paint first with white, then go over with stickles for the glitter.
(IMO, diamond is the best clear stickles choice, if you need to decide what one to use on top.)

Thanks! You two were very helpful. I was afraid I couldn't get the look I wanted from just plain stickles but didn't realize they all have a clear base.

Use this recipe linkfor homemade texture paste with baking soda, modge podge, white paint... works great! I put them on my PTI gingerbread houses and add glitter. The houses I made 3 years ago still look perfect.

I applied the snow with a cheap paint brush (plastic). Attachments:
