I'm no great expert on phrases and the urban dictionary. In fact, the only way I know what I do is that Google seems to know almost everything. LOL!
Here's what Wikipedia has to say about it:
The phrase "Bye, Felicia" (actually spelled "Felisha" in the cast listing) came from a scene in the American stoner buddy crime comedy film Friday (1995). According to Ice Cube, who starred in the film and co-wrote its script, "Bye, Felicia" is "the phrase 'to get anyone out of your face'," and, as it was used in the Friday scene, is generally intended as a dismissive kiss-off.[1]

I don't have one... but my dear friend who is a very sweet religious lady (dad was a pastor as a second career). Her father used to say the phrase circle jerk (in place of clusterf@ck). She learned it as a kid and just thought it meant a confusing messed up situation. When she announced at a staff meeting of 60 people that a messed up parent night at school was a circle jerk, I about peed myself. The woman has never said a swear word in her life. After the meeting with everyone dropping their jaws on the floor, I pulled her aside and asked what she thought it meant. After school I told her what it was and she was flabbergasted. She called her dad to tell him it meant something different and that he should never say it again. He kind of laughed and apologized and said he did know the meaning he just didn't think anyone would ever repeat it. That story still makes me smile.

Ds and his friend in middle school came in from playing outside during a fundraising dinner. They were smirking and laughing and said, "Andy's outside teabagging everybody." I died laughing. And then explained to Andy's mom what that meant and told the boys to look it up. Their faces got white and the brother was like...no, no like in Call of Duty

I never ask I just google or look in the urban dictionary. Yeah teabagging was my first search when my 3rd grader asked me what it meant. I knew then it wasn't related to the Boston Tea Party. :-)

Urban dictionary is my go to when teaching family life to 7th graders...
A few years ago it was blue waffle
This year it was Alabama hot pocket and Russian candy cane
No, I do NOT tell my students the meanings of these terms. Hell, I don’t even know how they know them! Do yourself a favor and don’t look them up. They’re NASTY!

OMG! You guys are killing me! I don't know why I know these things, (Other than Friday. which was based on a character they all hated coming around named Felisha and they alway said "Bye Fleshia." to dismiss her.) but I guess it's because I have teens and work with young adults. Anyway, I have an amusing story. If you don't know the meaning of this, Google at your own risk. Anyway, this woman I work with was talking to a guest and thought she was talking about throwing up when she drank, instead of saying, "I toss my cookies." she said, "I toss salad when I drink." She's a very conservative Christian. All the guest and other co-workers were flabbergasted. It is still discussed to this day, just to make her blush.

The other day I posted something on Facebook about a particular lolly you can get here, and asked which one is the best tasting - pink, yellow or green. I said that my favourite is green, and my SIL replied that "Green sucks balls". My mum asked several times "Green what? What does it suck? What does that mean?"

I honestly thought Netflix and Chill meant hanging out and relaxing while binge watching shows.
My kids about died laughing when I used it in a sentence.
Sometimes you don’t know you need to google or urban dictionary something.

I think it’s only fair that you actually tell us what these phrases mean. I’m afraid to google them...I’m out of eye bleach.
Circle jerk? Toss my salad? Oprah? All of the 7th grade lingo
I actually know the Netflix one.

The 2 Urban Dictionary definitions were nothing. What is it being referred to here?

I'm pretty sure it was a 2Peas invention, which is why you've never seen it IRL. I don't remember who started it. It's just a bit of silliness related to that period years ago when Oprah was all over the place and into everything. I don't think it ever had any deep meaning.

We really mean hang out, relax and usually fall asleep but hearing ds's reaction is soooo worth it.

Well my son showed me how fast a word , saying, symbol can get corrupted.
The hand gesture for okay, now is a symbol for white power.
Over the weekend a group decided as a joke to to make the # a nazi symbol. It’s a double h meaning heil hitler. AND IT WORKED, it is now being talked about on the news.

At one Easter brunch, my SIL said her son was trying to grow a moustache, that he wanted a dirty Sanchez. My BIL and I just laughed and showed her the urban dictionary meaning. She was shocked that I knew what that was. A couple of weeks prior, the Screech (Saved by the Bell) sex tape was being talked about on the radio, and it mentioned dirty Sanchez, so I had just recently looked it up,

I knew none of this. Or nexflix. I didn’t know any of them and still don’t know the Netflix one. I also don’t know why it would be expected to know something has a double meaning. Why would we think that watching Netflix and chilling would need to be looked up

When my dd#2 (who is now 24) was in about 5th grade, we were going to entertain clients of my husband's from Denmark at my mom's beach house. In front of my mom and my step-father (super conservative Christian), my dd asks "we're going to have them here? What if they're douchebags?" My step-father almost choked. My daughter had heard the term on the bus and thought it just meant "jerk." Poor kid was so upset that she said it out loud, in front of her grandparents. And, of course, we still make fun of her for it.
