Yes and I use it often. I usually look for different recipes on pinterest.

I do. A tube pan also. I can't remember the last time I've used either one of them.

I own a bundt pan but don't use it as much as I once did. I've found over the years that when I've brought cakes to social events, they don't get consumed. I think people prefer to grab a cookie or a bar and don't want to have to deal with cutting a piece of cake. I used to make a chocolate Kaluha poke cake in my bundt pan that was pretty good. I found that slicing my cake and laying it out on a pretty plate/platter makes the cake disappear. I think people are just lazy about slicing it up 🤷

I have 3, and bought the third just a few weeks ago at a garage sale. We use them for husband's famous rum cake at Christmas time. I would love to see this recipe!

Yes, I own one. It's been used a time or two. I don't recall when the last time it was used, though.

I don’t. Small kitchen, never used, rather buy a cake at the grocery store - no bundt pans for me.
I don’t really have much bakeware at all because I honestly don’t bake. A batch of cookies now and again but other than that I don’t bake at all. So I don’t really need it.

Nope, never used one either. I don't know why cake needs a hole in the middle. The magic of a holed cake is the ease of cutting it. Perfect slices every time. Maybe it cooks more evenly too??

I have one thrown in the back of a cabinet somewhere. If I ever bake another cake, I'll dig it out.

I am predicting a come back for Bundt cakes in the next 5 years. Just enough time for most people to get rid of the ones they have collecting dust so they need to run out and get a new one once all the fabulous Bundt cakes start appearing on Pinterest again.
Holding on to mine, both the large and individual sizes, as a cost saving measure.

Okay, so recognizing I have a bundt pan issue, can someone tell me why I’m still eyeing the Nordic Ware skull cakelet pan? I have it.

Or you can buy Baker's Joy cheaper than the Wilton brand. As infrequently as I need to grease something, I like this stuff.

Nope, never used one either. I don't know why cake needs a hole in the middle. So that when you drizzle it with a glaze, it can pool in the center, form a slight crust, and provide general yumminess on three of the four sides of the cake. Yes, I have a couple of them, including the mini ones.

I used my bundt pan quite a bit when my parents were alive. My dad loved a vanilla cake with chopped nuts and powdered sugar sprinkled on top, so whenever they came over I’d make it. Now bundt cakes remind me he is gone and that just makes me sad.

That’s exactly why I have mine, and I got the recipe years ago from the peas. Maybe from you. ETA you can also bake angel food cake in a bundt pan. We love angel food cake in my family. I need this recipe please. I have never found a chocolate zucchini recipe that my family really enjoys. They prefer my zucchini bread.
Here's the recipe. I made a note on it that it's from @pinkmochas ... not even sure if she made it over here? (ETA I guess not, not under that name, anyway.) It makes a nice, chocolatey cake and you don't even notice the zucchini in it. christine58 , is this the recipe you use, too? Chocolate Zucchini Cake 4 eggs 2 C sugar 1 C oil 2 C flour 2 t baking soda 1 t baking powder 1 t salt 1 t vanilla 3 T cocoa 3 oz semi sweet chocolate chips, partially melted 2 C shredded zucchini -------- 3/4 C sugar 3/4 Stick butter 1/2 C evaporated milk Beat all ingredients for 3 minutes the pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. After you take it out of the oven, melt 3/4 stick of butter, 3/4 C sugar and 1/2 C evaporated milk. While cake is still warm, use a knife and separate cake from the outer pan edges and inside ring and pour butter mixture around so it drains down all sides. Let set for a few minutes for cake to absorb then invert onto a cake pan. Note, use 1 cup sugar, 1 stick butter, full 5oz can of evap milk for glaze, plus 1/2 tsp vanilla. Stir in a little half-and-half if need more creamy. Pour a little glaze before turning out of pan, and most after it comes out. yummy yummy yummy

lucyg No but it's similar. There's no chocolate chips and the topping is simply confectionery sugar. 3 eggs 2 cups sugar 2 1/2 cups flour 3 cups shredded zucchini 1/2 cup cocoa 3/4 cup oil (I sub applesauce) 1/2 cup milk 2 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla Beat the wet..add the dry...add milk and zucchini last 350 for about 50 mins,,,

I use my Bundt pan maybe once a year or so. I, too, like making a chocolate Kailua cake. I recently made a pineapple upside-down cake in the Bundt pan. It came out nice.

I am on my second one since I have been married (28 years next month). I wore out the non-stick, lol. I use mine at least once a month. I make monkey bread, banana bread (often) and a lemon supreme cake for my DD every year for her birthday. I am now off to Pinterest I use mine solely for rum cakes and kahlua cakes, but I’m going to try the banana bread. I hate using my regular loaf pan for it. Thank you!

Yep, I’ve got one. I use it twice a year I’d say. Once for a chocolate zucchini bundt and then again for a spice bundt cake.

Does anyone remember the bundt cake mixes that were popular in the 80's or 90's? Remember when they made a brief comeback a couple of years ago? My husband was obsessed with finding them. We had many bundt cakes! My favorite was the chocolate with fudge in the middle.
and OMG peas! There's recipes for the instant pot! Of course, now I need to buy the pan.

Never dusted with powdered sugar, I love to pour glaze over it.
I'm glad you reminded me what I like best, make pineapple upside down cake in it! Works great! I lost my original thick one in a move but I have a heart shaped one that is pink outside, one that is pink outside and has a cover and a red outside with a cover. I also recently got some mini ones at the thrift store.
I need to start using them more. Sometimes I get in a rut, I've been doing cupcakes a lot and haven't made regular cakes as often.

caangel thanks for posting a link! That cake looks delicious. Yes, I asked for a bundt pan for my birthday and my boyfriend purchased a really nice one for me. I have made banana bread and cinnamon apple cake in it so far, and both turned out great! I love to bake and have also purchased a tart pan and three springform pans this year, in various sizes. Amazon is dangerous for bakers!
