I am going to make an "extra" payment on my dentures.
I am going to put some aside to take care of rescue dog's shots.
Then save the rest of it. I may use some to buy things for booths once things get back to normal. Our sales have taken a major hit.

We are giving some to our 23 year old and some to our 18 year old. I’lm also planning on buying the Cricut Joy and then saving the rest. My DH is active duty military and his job isn’t in jeopardy.
I know from some of my military wives Facebook pages many of them are planning on spending at least some of their money.

Savings. While our income is fine for now, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll both have a couple of weeks of furlough time over the next year as our employers try to balance budgets. This will help make up that difference.

Nothing right now. It is in the "house" account and can sit there for a while. I'm sure there will be something that needs to be replaced or repaired. If not, I have more money to put towards something, whether it’s to donate or support a cause or business.

Our income hasn't been affected yet either. I planned to spend my half at small businesses and donate some. My oven died so I put a big chunk of it on a new range this week, purchased at a locally owned appliance store. I also bought a lot of quilt fabric from a local shop to make masks to donate so that ticks both boxes. I also plan to do a donation to the church's food pantry.
DH will probably save his part.

It will go towards our mortgage, I’m not working during this so we need it as my income.

I'm having two trees cut down with a little over half of it. I'm sure the rest will go toward something just as interesting...

I will be paying bills at my salon and my home. I have been out of work for four weeks already. Praying I can reopen before long.

It'll go for medical and dental care. Between the costs of radiation treatments for my cancer and having to have a new crown put on a broken tooth, that money plus a whole lot more will be long gone.

I don't qualify for one (and believe me, I am grateful that I am in a position where I do not), but just so the government agents watching us know, I would have spent it. (I'm still in the "paying back student loans" part of my professional career.)
I probably would have bought a new mattress.

Ours went into our "high yield" savings. We then put it with another chunk we had there and bought a 1 year CD. We've got a few CD's that are staggered maturity dates.

It's sitting in the bank at the moment. I should be getting a call to set up the closing on our refinance, so it will probably go towards that

Both my husband and I are lucky to still have jobs and we think they are relatively safe. So for now the money will go into savings and when things start to open up again, we will go out and support the Mom and Pop type stores/businesses in our area.

Probably just hang onto it in case our business drops more than it already has. We’re still doing okay for the most part (and this time of year is typically slower anyway so we’re used to not being busy now), but if the bottom suddenly dropped out we’d use it for bills. We still have some landscaping, upper kitchen cabinets and a couple other things we still need to do at our cabin that we ran out of money for. So if we come through this thing without needing it, it will probably go toward those projects.

I've been thinking that I'll add mine to my retirement account. I have a friend who said he plans to donate his. half in the bank..other half bought me a new dryer. Old one up and died a couple days ago. What great timing for you. At least you don't have to figure out a way to pay for your new dryer.

New roof.. I'm going to whine- I don't want to pay for a new roof- ugh! I don't blame you. I'm sure that there are other things you'd rather spend that money on, or maybe even put some into savings.

Deductible on my car repair, oil change and bills. I’m still working so using it to get caught up or ahead on everything because I don’t think the economy will bounce back quickly and hospitals will be laying people off. I'm curious to hear why you think hospitals might be laying people off? I would think that since this is a medical crisis that they would need to hire more help.

Reimburse my savings for all the toilet paper I bought. I'm only half kidding.
I'll let you figure out which half. OK. So now I'm curious. How much toilet paper did you buy? Or how much are willing to admit that you bought? LOL!

I'm going to give half to my college aged daughter who will not be receiving a check herself. The other half I will put in savings. I'm kind of hoping when they do this again, they will add in that age group Is there a plan to have another stimulus check? I haven't heard.

I'm curious to hear why you think hospitals might be laying people off? I would think that since this is a medical crisis that they would need to hire more help.  The hospital here furloughed 125 employees from positions that were deemed non-essential and non-related to care for COVID 19 patient care in order to hire more personnel trained to care for COVID 19 patients.
