Where are you buying your clothes this fall? I am looking to branch out beyond my basic tee-shirt style, but still stay casual. Online or brick-and-mortar, doesn't matter to me. What are you loving right now?

Following! I'm in such a rut! I found two cute patterned tops at JC Penny and a cute maxi skirt at Belk and that's all I've been able to find for my back to school wardrobe. I need more clothes!

Dressbarn and possibly Target and Kohl's. I do like the Ava and Viv line at Target.

I like the plus size section of Maurices. They have a good selection online as well.

I am a lane Bryant addict - 90% of my clothes are from there. Although lately I am really liking the Ava & Viv line from Target. I am tall and finding shirts and pants long enough is a challenge.

Do you have Pennington's in the US? I really liked their clothing -- it's fashionable and trendy, without suffering from that "plus size look" that I find is very common.

Catherines. I like them because they cut things for plus size not just add fabric to make it bigger. They have lots of sales to make the clothes affordable. If you order on line you can ship to the store for free.
I used to shop at Dress Barn but they tend to either just make the junior styles bigger or use the same sort of silky polyester on everything.

I've gotten a few things I like from Chicos. Size 3 fits me (size 18w) and they sell size 3.5 and 4 online. Old Navy, Nordstrom (clearance rack), Dress Barn, Macy's,

They go from 12 to 6x. Lots of casual, business casual selections with some business to fancy dress selections. Everything I've bought from them has worn well for the price. Some of their stuff is inexpensive. I don't plan to wear the inexpensive stuff more than a season or two. The pricier items wear quite well.
They are an online shopping "mall" with a lot of different stores. I like that I can shop and pay at one place and get things from several different places (sort of like shopping amazon)

If you order on line you can ship to the store for free. I used to shop at Dress Barn but they tend to either just make the junior styles bigger or use the same sort of silky polyester on everything. I did find some nice things at Catherine's this summer, but I still need to really try everything on. They cut their sleeves funny on a LOT of tops. Like, I found one I liked in 0X and it was fine except for the sleeves. So I tried the 1X on and it was bigger everywhere... except the sleeves. I also hate their pricing. Like, you'll get a $50 off $100 coupon, but can't use it on clearance OR perfect price items (which end in .50) or on bras when they're buy one get one 50% off.... which, fine, until you realize that even a Tshirt in that store is $49. So I sometimes get frustrated and just don't buy anything. Of course, since they also sell out of the small sizes super fast, sometimes there isn't anything for me to buy anyhow. But also, yes, Kohl's. Depending on where you fall in the plus size range, Mystie, also stop over in the misses section. Depending on the year's cut, I find that sometimes an XL from the Sonoma line fits well. That's especially nice when the sweaters fit, because they have so many more colors over in misses. Last fall was a no-go, though.

I also like Catherines. They have a wider selection of petite length pants for me. I hate the coupons, they don't help when they don't work on over half of the store. Clothes are so expensive!

Macy's has a really good selection of plus size clothes. If you don't have a store near you, their online selection is gigantic. And if you are short as well, they have plus size petite pants. I mainly buy all of my work clothes there (business casual). They have great deals on clothes if you shop the clearance section and use coupons. You can find coupon codes online or in the newspaper. If you want a good deal, shop there during one of their many one day sales.
I actually went to Macy's today, bought 2 work shirts, pajama shirt and pants for $78.00. I thought it was a pretty good deal since plus size pajamas are always hard to find for me. The thing about Macy's is don't ever buy anything at regular price because everything eventually goes on sale and you can use a coupon on top of that.

I am currently loving-
Forever 21,Maurices, Torrid, Rainbow Shoppes, Old Navy (online only), and Lane Bryant. I am going to be 30, so I don't know if that influences any other Refupeas and their clothing styles.

I second Forever21. We only have one store near here (although it's still 1.5 hours away) with the plus size IN store. But they had LOTS of cute stuff for decent prices.

I agree that Macy's has a fantastic selection, especially online. My favorite part? They run some fantastic sales. I have gotten a half dozen super cute dresses for $20-$25 each. That's practically unheard of in plus size clothing. I get all kinds of compliments on my clothes too.
Torrid is also pretty good, but more spends. They also cater to the 20 something set, so many of their clothes aren't work appropriate. I have gotten a couple of nice work jackets and skirts there. As a previous poster mentioned, the jeans are very well designed for the plus sized ladies.

You would not believe what great tops I've found at thrift stores...I hardly ever buy from a regular store these days, also, Home Shopping Network and Evine TV both have a lot of fun items. I just ordered some slinky brand tshirts on sale on HSN. For bathing suits, SWIMSUITSFORALL.com is very good.

Just found the best jeans ever at Torrid. I had never shopped there before. I ordered some high rise jeans from them last week. I have never ordered from them so I'm hoping they will fit and don't have to return them. I have been having trouble finding a pair of jeans that fit well.

For me it's Woman Within, Roaman's, Metrostyle, Chico's, and Mod Cloth. But I'm not buying clothes this fall. I'm retiring and wearing what I already have.
ETA: Shopping at Chico's is fun because there I wear a size 4. Other places it's a size 20! Size 4 - ego stroke. Size 20 - smack in the face with a pie.
