I know that I am not alone in my interest in watching the coronation on Saturday. I am usually up at strange hours of the morning so getting up at 4 am or so to watch is no big deal! Will you be watching?

Our grandson gets his MS degree at 10 that morning, so we will watch the highlights later. We are in the central time zone in the US.

I'll watch the re-run. I watched the last one, maybe I'll get to watch the next one.

I've got a fun party to go to during the day, so I'll check out the highlights later. I'm interested just because I've never seen a coronation before.

Absolutely, it’s probably/may be a once in a lifetime event for me, but it’s not a difficult time for me 😊

It is too early for west coast time (3AM), so I’ll watch some of it later in the day.

I'm sure I'll see highlights but I doubt I'll actively watch. I find Charles to be an out of touch creep and pretty much a horrible father at a time when his children needed him the most. I'd be more interested in seeing William be king.

No. I have very little interest in the monarch and have zero desire to watch the coronation.

In the Midwest, so I’ll be watching the replay. My friend and I are having a coronation party. I’m making tea sandwiches and she is doing dessert. She has decorated her house with 2 types of bunting and lots of other stuff. We were in London last year for the Queen’s jubilee so I’m sure she has leftover decos.

Not interested in it but will likely watch highlights at some point. I won't seek them out but will probably click on links here or on FB for pictures or short clips.

I'll definitely be watching the replays.
I had no problem staying up all night for the royal weddings of my generation (Charles and Di and Sarah and Andrew).
When the next generation started getting married, I got a few hours of sleep and then got up in the middle of the night to see their weddings live. (William and Kate and Harry and Meghan).
I sat my alarm for the Queen's funeral, but wasn't able to drag myself out of bed. (I did watch all the replays).
I'm not even going to try to drag myself out of bed for Charles' coronation. I'll watch the replays. (It's not that I'm not interested, it's just that I'm getting old!)

I'll be watching live (coverage starts at 4.30PM here) All the Kings and Queens I've read about & watched plays and movies about over the years...and now we get to see some of it happen live, it's a look back into that history.

I will watch *my* preferred highlights >> meaning watching the full broadcast (fast forwarding to the things I want to view) on youtube. I like to watch the parade processional and the arrival and departure of guests. I like to see what everyone is wearing. I want to watch Prince Williams speech. I want to see where Prince Harry ends up, in regards to his participation (or lack thereof). I want to see the swearing in and oath? commitment? whatever it's called. I want to see the Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis as they ride in the carriage. Not interested in the various songs, readings, poets, prayers, or anything involving Camilla..... during the ceremony.
I will do the same for the Coronation concert. View the ones I like(Lionel Ritchie) and fast forward through the ones I don't care for.

I may or may not watch some of it -- honestly, it's not about general hostility to the monarchy (I have fond memories of getting up in the wee hours with my mother to watch Princess Di get married), but I'm just not sufficiently interested in Charles to organize my life around watching him.

I'll have it on live on the TV and will switch between actively watching and it being background to our Saturday. We're one hour ahead of the UK here, so it's not a crazy time for us.

I would like to show my daughter the highlights. He is the King of Canada after all. She is 6 so princesses, queens and kings are cool to her. I don't think she would enjoy the whole thing and I don't want to get up at 6 if I can avoid it.

I will watch whichever part(s) make it to our national news/bits on the internet. Beyond that, probably not. I'm very happy for our British counterparts, and wish everyone involved in the coronation well.

I am excited about the coronation! Charles is our King and I love the Monarchy. I am not sure Father feels the same way, though.

I'm torn because I have gotten up early for everything else involving the Royal Family. I'm a Royal follower. But I have a busy day and I'm not sure I really want to miss all the sleep. And while I would love to see it all, I'm not really a fan of Charles and Camilla. I will probably just catch the highlights. But I love all the pomp and traditions and the clothes, etc. So, I'm torn.

The BBC Timetable to the Coronation is here. There are some explanatory pictures of what we will be looking at and some good links if anyone's interested.

I enjoy the pomp & circumstance and historical notes, being a bit of an anglophile. I may catch some of it live, or dvr and buzz thru it later.

I will be watching. I'll have to get up at 5am EST which I am not excited about. Right now I said live, but I may record and watch it like at 7 or 8. Im not a huge fan of Chuck and Cams, so when the alarm goes off I'll see how motivated I am. LOL

i won't watch the coronation as a whole but i'll see the highlights that will dominate the newsfeed of the day. won't be able to avoid snippets of it and that's fine.

Yes, we're having brunch in our pajamas with some neighbors at a funky place down the block and then a parade goes by later in the morning so we've got a full morning!
