I'm trying to remember.....but apparently it was only out for a very brief period of time....it would have been in virtually the same state if she hadn't taken it out, in other words. There was a big furore about it and poor Diana took quite a lot of flack but Mary spoke in her defense quite clearly saying that it was a genuine error and that it actually didn't change the outcome. I believe Ian was ok with it in the end and everyone sang Kumbaya Yes, and I also seem to remember reading on BBC News that Diana had removed Iain's ice cream from 'her' freezer where he had put it instead of into his own freezer but it had only been on the counter top for about 40 seconds before he picked it up and he later admitted to not handling pressure well. Diana left the series because of illness soon after that incident.....she had a fall during filming that left her with concussion and no sense of taste or smell. Yes, I remember now. They all kissed and made up I believe anyway I wonder if she's recovered now....

I am not much on baking shows. I did binge watch Top Chef UK a couple months ago. So so so much different then the Top Chef here in the US. No screaming at each other, criticism was constructive. No one made to feel "small". The contestants helped each other. Even in the diary camera type talks did the contestants run each other down. There was also a lot more cooking to the competition and it took several rounds before someone was eliminated.

It reminded me of Season 4 where Deborah took Howard's pastry crème (by mistake) and his was amazing and hers was broken. He had to use hers and he knew his was way better. She totally admitted it her mistake and he didn't even bat an eye. The judges even said they would not judge the crème in her pastry or his, but that they still would take into account of who made the better crème. I thought that was amazing. If that happened in Masterchef or Top Chef, the fur would have flown and a fist fight may have ensued. Howard was just all "Oh no...well nothing to do about it now, don't get upset Deb!" LOL.

Where can I find episodes from prior seasons? On the PBS app I only see episodes from the current season (5). I checked Amazon Prime but no go. I don't have Netflix or Hulu Plus. Any suggestions?

I just watched this week's episode on sweet breads and donuts -YUM! I am so sad at who was asked to leave. I also think that Chetna deserved to be best baker this week - she had a good first bake and was #1 in the technical challenge, by a large margin! I think that they just have a crush on the person they gave it to.
