It was very considerate of her to offer you a wide variety of pricepoints on that list.

I kept my shopping list on the refrigerator so anyone could post items as we ran out of things. My teenage daughter added "Orlando Bloom" to my list.

I'd put the $5,000,000 into a bowl of water and freeze it. Then she can have her cold hard cash! (I've actually done this but not nearly that amount!)

Love it!
My DD26 added "puppy" and "kitten" in the middle of her list a couple of years ago. It was cute and made me smile. She was living with us and knew she wasn't getting either one, but it still made my heart happy.

I just wish my DD would send me her list. I'm leaving the country on Dec 4 and have only got stocking stuffers so far.
I like your daughter's list... $5000 in cash but get whatever Kuerig is on sale lol

Thatโs pretty much what my Christmas lists to my parents look like. I make sure to hit all the price points. ๐. I donโt think I have ever asked for 5 mil though. One time they did actually get me my most expensive gift. I was FLOORED (it was a camera lens). So, sometimes asking pays off. ๐

The last Christmas list I got from my youngest son was color-coded. One color with stuff he wanted, one was stuff he really really wanted, one color was stuff that was OK, and the other color was for things I could buy if I had lost my mind. Gotta love the kid

Gotta love the kid I am dying to know an example of something you could buy if you lost your mind.

Iโve been searching for a way to give DD her Christmas cash this year. Itโs getting harder to top myself each year, but this one will do the trick!

Iโve been searching for a way to give DD her Christmas cash this year. Itโs getting harder to top myself each year, but this one will do the trick! When I did this for my nephew I found an insulated lunch bag with a plastic insert. I froze a small amount of water in the insert then put some of the cash in, stuck it back in the freezer and added more cash and more water. Then I put it back in the lunch bag and wrapped it.
