I haven’t started the next season of marvelous mrs maisel yet as it looks like they are only adding two episodes a week at least that’s what IMDb says. I’m tempted to rewatch the first three seasons while waiting. I hate that! It took two years for a new season. The reason why most people prefer streaming is the ability to watch an entire season at once! I know sometimes there's licensing agreements with certain shows, but this is a Prime show!

Three movies between yesterday and today.
TIGER RISING (‘22 Paramount) w/Dennis Quaide & Queen Latiffa. 4 Stars. My DH and I both liked this one. Touching.
NIGHTMARE ALLEY (‘21 HBOMax & Hulu) w/Bradley Cooper & William Defoe. 2 Stars for me BUT 4 Stars for my DH. I thought it was boring.
TED K (Feb ‘22 AmazP). Historical/crime drama about Ted Kaczynski bombings. 3 Stars

Forgot to add, I thought Murderville on Netflix was hilarious! "Eccentric detective Terry Seattle teams up with clueless celebrity guest stars to investigate a series of murders in this improvisational crime comedy." My favorite episodes were Sharon Stone and Marshawn Lynch. We just started Murderville; it's so funny!

Anyone watch Peacemaker? We loved it and it has, hands down, the best theme song/intro I have ever seen.

A few good ones…….
THE ADAM PROJECT (Feb ‘22 Netflix) With Ryan Reynolds, Mark Ruffalo & Jennifer Garner. SciFi but not too involved and easy to follow. 4 Stars.
THE AFTER PARTY (Jan ‘22 Apple) With Tiffany Haddish. S1E8 - 35M Each Murder Mystery / Comedy. 4 Stars.
PIECES OF HER (Mar ‘22 Netflix) (S1E8) 60M. With Toni Collette & Omari Hardwick. Very mysterious; hidden past. From a book by Karin Slaughter which I gave 3 stars. The first half of the episodes were good the second half got bogged down and boring, just like the book. 3 Stars.

I just started watching 'Tangle' on Netflix. It is an Australian series from about ten years ago. I'm not sure why I didn't watch it at the time. I am really enjoying it, and binged the first four episodes. It has got some of my favourite actors in it. But boy oh boy, some of the characters are AWFUL! Ben Mendelsohn plays a bad guy soooooo well! He also played the baddie Andrew "Pope" Cody in the Australian movie Animal Kingdom (on which the US series was based).
I'm not sure whether you can get 'Tangle' on the US / UK / Canadian etc Netflix. If you can, it's worth a watch.

AussieMeg, Tangle is on Amazon Prime in the UK. Thanks for the recommendation, it looks interesting. And totally unconnected, but when I saw your name, I remembered instantly that you were in my dream last night! You were driving some kind of taxi/van around Melbourne and you took us back to your house for dinner! 😂

We watched 3 episodes of Murderville on Netflix last night. We needed to laugh and it did the trick for us. Wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. We found it hilarious to watch celebrities adlibbing during an entire episode where a detective played by Will Arnett is trying to solve a crime. Annie Murphy of Schitt's Creek had a lot of trouble not laughing. This series is in a league of its own. The scenarios are beyond ridiculous and the regular characters are caricatures, but we enjoyed it. Trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IBi7gN2THE

I feel like we've prob. seen at least one of his specials. Will look him up. I'm spending a lot of time and energy learning about what is happening in Ukraine and Poland and looking for ways to help. Comedy is essential to my sanity.

There were clues that I would totally miss or others that I'd be wanting to shake the celebrity and yell "Did you not catch that?!?"

I know Amy Schumer is polarizing for some people, but if you're open to it, give her new show on Hulu "Life & Beth" a chance.

I'm watching Dollface on Hulu. It's a fun, light sitcom with the actress from 2 Broke Girls (the brunette) and Brenda Song and a couple others. I'm enjoying it. I think season 2 just came out.
