(Elsabelle - stealing your words again this month)
Here is our thread for sharing our scrappy goals and progress. Do you have monthly scrap goals and yearly scrap goals? Is there anything new you'd like to try? Anything you'd like to do differently?

I ordered my May photos this morning, so that's one thing down.
I'm hoping my mojo might want to stop back and come visit me again. The last few layouts I've done I feel no passion, like I'm just phoning it in.

Yay! New goals!
Crop Fri night and all day Sat next weekend: I will catch up on all my current photos. This will be my birthday, beach, Mother's Day, son #1 art teacher pics, son#2 work pics, and misc photos to finish up and close out son #1 ROTC album.
Crop Fri Night and most of Sat the following week: I will get my big project reorganized and work on those pages, plus organize certain photos and product to take to Scrapbook Expo.
Scrapbook Expo crop Fri and Sat I will work on my project photos - it is my huge living history photos project and I am working on 18th century era type photos. I expect I will be working on them all summer there are so many. It may take up 3 volumes since 2 are almost full already.
That wraps up June pretty much!

This month I'd like to complete an 8x8 vacation album. I have about 90 pictures so it'll take some careful planning. I have already edited all the pictures. Now I need to plan the layouts and picture size, Photosheet them, and upload and order them before I can get started on scrapping them. If I finish that I can scrap some 12x12 layouts but I'm not pressuring myself to scrap a lot this month. I'm trying to focus on taking pictures instead.

June Goals: Still have lots to do outside and other projects. So these may be lofty, but they need to get completed.
- double check photos downloaded from phone are all saved to computer. (completed 6/2) - delete photos from phone that are downloaded properly (completed 6/2) - continue downloading photos from my dh's iphone to save on my computer (started in May) - complete my banner swap items (3 different banner swaps) - create at least 3 layouts - create 1 card per dh's request

My goals are a lot also
Hope to order prints from last year or so; including several trips. I do travel albums in 12 by 12 format and have Colombia, NY, Maine, a cruise, Tennessee to knock out.
It feels very overwhelming as a few years ago I was caught up. Something that worked for me was trying to do a layout a day for a year. I didn't do it daily but I am sure I came close to my goal. I should try that again.

I have taken to doing mini albums in Handbooks (I got a pile of them during a SC clearance) for family trips. Last month, I did our April trip to NYC, and this month, I want to finish the book on our New England trip last July. I am definitely on pace to finish.

Need to make some cards for my stash this month - and I want to try out some new techniques with embossing powder. Also, do a few more layouts for my travel album. I only have about 20 pages to go so should finish it in July.
I have 10 days off work after a knee operation but am not sure how much crafting I'll get done as I'm supposed to keep my leg raised as much as possible when I'm not walking/exercising. Hopefully I'll be able to do a bit!

One trip was all blue skies and sunshine and the other was foggy and grey so I'll have to think about which color scheme I'll use. Until those pictures arrive I have some outdoor projects to work on to keep me busy.

I have a busy month coming up, and I don't see lots of time to scrapbook. My goal for 2017,was 365 pages for the year. That would mean 181 pages by June 30th. Because I am ahead, I am going to give myself a break this month. No expectations. If I get some time to play, I definitely have the pix to do it, but just planning on going with the flow... ETA: I hope to get SOMETHING done. And if/when I do, I plan to take up dasmith2 's challenge, and use some stamps. And KikiPea 's and Chinagirl828 's challenges are ones I want to try, too. Maybe this month... and anniefb, I hope your surgery goes well. I thought of the Oxide ink video lady with her big tray on her recliner, crafting away.

Summer vacation starts in one week for me. I'm hoping to get a lot of scrapping done before I go back to teaching in August. June is my busier month though so my goal is 25 pages done - either traditional or PL. I just printed off a bunch of pictures for PL so I'm hoping to get up through April done while attempting to keep caught up with the current week.

Thanks grammadee and LisaDV! think I'll try and print and out some photos and work out what papers to use, so that if I can get some crafting time I'm all ready to go and can maybe put a layout together quite quickly

anniefb - prayers for an easy recovery I managed to make 5 cards (and write them out) - they were dropped off this afternoon with DD10 at summer camp and she'll get one/day M-F this coming week during 'mail' call. We pick her up Saturday morning.

March 2017 is now scanned so I can label that binder and put it on the shelf once I've finished scanning the part of April in it. Then I'll finish up scrapping April - just a couple of layouts to go - I was waiting on pictures for.

I am challenging myself to print my photos more often, like monthly. I usually wait and then I have so many to go through, edit, and order that I am cranky about it. Especially the cranky part. I so need to get this under control. I think it would make scrapping so much more enjoyable. My June goal is to scrap DS's Junior year for his school album. I also want to do lots of summery things and make sure to take photos and then print them before next summer!

After 2 months of not meeting my goals (actually not having much mojo at all) I'm finally back to (and enjoying scrapbooking) again!! YAY me!! And just in time as we go to our cabin for a week the last part of June. That is when I make my Xmas cards. So my goal this month is 40 cards and 15 pages. I've finished 5 so far so I should make my goal this month....

one layout done - DD(17) sorted the photos and I'll have 5 more layouts to go for April (her pictures from the Academic Team State Tournament at Disney - they were semifinalists this year!). I'm not feeling super motivated about them but since she was sweet enough to a) take them for me and b) sort them out....and I've been complaining about the lack of pictures for her (okay - there's only one or two selfies but...)

It was a pain, but I got it done and I rememebered to check that I wanted matte, not glossy. I ended up with glossy on my last order and they get so fingerprinty and smudgy. Do not like glossy!

I much prefer matte also and wish glossy wasn't the default as I sometimes forget as well I need to order photos from my son's trip - he took a LOT of pictures and I'm dreading going through and deciding what to order

I sorted the almost 200 weekend photos I had printed yesterday.
Completed two fairly simple pages with one larger photo on each, and used stamping on both. They are in the Gallery, and I linked to the I Challenge You thread where I promised to do some stamping this month.

So I have no clue if this counts as being productive and making progress or not. I have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of stamp sets. There was once a time where I said I would never get into stamps because they were one trick ponies (and really, to me, they are...I don't have the vision that others have to make each use look unique) and very expensive but I eventually got sucked in and now I buy them like crazy. I hardly ever touch them, however. Last week, I pulled out a PL spread to work on and got it all set up...I have most of the first page done, but the insert and last page are still waiting for me to fill it in. It just wasn't doing it for me, though.
This weekend, while going back and forth regarding a stamp sale I wanted to partake in, I felt guilty because I have SO MANY stamp sets already and almost never touch them and figured I could justify the purchase if I went and played with some of them. 95%+ of my stamps have never seen ink, sadly enough. So, I piled up a bunch of stamp sets that were calling to me and sat them down on top of the PL mess already there, cut a sheet of bazzill marshmallow cardstock (that stuff is amazingly thick and absolutely luscious) down to 3x4 pieces and made a few PL cards. I also played with some good basic PTI sets. Then yesterday, I decided to play with a teacher friendly stamp set and my copics (collector, non user of those, too) and started a card since Thursday is the last day of school here. Notice how I didn't say anything had been put away? My desk is a huge pile of crap right now. I need to take a few minutes to tidy it up, because it's pretty ridiculous how bad it looks right now. But at least I'm being crafty, even if I'm not making a full project, lol. This is definitely not how I usually work. I'm avoiding it (even though it's right next to me) like crazy because just thinking about it is too much!
