I went through a phase where I purchased Nordic Ware bundt pans. Now these pans are sitting in the basement collecting dust. I should start using them again, but we can only eat so many cakes dusted in powdered sugar. Do you own a bundt pan and if so, do you still use it?

I have one, somewhere. Don’t even remember the last time I used it.

Yes, I have a bundt pan. It has to be 25+ years old and I can't remember the last time I used it.

Perfect thread topic!
I’m in the midst of kitchen cabinet cleaning and the bundt cake pan is one of only two things lingering in the Maybe Pile (along with the...wait for it...electric salad spinner, which is actually pretty cool).
Convince me either way.

Yes I do. But not for cakes. For removing corn to freeze it! It works great. There are youtube videos out there too, but here's the gist:
The Secret to Easily Remove Corn from the Cob Start by using cooked corn that has been husked and the silks removed. ... Place the tip of the corn in the hole of the bundt pan and hold steady! Use a sharp or serrated knife to cut the kernals off the cob starting at the top and cutting downward.

Yes, but the last time I used it was probably three years ago when I made cakes to look like giant donuts for our boys 13th birthday.

Several.
Wilton has a great product called cake release. It really works to get your cake out of those pans. Ps don’t tell anybody, I enjoy buying those pans for $5 at goodwill.

Nope, never used one either. I don't know why cake needs a hole in the middle.

We have 1. At one time we had 3, I think. Gave others to DILs.
We probably use it 3-4 times per year for pound cakes.

Nope, never used one either. I don't know why cake needs a hole in the middle. [br If the batter is thick, without the hole, the finished product will have raw dough in middle of cake.

Yes but I don’t know why. The few times I used it, it was for making monkey bread.

I do and it probably needs to be donated - I rarely make cake - just for birthdays and no one ever asks for a bundt cake for their birthday, they always want a layer cake.
Off to go pull it out and put it in the donation box before I forget...

Oh, and I should share my favorite bundt cake story. So, I was making a bundt cake using a new recipe and when I put it in my pan/jello mold, it filled it a little more than I was used to, but I thought it would be o.k. so I popped it into the oven. After a little while, my smoke detector started going off so I went to peek in the oven. The were little blobs of burning batter on the bottom of the oven...and flames shooting up through the middle of the cake. It was awesome. Sadly, I didn't think to take a picture.

I use mine all the time. I will start looking for others at Goodwill now thanks to @megmc - I love the stylish ones and have always wanted a few to mix it up. I bake a lot, but also use it for the corn thing.
Mine is from a Le Creuset outlet in South Carolina. It was almost free because I spent a fortune on pots. Love them all.
And I still have my mom's Bundt pan from my childhood. It must be 50 years old! I want to paint it red and hang it in my kitchen. The non-stick coating has come off in places and I have not used it in years.
Fun thread!

Yep, I used my bundt pan last week for a lemon cake.
I also have a mini bundt pan with 6 bundts that I use for making candles. They are the cutest double wick candles. Of course, this pan can't be used for baking any longer.

1 regular, 2 fancier, and a multi pan of mini bundts. Use them all frequently.

I have one and use it fairly often. Neither my husband nor I like icing, so I often make a bundt cake and either dust it with powdered sugar or a little bit of glaze. I also use it for monkey bread (brunch) or pull apart garlic bread (dinner).
