Next for me was the create a kit challenge. I made several cards and only have a few scraps yet. The house card is also for the HOME challenge and the card with the pink background, frame and flowers were the Saturday sketch challenge. Just gorgeous. And so many others. The peas are my heroes. Haven't gotten ANY scrapping/carding done yet. But fingers crossed for today. I am so grateful for you all.

Good Sunday morning Peas! I am enjoying my coffee in a silent house. Dh has gone to check the bison. Radio/tv are off. Ah.... Might drop in on your session, joyfulnana, but to be honest, I am simply soaking in the glory of having the silence right now... Before COVID--how many sentences begin with THAT phrase nowadays?--dh drove into town for coffee with his buddies at least two mornings per week, plus to the neighbours' for coffee on Sunday mornings. I would have the house to myself for at least two or three hours. I miss those BEFORE days... Got soooo much scrapping done. And that couple of hours at the beginning of my day set me up to be relaxed and full of energy to take on whatever else I needed or wanted to do. Now, he seems to be here. In the house with the radio on (or the TV or a DIY video on his ipad), or out in the yard All. The. Time. When he DOES go--to help his nephew or to check on the bison--I never know how much time I will have before he gets back, or phones me for something he needs help with. Ahhh... but back to this morning. Printed off Sunday's sketch. Have been slowly gathering things to play with. Last of my crop kit along with some extras that go with the next set of pic's I want to get onto pages. Will be scrapping in awhile--hosting a Hangout in a couple of hours, so I hope to work on at least two pages then, and maybe some cards if I run out of page ideas.... Happy Sunday, everyone!

Finished gluing the pieces down on this one. It was all laid out on my counter by the time I walked out of here yesterday evening. We take SUNSHINE seriously by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Used the 3 photo sketch from Friday's challenges and the card challenge from yesterday. I cut the word Sunshine several times and layered them to pop up the last one. And put it on a PL card to create my title block. All that was on page one. Page two was put together to "go with" page one, so not sure if I met any iNSD challenges there. But I was sneaky. Posted a challenge this morning in the May Challenges thread to use branding strips, so at least it has one of those on it.

Good morning ladies!
This morning i put drawings and artwork from my younger kids in page protectors & into an album (by year).
I also found a couple kitted up photos from a year or two ago that need scrapping. So that's what I'm hoping to do today.

Oh, my goodness...alone time...seems like such a dream! LOL. DH has no office at our house, so he has taken over our living room, basement and my comfy corner in our bedroom where I like to sit and read and watch the birds. Him going back to the office cannot come soon enough only because I want my space back! LOL

I'm off to a slow start today - slept in after staying up way too late last night and then DS phoned and we chatted for ages. But I've finally gotten a layout done for Saturday's iNSD challenge #3 -used 2 alphas, ledger paper, and text paper.

Trying to catch up here! You ladies have been soooo productive! I'm pretty jealous lol. My pizza has been scrapped for tinga chicken tacos that my DS is cooking - haven't had a dinner invite in a while now lol. I guess I'm going to have take a shower now at some point Not yet, there is scrapping to do first! I love having mojo again. It's been awhile. joblackford and Linda thanks for sharing your COVID pages. I have a ton of things I can use to document this time, but I'm not sure yet how I want to go about it. I love seeing what everyone is doing.

grammadee When I download Meg's file, it has all 4 badges together, so I cropped down to just the badge I wanted to use. I'm on a Mac, so I used Photos to do it quickly. I hosted the file on my website, then included the BBCode for it in my signature: [img src=" INSERT URL HERE" style="max-width:100%;"] I hope that helps Can you please share your web address for this badge? I tried saving it small like my avatar and then attaching it in my signature from my computer but that didn't work. Here is the file I saved: grammadee Try this for the url: live.staticflickr.com/65535/49841785312_da564f44da.jpgI was able to grab this off your Flickr. I hope this helps!

This one is for Saturday's iNSD challenge #4 "Fly" - which catches me up on the Saturday challenges so I can move on to the Sunday ones. Fun to see an old challenge of mine pop back up. And why is it I don't notice the crooked photo until I scan it? Fixing it now

Typed a long detailed story about my adventures in baking this morning (not great). Internet failed, as it does constantly on this laptop, ate my story. That's how my morning is going...
Hoping for a better afternoon.

Good afternoon! I was productive this morning (cleaned kitchen, walked dog, laundry, shower) so I could settle down and scrap for the afternoon/evening. I'm starting with a mother's day card form my mom. I've never done a card digitally before. I think I'm going to do two 4.5" x 6.25" cards to insert in the envelope instead of one folded card. Time for some LOVE!!! linda - I love seeing all the Disney pages that you're doing. I have a couple of Disney trips that I need to do. You're inspiring me to get on it! I'm going to come back and check yours out before I get started. I like your pandemic pages as well. You've gotten so much done. Lots of daily moments, not just special moments. @grammdee - beautiful pages, and like linda , you've gotten so much completed. I love all your pages - right up my ally with color, layout, layering, etc. I LOVE the paint splatters, they turned out wonderfully. cannmom - love the white space and your use of layering, and KITTY!! nylene - also right up my ally, love your color choices, balanced layout. In particular I love 50-20 because of it's I Can Do Hard Things tag line. I am learning that I can do hard things, too. Ryann - a love your use of little bits of things... phrase tags, etc. I love the yellow, black and white color scheme. lynnek - Hello fellow Colorado Pea! You are right up my ally, as well. I love your pages, love the blue circle with cut outs, on Speak, I think it was. LisaDV - I love seeing "about me" layouts, beautiful layout. I love it's clean lines, your use of white space. kitbop - I am swooning over your mixed media backgrounds, they look awesome!! msliz - your color choices speak to me. I love all the bunny photos! justjac - Nice layouts, I love that you're scrapping your husband working on his hobby. He should include a little scrapbook book store in his train village when he gets to that point. KikiPea - So pretty! I love the yellow and the photo is great. joblackford - I'm swooning again... I love your layouts. Use of white space, minimalist approach (I'm all over the place because I love busy pages and I love clean pages/white space. Have you used that type of notebook before? There's nothing I love much more than a notebook crammed full of meaningful things. I can't wait to see your notebook when you're done with it. @bdhardy - your cards are gorgeous, all of them. I seriously love them. I love seeing all these layouts and cards. Thank you all for showing your work. I look forward to seeing more.

There's nothing I love much more than a notebook crammed full of meaningful things. I can't wait to see your notebook when you're done with it. Thank you! I love pages that are crammed with stuff AND simple pages too, I can never make up my mind. This book will probably be a mixture. This is my first Storyline Chapters book. I bought it specially after agonizing over what format could fit all my quarantine stories. I wanted to have the option to print full 4x6 photos or a bunch of smaller ones. This will actually take a 5x7 if I have any photos nice enough to justify that. It's a little more intimidating than a regular TN but they drive me crazy with being too narrow for a landscape photo.

grammadee I made the address lines shorter using bitly. I can make others smaller for you, just let me know what you need. Good morning, Ladies. A little late to the party, but awake and into my first cup of coffee here in Mountain time. Good to see so many scrapping or planning to scrap with us here. Welcome scrapho . Hope you have fun this weekend. Way to get the party going, Linda ! Hope the creative bug has returned to your home to stay. Love the cards & badges, AussieMeg ! Does anyone know how to add one of the badges to our signature line? I tried by resizing the image of one of them and putting it into my Flickr photostream, but it didn't work when I tried to insert it by copying that address. ABCreations helped us retrieve our Pokey Pea turtles, and and I think she said we need a shorter address line for the badges to work, but I have no idea how to do that.

Hoping for a better afternoon. My internet sucks today I could not stay in the crop hang out no matter what I tried. I even shut every other device in the house off. The last time it froze & kicked me off I just left it.

Hoping for a better afternoon. Sounds like my day getting derailed. I had intended to be cropping in every hangout for a least a little while. DS offering to cook is going to take me away for awhile and then just as I was getting ready to hop into the hangout hosted by mel my mom called and wanted to srap over hangouts. Not bad things, but a kink in the plans nonetheless. Sorry your baking adventures weren't good. And I would be cursing about the lost story. Sometimes technology is just not what it's cracked up to be I hope I'll be able to get back in a groove later this evening.

sorry about the internet woes joblackford and hop2 I made a card for my pastor - there was a drive-thru appreciation day this weekend for him but we missed it so I'll mail this instead. It's to thank him for all his hard work recording Masses etc...and sharing encouraging emails while the church has been closed and continues to be closed. it meets iNSD challenge #2 - the stickers are old...the top one is c.2002 Sandylion and the bottom one? I'm not sure but several years old at least.

Happy Sunday, peas! I spent most of yesterday scrapbooking over FaceTime with a friend who is doing SIP solo, so it was good to spend a long day with her scrapping. I did manage to complete one layout for the Saturday Random Challenge - Fly. My layout includes feathers and a butterfly.

A little National Scrapbook Day (weekend) fun, coupled with a sketch from Shimelle’s Start with a Sketch class!
While reorganizing my scrap space, I have found a lot of fun things I forgot I had. These papers and floral embellishments are from 2008 and 2009!

Oh many, you peas are terrific!!!
I have not really done a page. I've torn apart pages from my Smash books (remember those!?!). I did a first page for a TN that I got at TM.
Did some organizing.
Printed some Covid printables.
It's not as cool as what a lot of peas have done, but it's time in the craft room and it makes me grateful.
Thank you peas for posting your beautiful works of art and memory.
