Still holding strong! But other than printing photos (I don't include that or adhesive in a freeze) I really don't NEED anything. I'm also deleting emails before I open them.

I'm still not buying. I have a gift card to ACOT, but I'm hoarding it until at least spring.

Today I was designing a graphic for a Tshirt to wear to my daughters swim meet. My husband saw and asked what I was doing and explained it and that I would iron on transfer paper so he offered to take me to hobby lobby, he really just wanted to go out to eat! But anyways I made it through without touching anything scrapbook related! Woo hoo!

I went looking for my discontinued adhesive on my way to and from watching my friends do barn hunt. No luck at Micheal's or the other craft store. But I got lucky at both Hobby Lobby's, one had two packs and the other was awesome with their 2 packs clearanced for $1.99 Most stores are charging $7.99-$8.99 and Amazon sellers are now over $15.00 so I was pretty excited for those 2 I did pick up 4 sheets of specialty cardstock at HL since it was 50% off and I know I used mine up on my Christmas cards.

So far, so good! Ordered prints, but had a gift card for those, so that's even better. So far I haven't been tempted by anything else!

I've made almost 40 pages since the middle of December so I may do a paper shop when paper issues get the new lines in. I'm definitely making a dent in my stash!

Still frozen here, it's been a whole 8 days! I do have both Joanns and michaels gift cards, but holding off. The Clique boxes are very tempting though!!!

Day 8 epic fail! I went to the LSS because I thought they were having their annual 40% off sale. But I got the day wrong and spent more than I expected to (I was too embarrassed to try and return a few things). But I redeemed myself by posting the equivalent dollar amount for sale as soon as I got home. Since that is my frozen plan, I think that I'm back to being okay. And as for my day 1 fail, I made several cards and sent them already so I'm back to even there too. Yay!

I'm still holding strong. My felicity jane kit is coming tomorrow so that a tiny cheat. In the rest of my life I have been doing pretty well too. I returned stuff to pier 1 and just took the gift card and went and returned something to babies r us and only left with pjs and a sleep sack that we needed. I didn't even look at the cute baby girl clothes. I bought a sweater online at target for myself but that was only $10. So far so good.
Today I scrapbooked some xmas pages from last year using some old teressa Collins candy cane lane from my stash. It feels good to use some stuff up. Although use it up is a generous term since I still have a much left over.

Another good no shopping day that I spent in the craft room I made six birthday cards, three each of two different designs. I also orgainzed my inks and some stamps and started working on better organization for my completed cards.

I resisted my Tuesday Morning calling and went down to my scrap room instead. I'm working on my 3rd page in 2017!

Had a tiny fail on Saturday, went to the range planing to just use the toilet but got entranced by the mini dies section. On a plus note only brought one did priced at £2.50, by now I would normally have spent around £30-£40 so not being too hard on myself

Day 9 is starting to wind down over here. The winter sales begin on Wednesday where I live and I have a (short) list of things I'd like to purchase at a good discount. I know exactly which items, where to find them, which discount I'm aiming for. Nothing scrappy in there though. Only things that will really add value to my life (like socks, I kid you not). We're donating some stuff tonight. Had to call around to find someone with a big enough car they could lend us, double-check with the organisation we're donating to whether they're interested in what we wanted to bring over, then fight my mother off. "But these cookbooks are practically new! Oh, look, Jamie Oliver! Don't you like Jamie Oliver? I know you like Jamie Oliver. You shouldn't give Jamie Oliver away. I like this table. Don't you like this table anymore? It's in good condition. Are you sure? Etc." We are getting rid of some furniture too and our just over 400 sq ft apartment will look a bit empty when we return in the evening but I'm done having stuff I don't get life value out of (anymore). My mind is in decluttering mode. And it feels great! In scrappy news, I've finally fallen in love with my KP Everett alpha set. Took such a long time warming up to this one but I'm in sync with it as of right now. Of course, this revelation takes place just as it got discontinued. Oh well, loving the unloved is another way of being avant-garde, right? I hope all of you are having a lovely Monday!

I've learned to shut my laundry room door when mom comes over, if I have donate boxes in there. She'll take stuff home with her.
They once took home an old turntable that I told them needed a new needle. That had to be 15 years ago. They've never replaced the needle or used it.

My Felicity Jane kit came today. Glad I decided to keep this subscription during my freeze. I wish I had gotten extra alphabets and paper, though.

Held strong though, mainly because I'm hoping to go to HL while we're in the little city this week. I've decided I won't feel bad about spending there. We won't be back until May.

I've been good since my one little $3 purchase last week at Target.
I also have stayed the heck out of stores.
And I'm definitely using my stash. Had to open up another album, and split 2016 between two albums.
(Any coincidence that 2016 was the year that I got my own scrap space and the year I've been most productive in scrapping?!)
I'm still working on some photos from early 2016 and even some from 2015. I'm using stickers that I've had for quite a while, but wasn't sure how to incorporate. I love using what I have, and making it work.
It'll be so much fun when my stash is visibly dented, and I can buy new goodies!

Tonight I pulled out Emeline and started a page. The new kit is nice but its too springy for the photos I am working with right now. But it will be perfect, Im sure, when the new March FJ kit comes out!

I haven't spent anything this month. I keep telling myself it's only one month. Plus I haven't been super-crafty lately. Then I went and signed up for a 3 month stash challenge starting February 1st. They are building in flexibility for crops though. I'm looking forward to the motivation of LOAD and Calvinball to get my mojo going.

Tomorrow is just about 1/3 of the month. Still nothing.
One day at a time Peas. You need to actively remind yourself you are frozen.

The blue of the water and a lot of the night pictures I took was great. I was sad to use it all.
